printing objects stuck out registry

My HP Color laserjet CM1312nfi MFP is printing of fonts in the objects glued (logos, etc) to register.  Print standard fonts very well.

Turns out I have the same problem in printing or copying what whether in color - the fan off-register as a rainbow of colours. This isn't a commerclal machine it's for Home Office. Local experts think that it is a belt of some sort, and that it be useful to fix.

Interesting that the best option I found is a printer inkjet HP 8624 - HP seems to have moved the laser for small businesses. And OfficeMax has a great option which allows to walk to the buyer through any installation - download drivers, etc, and which also extends the warranty of 2 years. So that's the next step for me.

Thank you!

    Hello

    Try the following.

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.

  • My printer is stuck on copy. What should I do about it?

    Hello

My printer is approximately 12 years and in the end he was slain on copy. This is an inkjet printer that can scan, copy, and print. In the past, I have had no problem with this printer. Recently however, I've been copying a lot of things. I tried to print something tonight and discovered that the printer is stuck on copy. I tried to unplug and turn the power off. Doesn't seem to work. I also tried using the configuration menu and asking to do a self-test of the printer. This also does not work. Last night, it took several minutes to copy anything, but he eventually photocopying what he was asked to photocopy. Now, it does nothing.

any help anyone can offer me would be greatly appreciated as I don't really want to buy a new printer, if I have to. If this can be fixed and my printer can last a few more years it would be great.

Yet once again, any help anyone can woould offer greatly appreciated.

    Chelsea Thomason

    Hi Chelsea1994,

Thank you for your answer! I try to unplug the printer from the surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. I'm not too familiar with Ubuntu, if you need help with the driver, I would recommend Ubuntu Support. You can also try a hard reset. With the printer, unplug the power cable from the wall outlet and the printer for 30 seconds and plug it back. It turns on automatically.

If this does not help, please call our technical support at 800-474-6836 for more options. If you do not live in the United States / Canada region, please click the link below to get help from your region number. Language-country selector.

  • PIXMA MG8220 default page for printing size is out for 6 x 4, need to letter

I have a PIXMA MG8220 and default page for printing size is out for 6 x 4, I need it to be paper letter size. I lose a lot of paper and cannot understand how to reset the default values on the individual mobile phones vs. using the printer printer?

    Simon

    Hi simonp.

To set the size of paper to print on, please follow these steps:

    1. open an application such as TextEdit.

    2. Mount the file and select print or press CMD + P keys on your keyboard.

    3. Locate the PAPER SIZE field, and then select the format of LETTER paper.

4 search drop-down list labeled PRESETS, then expand this menu and choose SAVE AS.

    5. enter a name of your choice for this setting by default, and then click OK.

Now we can select the above created the preset in any application you are printing from, with the default paper size is letter.

    I hope this helps!

ALL OUT UPSIDE DOWN AND ALSO very small PRINT ON ONE SIDE OF THE PAPER HALF. HOW TO SET THE PRINTER SETTINGS BY DEFAULT OR CHANGE WHAT IS PAST?   Oh it then, I'm not yelling, just noticed the hats were on.

    Jay B.

    Hi @Jayburn,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I noticed that the back comes out on top down, when duplex printing with your HP Officejet 6700 Premium, Windows 7. I am pleased to see that for you!

Please, take a look through this guide, print on both sides of the paper (duplex printing) for HP Officejet Premium 6700 e-all-in-one printer (H711). Follow the instructions for Windows.

    Guidelines General double-sided printing

Do not print on both sides of the following types of paper, or paper jams may occur:

    • Transparencies
    • Envelopes
    • Photo paper
    • Glossy paper
    • Paper lighter than 60 g/m2 (16 lb).
    • Heavier than 105 g/m2 (28 lb) paper.

Several kinds of paper require a specific orientation when you print on both sides of a sheet. It's letterhead, preprinted paper and paper with watermarks and pre-perfores holes. The printer will print the first side of the first book. Load the paper with the top edge first and the side to be printed facing downwards.

    I hope this helps!

The printer is on the network, I tried to restart the spooler and erased the record of the spooler, but perisisted of the question, given that the document gets stuck, no other agency will be able to print, remove the paper and print again to print but the file gets stuck again on the queue. There are two files for each remaining print job.  Just delete these and restart the computer.  Your queue should now be provisioned.

If you are printing over a network, and the queue is not clear after the above steps:

Go to the computer that has the shared printer connected and perform steps 1 & 2 above.

  • Printer icon stuck in the system tray.

I have the printer icon stuck in my system tray.  It will only display when it was actively printing a document.  Now, this is where all the time.  When I switch on it shows 1 document waiting, but when I click on "open all active documents print" it shows nothing.  I stopped and started several times print spooler.  There are no files in % SYSTEMROOT%\system32\spool\Printers. How can I get rid of this icon and the mystery waiting for document? The only printer I have is connected on a network and not directly to this computer.  This computer connects via cable and the computer with the HP printer connects to the same wireless network.

    Great salvation,

I suggest to remove and reinstall the HP printing software.

  • HP2710 print jobs stuck in the queue even if test page prints

I have a HP Photosmart 2710 all-in-one printer attached via the USB port of a laptop ASUS G73Jw running under Windows 7 64-bit. The printer worked fine with a Toshiba laptop running Windows XP 32-bit only. But now cling all the documents in the queue if thay are Word, pdf or Notepad. I tried everything I could find on the HP forums. I downloaded the last software update. I ran the diagnostics HPPDU utility. After that I ran this utility test page prints fine, but nothing else gets stuck in the queue. I obeyed different instructions to disconnect and reconnect the printer, do a reboot etc after running the diagnostic utility. I tried other 'solutions' various users have suggested, including disabling bidirectional printing, restarting the spooler service and directly without the print spooler. Nothing works.

Given that I can print a test page I doubt that it is a mechanical problem. I suspect some sort of driver incompatibility. Because I downloaded the driver more once in frustration I think there could be pieces of drivers still present, although I can't view them with the uninstall command or the Device Manager. In fact, I can't find any file with any HP device software. Maybe it's because the driver is downloaded directly from Windows 7 when you do a Plug-and-Play.

There are a large number of driver files under everything in the printer properties. But I don't know which driver files should be there.

I'm about to trash this printer unless someone has an idea what to do.

    Help!

It could cause a conflict if the printer is stuck which occupies the port because it could block all communication with anything that is not this printer.  It may be something wrong with the way that ASUS manages virtual USB drivers, but I have not heard anything.  You might try to give them a call if you're really curious, just to see if they know anything.

  • How can I disable the print jobs stuck in my HP Photosmart D7400?

I use a network HP Photosmart D7400 printer.  Electricity has recently exploded.  Since that time that the printer was stuck in print mode try to print a document, I sent her several weeks ago.  Turn off the printer or hit 'Cancel' (print) seems to help.  It just goes back to trying to print the old document.  He did print a new document, and then returned to the former.  How can I remove this file to the printer?

  • OfficeJet 4500 510n - print jobs stuck in the queue when using wireless

    Hello

I bought just a new Officejet 4500 510n yesterday and I have a Dell with Windows 7 64 bit laptop that I connect to the USB or wireless. The reason for this is that sometimes, the laptop is not right next to the printer and we need to print things (for example, my wife works upstairs sometimes with the laptop and the printer is downstairs in the living room). I was able to get the configuration of the printer on both the wireless and USB without any major problems and it prints fine when I print via USB. However, when I print wireless, the print job appears in the queue and shows that it is printing, but he never curls work all the way. The work gets "stuck" while waiting in line, for example, it gets stuck at 772 bytes of 940 bytes

I downloaded the HP Print Diagnostic here tool and ran it and and it passed all the tests first time. However, when I goto the last test, which is to print the test page, it sends the print job to the queue and then everything gets stuck as indicated above. I was able to cancel the job and it comes off very well, but restarting the work does not work, it just get stuck again. Meanwhile, I don't get ANY error messages at all.

Here's what I've done regarding troubleshooting:

    -Ping the printer - spent

-Restart the service print spooler - no change to the problem

-Check that the printer is set as deafult - spent

-Update of HP Ran to ensure there is no missing updates - found 2 updates and install them

None of the above has solved the problem, so I'mm this ad here in the hope that someone may have had this problem before and fixed it.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the reply.

It turns out that I could solve it myself. I went to add the printer wireless on another laptop, I have here on my home network and it printed a page of test very well, so I thought it must have been a bad installation on the main laptop.  I removed everything and reinstalled as a wireless printer, and it worked perfectly. Amazing what can make a bad installation.

  • Firefox Web pages will not print, pdf comes out blurry but fine with browser Safari for MAC OSX

Firefox won't print Web pages correctly. The pdf comes out blurry but rather using the Safari browser. Apple store could not understand what is the problem. All plugin and java are up-to-date. Has happened since switching to Mac from the PC.

I found the problem. In very simple terms, it's because I changed the default font to Century Gothic. Change back to the default font of windows, I did a test print to pdf preview and it is not blurry. Now, I'm playing with different fonts to see what will work best. So far I have Arial and Times New Roman both work very well.

You must run the following between the Stop & Start

    del/q/s/f '% systemroot%\System32\Spool\Printers\*.* '.
