Merge the LAYERS VISIBLE on the new layer

a very common thing I use is merge the VISIBLE LAYERS on the new layer.

now I know that in the config. I can add a MERGE VISIBLE button, which is the equivalent of CTRL + SHIFT + E, but I use SHIFT + CTRL + ALT + E all the time so I can combine things, but on a new layer... How can I do this?

IM thinking that I use the Configurator, more and more, he needs a type of option so that when you add buttons and menu commands, if you could have a small check box to add additional options of CTRL or ALT or SHIFT for all orders to extend/tweak these commands Assistant... as is the seventh thing I'm wishing there was a way to unless of course I can add the code in the box "script."

TX for any input, gg

Hello, thanks for responding.
I tried your code so that I could send to merge the VISIBLE LAYERS as a ctl + shift + alt + e command instead of shift + ctl Edlin (so do a MERGE VISIBLE on a new layer and not simply merge down all layers), but replace the default with your code code has not changed anything , I could still see it merge all visible layers on a new layer, he just did the regular fusion...

If you can try again and let me know if you find, id be overjoyed because I really use TMS + ctl + alt + e on each photo several times, but I never use TMS + ctl + e... TS just a matter of sending this additional order ALT in the code, thanks
Gary

Try this:

var idMrgV = charIDToTypeID ("MrgV");
var desc10 = new ActionDescriptor();
var idDplc = charIDToTypeID ("Dplc");
desc10.putBoolean (idDplc, true);
executeAction (idMrgV, desc10, DialogModes.NO);

  • Cannot drag image on stage in the new layer, the library?

    For a text catalog assignment, it must make a new layer, then drag an image in the library panel on the stage, but it won't let me? The new layer is not the same aspect as the rest in the timeline too.

    You must save it as an image (png, jpeg, gif).  You have imaging software?  If you have a PC, you should have the Paint program in your accessories.  You can paste the screenshot into it and save it as one of these types.

  • Place of cc 2015.0.1 integrated Photoshop puts the new layer at the top of the artboard stack, not above source layer as it should, or even in the same folder of layers

    . Is this a bug or is at - he of the settings that I can adjust?

    I want to confirm that we share the experience should be improved, and we have taken steps to do this in the next version.

    An unsatisfactory explanation: we are short of time for the first version of work plans, so that we don't treat this as we would have liked to 2015.0. We have seen having placed hidden content completely outside the boundaries of a plan of work as a very bad experience, so as a quick fix and prevention, we decided that if the layer target was inside a work plan, we would place new content at the top of the layer stack where you could see it and then leave the artboard auto-nid code drop in the projected work plan. We have heard from a number of people that it was not good enough.

    (Unfortunately, I can't comment on the timing of the next release, so please don't ask.) Just know that we are listening and we spent some time trying to improve things in this area.)

    In addition, the changes described above are in a completely different area code logic who handled double layers. That's why the duplicated layer marker did not affect placed layers.

    Thank you

    Hi Jongware, trying to decipher the request, I think that the OP wants to place each selected path on a new layer, not the whole selection to a single layer.

    If this is the case, select your paths and run the script

    var idoc = app.activeDocument;
    var sel = idoc.selection;
    for (i=sel.length-1; i>=0; i--)
              {
                        var ilayer = idoc.layers.add();
                        var pgItem = sel[i];
                        pgItem.move(ilayer,ElementPlacement.PLACEATEND)
                        ilayer.name = pgItem.name;

  • Position of the object changes with the new layer

    After Effects CS6 11.0.4.2

    I have installed recent updates, according to this page (FAQ: what information should I provide when you ask a question on this forum?)

    10 Pro 64-bit Windows

    I have an AMD FX (tm) - 8350 eight cores 4 GHz processor

    8 GB RAM

    AMD Radeon 200 series graphics card R9

    3rd party plugins installed: 3-d element.

    I have an object made to 3D element bound to a null object to control its movement. The position that there is everything I like. However, when I add a new layer (layer setting, sound, text or other) changes the position of the null object. It comes to a lot of trouble because I use 3d objects and as they occupy a different position, their movement seems wrong.

    I wanted to add an adjustment layer, so I précomposé just what I have and add the adjustment to the model layer, so it does not change. It worked perfectly. But, now, I want to add a new text object, bring it to feature 3D extrude it and bind it to a null object, the problem is that if I add the null object, or the text layer to the original model, the previous objects will change their position.

    I use phrases such as wiggle and time * with the first null object. This has something to do with that evil?

    How can I solve this problem?

    Thank you

    Yes. The seed of wiggle() and other Pseudo-aleatoires functions is obtained according to the index. You must manually set a seed with seedRandom (< your="" value="" here="">, true) to avoid tampering. This is nothing unusual.

  • Impossible to color in the new layer * new user *.

    1.PNG

    What I wanted to do was draw/color the hands separately so I used the Lasso tool and describes the hands at Base of layer 1. I used "Layer by copying" to separate the hands.

    2.PNG

    When I tried to color in it, I can only color in the previous layer [layer 1 Base] under him as you can see from the layer panel on the right side.3.PNG

    So I tried to block the Base of 1 layer and 'Hide' by pressing on the "eye" icon. And when I wanted to color, this popup came.

    Is there a technique I use to separate just the hands or any part of the image?

    It seems to me, on the layer 1, you can paint the area around the copied area. What will happen if you make a selection of the segment on layer 1, then select > Inverse. You did a selection on layer 1. Did you reverse and Cmd + H to hide this selection?

    I suggest you choose the Base Layer, make your selection, then Cmd + J. He will place the segment on a new layer in a transparent skin and automatically place you on this layer, ready for painting.

  • When I create the new background layer the new layer then covers the bottom.  He previously did not this.

    I'm a rookie.   It worked on previous pictures, but I apparently something I don't click.  Thanks for any help.

    You are welcome!

    See, if you have opened multiple layer in Photoshop probably you won't have the background layer - you'll need for action. Since you already have the background layer, this step can be discarded.

  • How can I disable smoothing when merging the flat layer (SNES) with a 3d object in Photoshop CC 2014?

    After doing a painting on a weapon to fire CS: go, I now need a part of the paint to be pixel perfect, but I can't seem to find a way to stop the automatic smoothing every time I merge the SNES with a 3D object.

    Before merger

    After merger

    1p9lya.jpg

    I see that normal texture filtering. Looks like you have a fundamental misunderstanding here about the work how 3D - "pixel perfect" has no meaning for 3D from space UV textures is parametric and has in itself in the infinite theory resolution, therefore any texture may be inserted in this range and inevitably a single pixel in the texture can cover more than one pixel on the display or more than one mm square on a 3D object. If you want "sharp" textures, you increase the resolution of the texture, which, if you really want that pixely look would be doen using the nearest neighbor method. However, once you approach at some point you will see Fuzzy edges / pixel again. It is in the nature of the thing.

  • Towers of image gray color when I paste it into the new layer

    I have an all black image of a ballerina on one layer, with black text on another. I'm putting a bouquet of red roses at his feet, but it turns shades of gray when I try to do. Anyone know what is happening? Thanks in advance.

  • Cannot add the new layer

    It must be something simple and stupid.  Using Elements 8, here's what I do:

    (1) using the main menu, click on "file / open".

    (2) (select a RAW Canon file (.)) CR2)

    (3) file open in Camera Raw

    (4) on the Camera Raw dialog box, click on 'Open Image'

    (5) camera Raw dialog box closes, image opens in the main window of photoshop

    (6) at this point, using the main menu, select "Layers."  All entries are grayed out (disabled).

    (7) the Lyers palette is also non-functional.

    Huh?

    As I said this hads to be something simple and stupid, I scanned the docs online, searched google and adobe forums.  Can't find anything about it.

    Any help appreciated.

    Mike

    The reason is most likely because you opened your file converted to 16-bit mode, which does not support layers.

    Either during reprocessing in ACR while checking the output to 8 bits (in the middle of the bottom bar menu)

    Alternatively, convert to 8-bit in PSE editor edit menu/mode... 8-bit.
