Microsoft Security Center turned off; are not not in Services...

Issue of Microsoft Security Center

Running Windows7 Home Prem 64 bit...

Action Center displays an alert;

Windows Security Center service (Important) turn ON NOW

When I click on tour now I get... .it cannot be started.  When I develop the alert I see bed that UAC will notify when programs try to make changes to the computer on and OFF Network Access Protection.

I went to the 'Services '... Security Center service is not in the list...

How can I remove this alert in the center of the Action?

When I ran

wscsvc net start at the command prompt I got 'the name of the Service is incorrect.

The problem is with a PC of a close friend and I take possession of his PC remotely.  My PC has a Prompt command link in my Start Menu... its actually not.  So I started his command prompt by typing CMD is the Start Menu... my point, when I run CMD on my PC I can right-click on its icon in my Start menu and click on administrator.  With my friends PC... I typed CMD to get to a CMD prompt... I do not run as administrator.  But was it had to be run as an administrator, I would have thought that the message would read "a need administrator...". "and not that it's an invalid service.

Microsoft provides some Free OS Security Support tech... call qualify this problem and if so, how many would we?

This is not to say that I would be unwilling to continue to solve the problems... but if we are out of options here... then it would be time to contact Microsoft.

Furthermore, is it possible to create an icon for the command prompt?   How?

Check if you have any other antivirus software. He could have disabled Security Center service.

Some antivirus/security products may cause this error. McAfee, Norton, Windows Live OneCare.
ThreatFire are some. What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on machine now? And
who have you ever on it, even if you have uninstalled them? (These leave the remains that can cause some)
    strange questions.)

    Hello

It is a strange question. I m not 100% sure what the problem may be. Maybe it s has the motherboard or other for lack of material. I recommend contacting the Toshiba service partner because has more experience with these cases of hardware failure.

  • Click on turn off sound not working not not the button Rollover in Captivate 9

I use the Mac of Captivate 9 version. I created a button rollover with two States - Normal and Rollover (I used a smart form for the button and selected use as a button). I selected the check box turn off sound click in the Actions Panel. However, when I publish and click on the button, I can still hear the clicking noise.

To troubleshoot, I created a button of shape smart with only a State (without roll), tested, and I heard a clicking noise. So, the issue seems related to the rollover State.

I've searched the forums and couldn't find an answer to my question.

    Any suggestions to correct?

    Thank you.

A button of form in Captivate 9 has always built of three States: Normal, rollover and down.  Did you remove two States in view of the State?

Have you installed the hotfix: https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/kb/hot-fix-captivate-9.html

  • Microsoft Security Center icon in the toolbar State but deleted program. How to remove it?

I use a HP Pavilion a1510n, XP Home Edition, Media Center Version 2002 Sv Pk 3 AMD 64 Oricessir 869 MB of RAM.  Recently loaded Skype and Explorer 8.

I removed my Microsoft of their Security Center security bases a couple of weeks and installed Malwarebytes' Anti Malware 1.51.2.1300.

I had reinstalled Microsoft security essentials and when the program began to run, there were two icons in the status bar... a 'protected' with indicator showing green and others a red shield with a white "x" inside... I was never able to remove this red shield of the plateau.

I looked everywhere I know, research, program files Windows, etc, but I can't find anywhere on the computer where every bit of this program are still installed. I now use only Malwarebytes... I understand it should only run an anti-virus/malware both program.

If anyone can help me get this icon off my tray it will be appreciated... Thank you all...

In the run box, type: msconfig and click OK. On the Startup tab, go to:  msseces and uncheck the box. Under the Services tab scrolling in the: Microsoft Antimalware Service and uncheck the box. Click on apply, click OK. Restart your computer.

When the computer reboots, put a checkmark in the box not to get the popup again.

If these two lack the startup and control services: Control Panel, administrative tools, Services. Scroll up to: Microsoft Antimalware Service double click it and change the type of boot to disabled, click OK.

If there is no entry in the Services or the icon does not go far, follow these steps.

In the run box, type: regedit and navigate to:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER
    \SOFTWARE
    \Microsoft
    \Windows
    \CurrentVersion
    \Explorer
    \TrayNotify

Click on the Board to notify and right-click on icon stream and click on delete. Restart your computer.

Don't worry all other status bar icons are coming back.
