  Activation congratulatory messages that you received on your BlackBerry smart phone mean that email Service books were re sent to your BlackBerry Smartphone.

  An icon of electronic mail can become visible again as long as new service books were received by the BlackBerry smartphone or because of the theme settings.

  Anyone know if it is possible to archive text messages on your PC and be able to read from the PC?  I have a LOT of text messages and it slows down the recovery on the phone.  I need to download the messages on my PC, but not in IPD format.  I would like to either download them in a spreadsheet format or just a straight word which are easily accessible doc.

  I think you can try two things: the soft reboot, and if it does not, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can not lose data with these two reboots.

  Soft reboot:
  1) struck the following three keys at the same time:
  -Alt
  -Right shift
  -Remove
  (2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.

  Hard reboot:
  (1) your BlackBerry smart phone is on
  (2) remove the battery and wait a minute
  (3) replace the battery
  (4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.

  The best option would be to contact your carrier (Telus) and to check the APN settings with them and explain that you receive / send picture messages.

  I have Blackberry data services with my provider of Meteor, and that they worked with my previous Blackberry 9900. I had to replace it and bought a second-hand 9900, which was a feature of company on the Vodafone network. I have unlocked it and I am able to use the SIM for calls and connect to the internet via wifi, but I'm unable to activate Blackberry internet services.   Start here please... you did some, but not all, these necessary things:

  I used Blackberry JDE 4.0 for the development of my application. I ran my code on Blackberry 7290 and it works very well.

  The code snippet, I used to get messages from the Inbox is

  When I ran the same code on Blackberry JDE 4.2.1; can't find message from the Inbox on the blackberry 8800 Simulator. The code runs successfully. If there are messages in the Inbox it gives inboxmessages.length = 0, but does not raise an error.

  The problem comes when inboxFolder.getMessages () is

  Someone can suggest what might be the problem, is the structure of folders 8800 different from 7290 or is there any other problem. Help, please.

  Note that messages that are pre-populated in the BlackBerry Simulator are not real email messages, then you will not be able to access.

  I'm new to the Blackberry after using an iPhone and I'm always understand.  This may have been answered already... I can't find it.  I have Outlook 2003 at home and have a Blackberry Tour 9630 with Verizon.  After reading an e-mail message in Outlook, he removes my BlackBerry (the messages have not been removed in Outlook).  If I understand correctly, if I delete a message from Outlook... it will still remove my BlackBerry.  What setting should I change in Outlook or Blackberry to keep the emails I read (but don't delete) into Outlook on my Blackberry.

  The change is made in OUTLOOK.

  (1) go to the account you are using, (TOOLS/CHOICE of ACCOUNT) and double-click the account in which you make the change.

  2) click on "ADDITIONAL SETTINGS".

  3) click on the "ADVANCED" tab

  (4) place a check in the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on the server."

  You can choose to delete (or not) of your Blackberry.

  Yes, this seems to be your problem.  BTW, go see my tips.  I hide sent messages and filed messages, use it "I" to classify, then keep my messages for 2 months or more on my BB, so I can handle more recent labour issues.  I like the extra space on the "BOLD".  Be happy that you are reconciling accuratelty.

  I get this message from a sender who manages a list that I belong.  This is important because it keeps me updated on the train when I switch on.

  What this mean and is there a way to fix this?  It seems strange that I can read e-mails from anyone / from anywhere (including other lists), but this one.

• Box of Message of glitch-slow blackBerry Smartphones and not show all Messages

  My message Inbox is only show of Face Book and BB messenger and a missed call.  Call history his watch is not my E-mail SMS, MMS, or full. It also shows that about 3 days worth of information. It also takes a long time to load and once no info was present.

  Even more strange, is when I receive a message from the folder gets its red icon.  But, when I click on it, nothing new in there.

  It appreas that I consult only some info and not all the info in my 'Messages icon. My emails can be access by there respective folder. These file seems glitchy so.  When I click on them and see all messages sometimes always displays the unopened icon.

  I tried switching the default 4 themes on the device and still not go. Then I downloaded and installed a new theme and then switched back to my original them and that seems to do the trick.
