  1. when exactly you receive this error?

  2. don't you make changes to the computer before this problem?

  You can try to rename the catroot2 folder and check if it helps.

  Step 1:

  a. Click Start and in run type C:\windows\system32 and click ok

  b. find the Catroot2 folder. Right-click on Catroot2 and rename it to Catroot2.old

  If you are not able to do the normal mode, try to start in safe mode and rename

  If you are unable to access the catroot2 folder, and then try to change the permissions on the files and check if it helps.

• Migration of selective users between servers in unit's network

  Is there a good way to migrate subscribers to a server from the unit to the other, because they are related in the same directory and message store and are already "networked" in terms of seeing each and other subscribers?

  If you use the 4.0 unit (1) and later, you can use the Global Manager of Subscriber tool to move individual users of a server from the unit in an area of numbering to another.   If the installation provided with your Windows computer discs was preinstalled on the computer - it is OEM and cannot be moved. You can move Windows to another computer if you buy the retail version.

  You can move the windows on a new computer

  If it's a full license or upgrade retail - Yes. You can move it to another computer as long as it is installed on one computer at a time (and if it's a version upgrade the new Windows computer must have its own license of qualification). The previous Windows installation on your old computer must be formatted or deleted. You will have to perhaps call Microsoft and explain what happened to complete activation. Turning it on the second computer will automatically be in effect 'disable' the license for the first computer.

  Please refer to the (migration Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 [1188535.1 ID]) - Please make sure that you are running a version of OS 64-bit supported Windows (as stated in the doc).

  I think that the best way to achieve this is to perform a test using test databases/servers. This test will identify the problems and obstacles specific to your installation, which may or may not be mentioned in the generic documentation that you can find.
