Microsoft Visual Runtime c++ Library Runtime error program C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\PMB\PMBDiscImporter.exe

I get this message when I try to open a disc.

This application has requested the execution to terminate in an unusual way.  For more information, contact the application support team.

Any ideas?

Hi chinochihuahuas,

1. what disc you are trying to open?
2. what application you want to use?

This error can occur because of a program using Visual C++.

You can uninstall all existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and check if it helps.

Step 1: To uninstall the package:

a. open programs and features.

b. in the list, find the Package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ and click on it.

c. click on uninstall at the top of the list.

Step 2: Download and install the latest package and see if it helps.

Download details: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x 86)

http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=A7B7A05E-6DE6-4D3A-A423-37BF0912DB84&displaylang=en

Step 3:

Given that Sony is also mentioned as well as the Visual C++ error code, you can also try to reinstall the Sony app if you have and check if that helps.

Hope this information is useful.

  • Cannot find the Microsoft Visual FoxPro support library; prevent a program from running

Hello. I'm running a Dell Inspiron (2010, do not have the numerical values of product stored) with Windows 7 64 bit. I had to reset factory the laptop video driver problems do not allow videos unfold and had not run yard Office before that. However, now, when I try to run post yard, it gives me the error in the title. I tried compatibility for MS03, with and without the servicepacks. None of those worked either, so I'm missing a manifest file that was on these systems. I don't know but something on FoxPro beyond that. I tried searching on Google (preferably on Bing. It's enitrely possible; e something has failed in the downloads when Dell reset me. In addition, I don't know anything else and rely on you for advice. Thanks in advance!

    Hello, Morgan D,.

If the update program does not run, you could try and do a scannow to check any file system errors. If this does not help, you may need to use a virtual program for older software to run.

First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

    Click Start
Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
    Click on "Run as Administrator"
At the command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

This will check for any violation of the integrity and repair any damaged operating system files.

    Reboot your system.

If this does not help, then read the following information.
If you are running Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate version, install Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP mode (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx) and run your software in Windows XP.

If you run Windows 7 Home Premium, try VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) or VMware (www.vmware.com) Player and install a separate copy of Windows XP (family or professional edition) for this purpose. You can find the virtualization software free that will run on Windows 7 Home Premium.

  • Runtime error program C:\Progrm my riding Stables\Bin\Win32\Gestuet.exe

Whenever I want to play the game of thie I get an error message that reads Runtime error program C:\Progrm Files\My Riding Stables\Bin\Win32\Gestuet.exe

    Hi Johannholm,

Welcome to the Microsoft community where you can find all the answers related to windows.

According to the description, it looks like you receive runtime error when accessing My Riding Stables.

A runtime error is a software or hardware problem that prevents a program to function properly. Runtime errors could cause you to lose information in the file that you are using, causing errors in the file (corrupt the file) so that you cannot work with it, or prevent you from using a feature. Unlike stop errors, errors lead usually Windows or a program to stop working.

He would be grateful if you can answer this question in order to help you further.

Have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

To run a SFC scan, follow the steps described in the following Microsoft article.

How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Method 2:

I suggest you perform the clean boot and check if it helps.

Clean boot will check if any third-party application is causing the problem, as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

How to solve problems using the clean boot in Windows 7: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: once the diagnosis has been made, make sure that you try to step 3 of the article to reset the computer as usual

    Method 3:

Run the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if that helps resolve the issue.

    Microsoft Safety Scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again, the data files that are infected can be cleaned by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

    Method 4:

I suggest you install the latest orders and check if it helps.

    Update drivers: recommended links: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Update-drivers-recommended-links

    Reference:

What is a runtime error? http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/what-is-a-runtime-error

We would be more than happy to help you if the steps above did not solve the problem.

    Hello

You can put your system to boot in order to check the issue.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista or Windows 7 by performing a clean boot.

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 3 of the above article.

  • Data licenses - > C:\Windows\system32\slmgr.vbs(1131, 5) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: permission denied

    Separated from this thread.

My apologies for this presentation as a 'response' to another question. I am completely familiar with the mechanics of this forum and could not find out how to submit a question, but hope someone can help me!

I seem to be yet another victim of 'trust Tamper store', 'Windows 7 build 6701 this copy of Windows is not genuine,' 'Non-genuine Windows,' problem.  (Error code 0x80070005)  Win7 Pro, Lenovo OEM - had reloaded to "factory condition" on 2 new discs of hard without any problem.  This time he managed without problem for almost a year.  I applied all updates from MS just after 'Microsoft Update/patch Tuesday", on 21 and 22 April and checked several times thereafter:"up to date ".  Everything was fine for more than a week. During the race, my desktop went black (no picture, but the icons & files remained) and the non-genuine warning appeared in the lower right.  I checked MS Update (again, nothing).  I've not originally clicked on the links in the pop-up of MS Windows, suspecting that THEY might be malicious software (I aperiodically having a pop-up invites to update my antivirus right [AVG] - sometimes after having updated, but close the pop-up window and update normally, usually not to receive updates).

Then I found I couldn't open MS Office (Word, Outlook or Excel) programs (any of the worksheets first day of the month is NOT a good deal!).  The pop-up "Red Cross" read "Microsoft Office is unable to verify the license for this product.  You will need to repair the Office program by using the control panel. "I did, nothing helped.

I clicked on the link to "microsoft.com/genuine/validate/" and after that it lasted several hours, I gave up on that.

Somehow (perhaps via "Support and help" I found same son "Mike Toyn", "JasonSSX" and started reading these threads.  When I saw the entry on "inviolable trust store, I ran"Belarc Advisor"and concluded that the product key Windows 7 Professional (x 64) was QUITE different than on the OEM sticker (MS Office key was the same as on the DVD cover).»

I returned and tried to follow the suggestions in these discussions, running in some "dead ends."  In the command prompt, I have successfully changed the key to the right pair, but could not activate, receive «...» Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Permission denied. »

I downloaded and ran MS Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool and ran it (see report below).  While I did not understand the report, I was worried to see the last 2 groups of 5 characters of my Win7 (NOT those of my Office key) under 'other data-->' ' Office details:

Today, I noticed later 'victim' of this issue, Eileen D. Pike, and I want a decided to try to get into this thread to do not have to back-up/image of my HARD drive, reformat and start of the way back to (to 2011) factory settings!

    "This program has requested unexpectedly.

The windows up to date shows that it is updated. My computer is windows 7 Home premium. I would really like an answer as soon as possible. I tried for two days to download this game. I really want to play XD

There are many C++ libraries and most of the games that require a special version will install this version.

The game is still in beta and won't be officially released until 2016, then

I think you need to ask your question on the developers forums.

Also, yesterday, my mother was in his email on my computer and she tried to open an email and got a script error (I didn't see what he said) that she clicked on OK and then she locked out of his email and shegot an error message 999.

Who would have something to do with the other error message?  And what I can do about it? I don't know what to do.

    Thank you.

These are errors in script on the pages (and probably have nothing to do with your connection or your system or IE) and there is not that you can do on them - that they sometimes occur.  However, you can stop or severely reduce the notifications.  Go to Tools / Internet Options / Advanced and uncheck display a notification of every script error and also the checkboxes next to two script debugging options to ensure that they are disabled.

I don't think that the errors are related (they are different pages) and I don't think you need worry no or do something beyond what I suggested above, unless you start to have more frequent or constant problems to access web sites or to stay connected or getting locked - then after back again and we'll take another look at the situation.

    I hope this helps.

  • Microsoft JScript runtime error with twisty2a.js in RoboHelp 10

In my 9 WebHelp Pro RoboHelp project, the twisty2a.js ran perfectly to show all / hide all. The script is located in the root folder, as well as all show and hide all buttons.

In the last few weeks, I've had my computer replaced and I upgraded to 10 of RoboHelp. I am now running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 with a 64-bit operating system and IE 9.0.8112.16421.

A few days ago, I opened the project RH9 RH10 in. The conversion seems to go smoothly, with the exception of some strange formatting in my paintings.

Today, I noticed that display help works, but that you're ever hide everything.

I tried to open twisty2a.js, which has been configured to use the button ShowHide One method, to check that it is still correct. When I try to open it in RH10, I get a Windows Script Host error:

Line 58, Char 1, "navigator" is underined, 800A 1391, Microsoft JScript runtime error

Anyone know if there is a problem with the script, or if it can be a problem of Windows configuration with my new system of RoboHelp?

Thanks as always for all help

I think the problem may relate to the "Determine the browser" section in the script (I tried to insert a PNG image, but got an error message ).

BTW, I tried to format this discussion better, with bullets and dashes, but the editor is quite temperamental. He doesn't like it even when I press ENTER to create a blank line.

I understand that you have been in direct contact with Willam van Weelden, and it looks at the problem.
