Message: At the bottom of Microsoft Word, it says "connecting to the printer..." Press ESC to cancel. "If I cancel, Word hangs and I have to finish the task.

For some reason any the fact when my laptop HP screen goes off (as I put it to the University after a short period for battery power saving)--> takes a few seconds every time I turn on the screen.

If I try to cancel, it freezes, like I said and I cost several minutes trying to get the word back open so that I can keep up with notes.

In any case, I did not all printers to the University listed under "My printers" so it should not really be trying to connect to one...

How can I get this to stop?
