Messaging with El Capitan problem

I am reposting this question because, although I thought that it had been resolved with the right guidance, the problem has reappeared on my MacBook and now also manifested itself on new iMac, my wife, also current enforcement El Capitan.

Since the upgrade to El Capitan, my mail is sometimes a bit unstable. The problem is that when I click to answer an email, an empty message appears and cannot then be closed by clicking on the red button. I have to close Mail and reopen it. I can then close this message, but I find myself with a message in the drafts folder, which should also be deleted. I try to answer again and sometimes the message opens correctly and other times, I get another empty message and must go through the same procedure. If she continues on several occasions, I restart the computer and it works normally. This is a default intermittent and very annoying. I ran disk utility first aid and advice when I posted this problem, started in SafeMode during which, apparently, some of the caches maintained by the system will be rebuilt.

My OS and Mail seem to be the latest versions, so I don't know what could be the cause, or how I could solve it. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do to fix this please?

I understand from your post that when your wife tries to respond to email in the Mail application, sometimes a blank white window response appears, unresponsive.  Before being able to determine what the question, we must first begin by isolating the problem.  First of all, is that past only with a single e-mail account?  If you don't have another e-mail account, you can create one for free with iCloud, or Gmail for example and then add that to the post and try to reproduce the problem.

If the problem persists in a different e-mail account, I would then create a test on Mac user account and try to reproduce the problem:

How to test with another user account

You can find out if unexpected behavior is related to the user file or a parameter in trying to reproduce the problem to a different user account. This process includes creating a new user account, connect to it and test for the issue.

Create a test user account

  1. In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
  2. Click the users and groups in the System Preferences window.
  3. Click the lock icon and enter an administrator name and password.
  4. Click on the button Add (+) below the list of users.
  5. Choose a type of user in the new pop-up menu.
  6. Give the user a name and first name, account name, and password.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close the System Preferences window.

If there are documents from your user account that you want to test with original, place a copy of these items in the shared folder in the users folder. Press the Option key while dragging a file in this folder to create a copy.

Connect to the test user account

Log out of your current user account by choosing logout in the Apple menu, and then open a session the new account that you created. If you are prompted to login with your iCloud or Apple ID account when you log in, skip this step.

Try to reproduce the problem

Try the same steps that caused the unexpected behavior to appear. For example, if you are unable to print, try printing from this user account. If you were unable to connect to the Internet, try to navigate on a website of this user account.

If you use specific test settings depends on (for example using a specific e-mail account or an account iCloud) implemented the same test user account. For email and other parameters, you can use the Internet accounts pane in system preferences to set up these types of accounts. If your home folder files are necessary for tests, copy them into the shared folder in the users folder (/ Users/Shared). After you connect as a user test, copy these items to the same location in the test user home folder to test with.

    My Canon MX310 connects well with El Capitan and I can print a test page. However, all programs (mail, QuickWord, preview) turns off when I try to print. I took the printer off and reloaded.     Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:
