  Fixed! I had to create a new page and insert the flash animations, force Dreamweaver to create the Scripts folder. Then I had to go to the header of each page containing flash movies and remove the Linné:

  When I saw in the browser, they worked. However, once I downloaded the published file (zip) to SCORM, the buttons do not work.

  Your question can be connected with the way in which your LMS plays files. Try to download and test your SCORM, SCORM Cloud to see if it works from there.

  And another thing to check is that you have not only used the link to the file on your computer as the link.  You need to make sure that the files are loaded in the same folder as the SWF file output and set the link to them as being the file name only.  Then there should be a link that works for almost any server on the web, including most of the LMS.
