Messages on too many appliances

We have two new iPad PRO.   Also 6 2 s iPhone.   When send us a message or a message on our iphones - messages appear on all 4 devices.

We talked to a hotline.  They told us to set up FOUR different Apple ID accounts.  Problem with this:

1. the indications of Apple are specific to their attention on the conduct of this ("remember that you will not be able to move data or purchases from an old Apple ID to a new").   Seems too risky.

2. really? 4 accounts / 4 logins and passwords?

In the past, I worked with a main support person who accompanied me through change my login/password access CLOUD because at that point they told me it was a problem of cloud.   Didn't work...

Any ideas to solve this?

What you want to hear?

The most effective solution is separated ID, but it is not necessary. Apple ID have become like telephone numbers, not easily shared. That's why you see messages on each device.

What are you trying to solve? Don't create not new Apple ID? Continues to share a? What do you feel is risky?

    Hmm did you get mail outbound scanning performed by an anti virus program? Turn the power off.

    Have the e-mail account on your phone? try turning off your phone.

    I managed somehow to open much too many messages in Thunderbird. I've never done this before, that is, in all these years, I've had Thunderbird (or years and years before that once I have had someone to another e-mail program!). I tried to close Thunderbird and to restart the computer. Nothing does get me a clean slate for messages that are open. They are always there. I closed hundreds of them, but the end is nowhere in sight. I feel a bit stupid, but I need help!

    General precautions for Outlook Express:

    Movie Maker has problems with the .mpg files... best bet would be
    to convert the .mpg files before importing the .wmv format.

    Several formats are apparently compatible with
    Movie Maker, but the most reliable choices are:

    Photos - bmp
    Video - wmv or dv - avi
    Music - wma, wav, .wmv

    Outgoing mail SMTP server (mail.btinternet.com) btinternet must

    Outgoing e-mail server has "requires authentication' checked (same settings as incoming).

    If I re - try several times, then the mail will be sent OK.

    We are talking only about 1 message per 'send '.

    I recently deleted a load of messages in the Inbox of reception and Sendbox - but that did not help.

    I tried to change the port number - but get the same question.

    I don't know if the problem is with Windows Mail or server btinternet.  The server stores not an excessive number of messages.

    As I thought might be the case, the problem was at the level of the BT server.

    I logged the issue with the support of BT Office.  Initially they wanted me reinstalled Windows Mail (and potentially lose all my email archives).  I resisted that and they to the engineering team.  I don't know what they have done (I'm told it was a known problem and they had to set some parameters at the end of the server).

    Everything they do seems to have solved satisfactorily the question, which has not reappeared.

    I think that it's rarely worth to try to resolve the generic Windows error codes only via Windows.

    You can first try to connect directly to the webmail to address account email configured in a browser and check what is happening.
