  Can someone find me the exact reference to get? Cause I have searched for the inet, but couldn't find the right screen.

  OK, I found out why you need to replace the entire. Screen 1200 x 800 has some metals 'support' on the side which connect with the hinges is not who the 1440 x 900. The inside of the screen is also quite different.

  I think it will be quite expensive to replace all the parts...

  I'll just keep my resolution of 1200 x 800.

  I don't think that you need a dock. Your computer has VGA and HMDI ports, you can connect to an external monitor using seasonal ports. For best results, buy a monitor with HDMI port.

I have a 13.3 LCD screen 30pin FHD from another computer. I replaced the LCD screens but on the Alienware, the new FHD screen is empty. In the other 13.3 laptop, Alienware screens works perfectly.

  Any ideas why the FHD Panel does not work in the alienware? EDP 30 connector pins on the two LCD screens...

  So in November I took a bad fall on a track and Dope the concrete sidewalk with my brand new 6. Remarkably, the screen is not broken out. My glass screen protector had cracks, but the lower left corner of the bent case metal on a little bit. It seems like a lot, but the phone still worked perfect afterwards so it was never a big deal. The metal itself is folded and the black plastic of the screen pops out about a millimeter. Although about 15 minutes ago, my phone is broken and fell off my bed. There screen still works perfectly well and my protective screen has not burst somehow then the cracked glass is contained. I do not think that the LCD needs to be replaced, just the glass (there are a few yellow spots on the screen).

  My question is whether or not the folded case will be the effect replacing the screen. From what I've seen Apple will be very probably deny it and get me to buy a new phone. You all guess how a third party would react?

  I just replaced the display on my Qosmio F750 which unfortunately took out of warranty two weeks ago so I do not qualify for support.

  When I replaced the screen I followed all standard procedure to replace any screen,

  But for some reason, now, the screen didn't come on come (everything works when plugged into HDMI).

  There is no backlight or image on the screen, I tried mounting the old screen and that also does not work.

  Are you sure that the new screen is OK and compatible?
  The screen is connected correctly?

  I guess there is nothing wrong with the motherboard or the graphics chip because the external monitor seems to be OK.
  That's why I think that it s to display either a connection problem, or maybe you used wrong or defective.
