    Hi Feraud,

Thanks for posting your query in the Microsoft Community Forums.

According to the description of the problem, it seems that the remote desktop connection is blocked on the target computer.

I will certainly help you with this issue.

Here are some methods that you can try in order to solve the problem.

Method 1: Temporarily disable the antivirus from Symantec and check.

Warning: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Method 2: Change the listening port for remote desktop and check.

I can't get my iPhone 5 to recognize a micro Conwork separator. Also my iPad won't recognize the port splitter. My iPhone and iPad instantly recognize the Apple headphones with microphone. Conwork announces that their product works with iPhones. I am trying to use a dynamic microphone for filming with my iPhone and iPad.

  • Firefox is very slow when you use RDP

Firefox is fast when you use Windows directly. But when you use RDP it is very slow. For example, empty new tab takes about 6 seconds to open. The RDP connection is fast and another response programs immediately (for example the same page navigation in IE is fast).
What is the problem with Firefox?

Could it be the graphics hardware acceleration?

You will need to probably restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.). On the remote system:

Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Options > advanced

In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

Then restart Firefox. Does make a difference?

  • Internal mic has stoped working

The internal mic on my computer laptop HP Pavilion touchsmart has stoped working.  Nobody can hear me on Skype and I can't make recordings on other programs, so I know its not only Skype.  How can I get that back?

    @ropro

It is the newest audio driver custom for your combination of model and the operating system for laptop. You can download this (which will begin when you click on the link) and then uninstall your current driver, reboot the system, and then install the downloaded driver.

Driver Audio of IDT high definition (HD)

The link I gave you, for the resolution of the problems of micro there a difference?

  • Satellite C650D - internal mic not working not

    Hello forum

When I tried to cut the internal mic, I accidently deleted the pickup and its driver completely a few days from now.
and after you have reinstalled the driver, I can't have the microphone to capture sound.

I do not know if the internal MIC is visible in the tab "recording devices", what I see is "Conexant SmartAudio HD CX20671".

Could be internal, might as well be the external microphone that I use sometimes.

    Help me please.

    Hi mate

You can try reinstalling the Conexant audio driver again. Usually this should detect all devices audio and microphone, even if it was previously disabled.
The driver can be found on the European driver Toshiba page.

    Another tip:
You should check the audio settings in Control Panel-> Sound-> recording tab

Here, you should see two entries: internal and external microphone mix that should not be permit/detected if the external microphone is not connected.
The internal mic must be defined as a default!

  • Siri/Voice SMS/front Mic camera does not

I filed a complaint for this March 12 in an Apple Service Center, but they said mic is stuck can not fix it and already altered sound. I told them the only person use it and no way to alter what I force gave to another authorized service center before. Subsequently called Apple Icarus and filed a complaint it there too, they spoke to the engineer senior service center and said the mic is stuck and it may not cover warranty on hardware. I asked that he be coverable because it is a hardware failure only. They said going to escalate the issue and come back. But force got no response for 3 weeks. Later while I called again they said phone is already altered so that they do not solve the problem and closed the call. The other day itself while talking, I deleted that it is not altered and they spoke to engineer main to the Apple repair center and said will degenerate to issue of Mic only but now they have changed as altered the question and say he used be coverable. And I read many people get this problem and Apple does not give the right solution for this, and many have gotten their phone replaced by a new one (https://discussions.apple.com/message/26903590#26903590, https://discussions.apple.com/message/27685992#27685992, https://discussions.apple.com/message/27734486#27734486,.. .a much more)

Sorry, but since this is a user to user forum, there's nothing we can do on Apple decisions.

I'm afraid, you'll have to pay to get your device fixed by Apple.

  • Built in mic has stopped working on my Satellite Pro T130

    Dear Forum,

the microphone of my Satellite Pro T130 15F stopped working a couple of days at a time.

    It captures the white noise.
But he responds only to knock on the place where it is located next to the built-in webcam. It does not pick up normal voice or cry out to him...

Can't bring any changes to the software that could influence.

What I've done so far: deleted drivers, installed new, updated all Toshiba Software and downloaded and run all the stuff suggested to this problem.
And of course, it is not set to mute or upgraded to the bottom.

    Still no cure.
    What's next?

    Thanks much adavance.

Hmmm, it makes a static noise? Kinda sounds like hardware related issue
But check the microphone settings in the control panel-> sound-> recording tab
Here, you should see two entries; internal microphone and external microphone port.
The internal microphone must be turned on!

In addition, the internal mic belongs to the webcam. In the assistant webcam-> settings-> audio tab, you can increase the maximum microphone volume.
    Check this box

  • External microphone not detected and faulty internal mic on Satellite Pro U400

I have had several headphones with microphone and taken headphones 3.5 and the laptop just will not detect them. I tried to disable the internal sound system, or just the MIC internal, but not luck.

The internal MIC is a (stronger if the external microphone is plugged) whirring background noise which means I can't use it for work.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Which is really strange.
Are you using the original recovery image Toshiba and Toshiba driver sound?

U400 is older model laptop and I would like to know since when you have this problem.
I can't imagine that you got from day1.

  • Tecra R850 - internal MIC does not work when earphones are plugged

I factory reset my laptop yesterday and all since the internal mic only works when nothing is plugged into the Jack, including the headphones without a microphone and speakers. This was never a problem before resetting factory and I was able to plug in headphones to hear from people and can use the microphone to talk... now I can only talk to people when nothing is plugged in the sense that I have not heard from people on the speakers of the laptop...

Any ideas guys? I don't want to have to buy new headphones :/

    See you soon

It's really crazy. With the factory settings, everything should be OK.
Theoretically, internal microphone can be blocked if you connect headphones into the microphone port.
If please check al and don't forget your helmet is connected on the right audio output port.

  • HP envy printer range: HP envy with Win7 Remote Desktop RDP printing problem

    Hello

I have a printer HP envy 5530 works well for my laptop.

When I connect to my Win7 Remote Desktop Server (on which HP envy drivers are also installed) and try printing locally on my HP local printer, it does not work.

When I look at my local mobile print queue, I see two copies of 'Remote Desktop redirected Printer Doc' contained in the queue. One of the queue said copies and then print. Impression size document in the print queue shows 4 KB that is abnormally low, then the missing documents from the print queue, but are not printed on the printer.

Note that I have no problem with the same laptop, same Remote Desktop server, but using a different printer (not HP).

I saw that on several forums (including this one), many users have this same problem but I've never seen a valid response that solves this problem with RDP.

    Any idea?

    Thank you

I solved the problem by creating a new printer on the local computer and configure the port to the Standard TCP/IP port with the IP address of the printer and the HP Deskjet 6940 driver use. Deskjet 5500 driver may work as well.

The problem is with the specific Envy 5530 driver.

  • App Pro film and Rode microphone go external mic

    Hello!

I have a question about my newly purchased Rode Mic go. Once connected, the filmic app Pro automatically selects the external microphone rather than the internal MIC - or what I have to do something with the audio settings in filmic Pro to make sure that the external microphone get used?

I'm confused as to if I should use either of these settings: low mic iPhone / iPhone microphone, Front / iPhone microphone, back - or none of them?

Thanks for any advice / help!

    Concerning

    Chris

I have an iPhone 5s and I only use wireless headphones & it works via Bluetooth. The microphone is on the right earpiece, so I'm not sure your phone showing two or more mic mic positions. And why not this app say you exactly? Seems to me a CSI must be all in one? Your phone is much more advanced, so my only advice is to those who have made an email & ask them. Here I have given the best advice. Well good luck with that.

    Sincerely,

    Mrs.Gary ☺️

  • MP3 player won't play not through the Mic - NB 550 d

    Hello

MP3 player will not play to Mic Jack. Is it because I don't have DD Realtek Audio Manager Setup correctly?

Also is it possible to play MP3 via a USB Port

    THX

    Hello

What cell phone do you have?
The mic jack records the audio signal. But I guess you want to use the mic line-in socket. Right?
Usually, you need to set the default device in the recording tab.
In Control Panel-> sound-> recording tab.

If you don't see me not all other devices but only mic jack then you must right-click and should allow the options; Show hidden devices and show disabled devices.
Maybe then, you can enable line.

Otherwise, this option is not available and is not possible
