  I know that subway tiles are working at different times for different people. And there are a lot of posts to this topic, and many supposed solutions.

  So Microsoft, please your pull together and do window 8 more stable. I liked windows 8 to begin with, I do not miss the start all button. But the subway tiles have stopped working twice last year, I'm very disappointed.
