MFS 600 prodesk: A power on password can be bypassed/deleted in ProDesk600

We have a user who is very computer savvy and gives us a lot of problems and headaches. We want to stop playing with his computer. We recently locked his Windows security, but he is familiar with the images and Acronis and made an image of the hard disk before the changes. With the Prodesk600, the bios gives us the ability to have both a working password and a bios admin password and I want to put them both on his computer. However, I did some research and it has been possible to circumvent these simply by pulling the CMOS battery. Is it always true for new models like the Prodesk 600 (manufacture date around 2015)? If pulling the battery removes these passwords, is there anything else we can do to lock your PC?

Rejected - Windows password can I have deleted a relevant file

I gave a friend a Dell Windows Vista laptop and decided to delete all files/folders in advance. When I gave him the phone it would not accept the password of widows. 600 proDesk: power failure of HP

I have a HP computer 600 ProDesk brand new I am trying to Setup. I press the power button and the flashes for a few seconds then back off and loops new throught he same process. I confirmed that the fan is running when the computer tries to turn on. In addition, I replaced the power supply, but with the same problem. I don't hear any post beep errors during the current loop. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you.

Reset the Microsoft connected account password
