  I also tried to install directly from the site Web Adobe - my serial code was denied, but I only used it on my old laptop, so it is supposed to work again.

  It seems equally clear that Adobe did the download of older products as difficult as possible for past clients.  This is ridiculous. I spent hours trying to get this to work and have gotten nowhere.  Does anyone have advice for me?

  All my contacts appear fine and precise... I sent "contact request" to all my Facebook contacts and outlook.com.

  Open my Skype TV app and see 2 "Orange badges" for each new contact... which means that these 2 contacts have accepted my invitation...

  However, when I open the application of Windows desktop, Windows 8 app or application Mobile of WP, there nothing... no orange badge... in the recent section... This has been almost 48 hours...

  Is this a problem...?

  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application.

  For legacy devices (pre-BB10):

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
