  • How to enlarge the font on my page of incoming e-mail?

The obtained lines closer and the print size (font size) is so small, I can hardly read it, and the categories on the left side of the page of incoming e-mail are also too small to read.
In addition, I can not do the BIG default characters for email outgoing and like to do.

    Hello

You can try using the Zoom. This will decrease the size of everything on the page. You can try to hit CTRL and + a few times to try it. CTRL and 0 it will return to normal size.

If this isn't what you're looking for, you, you might want to look at some of the options in Firefox Accessibility features - make Firefox and web content work for all users . There is much good information in this article.

However, if this problem occurs only in your email program I would look at the documentation of your email provider see if they have a local parameter that you can use.

    Hope this helps!

Windows Mail just started to duplicate my incoming e-mail messages (perhaps too outgoing). I couldn't find a solution in respect of the aid. Any ideas?

Check that you don't have 2 copies of the account specified under Tools | Accounts.  If this isn't the issue, then its likely the database has been corrupted.  Try to remove your e-mail account, and then compact and repair the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and then add your account again.  Also, make sure the antivirus software is not interfering.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.apsx#3

Also, my OEX program (www.oehelp.com/OEX/) will remove the duplicate messages.

    Original title: Outgoing e-mail server

Incoming e-mail is recovering very well.  Outgoing email will not send.  It seems that no one supports more Windows Live Mail.

Sending works well? Doesn't look like it to me. On the Advanced tab, change the port from 25 to 587 number and also check to use SSL. On the servers tab, you should probably check my server requires authentication and, optionally, using authentication in plaintext in the connection. You will hace to play with and test by sending a message to yourself.

  • .doc file messed up in Windows Mail

I received an attachment in windows mail which is a .doc file.  When I tried to open it, it is all messed up.  There are just a bunch of symbols and letters are all foires.  Can I do to solve this problem?

You have Microsoft Word installed? A .doc file is a Microsoft Word file and you need the program to open it. Looks like you're opening in Wordpad or another program that can not read MS Word files.

If you don't have Word installed and don't want to buy it, you can:

    1. download and install the free MS Word Viewer from Microsoft. This will allow you to view MS Word files, but not to change them.

    2. download and install the suite free OpenOffice which will open/read/write program formats Microsoft Office.
