  This fix is needed for "iAS 10.1.3.0.0" so if your target instance iAS is greater than 10.1.3.0.0, so it's normal to get this message, because you don't need to apply this patch.

  This error is obvious, as is your version of forms

  "$ORACLE_HOME/bin/frmcmp_batch|grep Forms| grep Version" return?
  
  Forms 10.1(Form Compiler) *10.1.2.3.0* (Production).
  

  But the 5841985 patch is applicable to the * 10.1.2.2. * As you are to the superior version * 10.1.2.3.0 *, you cannot apply 5841985.

  I believe you were downloading 7016961 for an older version, due to which he was pointing to the old condition sine qua non

  So what you need to do is, in patches and updates, search for patch 7016961, then select iAS 10.1.2.3 Download this patch.

  Then follow me 7016961 for the iAS 10.1.2.3 service reading and see if there are any prerequisites. They must be applied without any hitch.

  Here I installed this form of Oracle 10.1.2.3.0 once again on the target environment?

  If this is the level of the Group of hotfixes in 10.1.2 $ORACLE_HOME on the source node then Yes you have to have the same level of patches on the target node group.

  Its fixed. He had no problem with the configuration and the solution that they provided is irrelevant. I did just steps below

  1 disabled the DNS configured with static IP and domain ANALYSIS FULL

  2 dial-up DNS, deleted the entries in/etc/hosts

  3 node Oracle 2 earpiece RAC started in management and not registered with Oracle DB service

  4. outside in the 3 VIP for only 1 SCAN seemed to connect properly due to question # 3.

  Now its fixed. I think the main problem was with the side DB that we weren't aware.

  I signed the jacob.jar, frmwebutil.jar using sign_webutil.bat

  I add the the path of the Jacob.jar file in class_path in the default.env file

  In the section [webutil], the file separator is a comma instead of a semicolon.
