  Jonathan,

  You say that your computer is slow, but all of the examples you give are rather than slow computer operations slow network communications.  To avoid any unnecessary work, check how fast the computer is on the tasks that don't use any network.

  If it works fine for tasks not network then you can concentrate on the problems of network as being the only concern.

  It has also become very slow for no network tasks you should study other causes.  Just as an example: If, like me, you sleep / turn off the computer when you are not using it then defrag will never work, so you can run it manually to make sure that doesn't cause problems.   Describe your symptoms in this thread so that someone can advise on the best course of action.

  I had the same problem and it took me almost 2 days to find a solution.

  See if that solves your problem (if all goes well it has been resolved since you posted).

  1. in the model Master, click on Page > Page Properties > metadata

  2. remove the small piece of code next to the body tag-{overflow-y: hidden}

  3. click on OK, then get an overview of your pages.

  Muse has just stopped displaying the page in the browser.  To help to win 10 and Edge as browser.  Any ideas?  Also this new update seems to work very slow compared to the earlier version.  Does anyone else know this?

  For other people with this problem.  The solution was to install a different browser beside IE and Edge.  I installed Chrome.  Then do a preview.  It worked.  After that IE and edge began working again. Good luck.

  lay - if you would like the image to fill the space around the content of the page, set the browser on a picture fill, then set it to Stretch Fill fitting.   Your background image for the "body" tag contains the image that you used in it also. It's a bad habit. Just use a background image wide 5px and use it in your body background tag. Repeat with horizontally to fill your screen.

  Put your photo in a DIV inside the 'wrapper' div position it accordingly.

  In addition, you used an "absolute" on all items positioning on your website. Their position relative to the tag parent for best results.

  Using Dreamweaver for Mac.  I have a model with fixed header and footer fixed intermediate editable; in the heading are links to other pages.   It is the problem of the permission of a file. Go to a remote server in your files Panel.  Right-click on payments.html.  Change the permissions to 755.  This should solve the problem.  If this is not the case, contact your webhost.

  I'm working on some Business Catalyst sites that are built using Muse (v7.4 build 30 on OS - X 10.9.3) and to see different behavior in trying to allow users to use the browser of editing feature.

  Everything works as expected.  If I access the other pages (i.e. not the home page) by clicking on a link, the destination page comes up in editable mode.

  If I click on a link manually created on the homepage, I get to the landing page and it is editable.  With regard to the other site.

  If I change the url of the browser to go directly to any page, it is editable.

  If I access the pages by clicking on the links of objects of Menu of Muse, if manually or automatically generated, I notice that the page displayed changes the destination, but is not the url of the browser.  In this case, the destination page is not editable, unless I go directly by modifying the url.  Reading your pages edition of Muse in the browser (Adobe Muse help |) Working with the edition of in the browser in Muse | Part 2), it seems like it should work?  or have I misunderstood something?
