  If you need a font that is not available for synchronization of Typekit (or does not part of the library of Typekit at all), you can usually buy a license of the Foundry or one of their resellers.

  Is it possible to add a default value to a xmp_property, but using the SDK UI?

• NetworkManager missing in the SDK

  I found a very important in the Documentation package: qnx.net-, but it is absent in the development kit SDK is available now... I think it's sort of a misunderstanding.

  It is in the QNXNetwork.ane that is included in the SDK. It is not added by default with other libraries because Flash Builder doesn't support auto, adding files to the DONKEY.

• Momentics IDE under Linux can't find the SDK

  Hi, I installed Momentics IDE on my 12.04, 64-bit Ubuntu as root. After that, I run the IDE for the first time as a regular user. I invited myself to install the SDK, which I did. However when I started the IDE for the 2nd time, it still behaved as if no SDK has been installed (I got the prompt again and could not build due to missing QCC projects). So I run the IDE as root and installed the SDK again. But even after this, the IDE always behaves as if no SDK was present.

  I found the sdkinstall executable in the/opt/bbndk directory, which says this:

  How can I fix it?

  The IDE is not intended to be installed as root. It creates a .rim folder in the home folder of the user who installed (/root/.rim). You can attemtp to solve this problem by entering your own folder of /root/.rim and by changing the property to your users (chmod).

• Impossible to debug the example provided with the SDK projects

  Hey there.
  Just recently I started learning the SDK AE. After reading the first two pages of the Guide to the software development kit, I decided to try to build/debug examples of projects in visual studio.
  I tried with the model project "Skeleton" and with the "Resizer effect" project, but the two I can't seem to make it work.

  I set the environment variable AE_PLUGIN_BUILD_DIR for the correct path, and I also made sure visual studio debug using AfterFX.exe
  However, if I try to launch the visual studio debugging (F5)... nothing happens. After effects opens, but nothing happens after that.

  I checked my output log and... Well well full of messages like:

  Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

  Well, it is normal that if you launch AE in the debugger, nothing different happens if you launch AE normally. Which means that you must create or load a project and apply your plugin, so you can stop in the debugger (unless you want to catch global initialization, which is made on the loading of the program).

  With regard to the PDB messages in the journal, which is quite ok, as the Adobe dll plugin obviously would not come with debug information.

  The plugins you've compiled are born actually in the correct path? They are available in the menu effects in AE? It is the first thing to check, because when there is not this plugin, debugging is not available :-)

  I interpreted your question so that your .aex files are actually present and visible on EI, you just can't break into the debugger when one of them is used.

  So for your plugin, you must make sure that it contains debug information, otherwise you will not be able to debug.

  Please check the following settings for your project in Visual Studio:

  "C/C++" - "Debug Information Format" value "Program Database"

  "C/C++ - preprocessor"-"Preprocessor Definitions" string contains the "_DEBUG" set

  "C/C++ - Code generation '-'Runtime Library' is defined is ' / MTd ' or ' / MDd" (this is the most common error when unable to debug!)

  ' Linker - debugging - 'generate debugging information' set to 'Yes "".

  Highlight the data in the browser store, expand its sub-tree, there is a node "filled in", under the node, it lists all the data stores that are used as sources for the current data store

  then expand "used by"-> interfaces, it will display all interfaces include the current data store (but maybe the current data store is used as a source)

  That's all you can get user interface, otherwise I guess you can use the SDK.

  Hi, I had two questions about transmitterPLugin. I am trying to create a plugin that will transmit data to the monitor of first source pro on an external device.

  Since you have to scrub the timeline and see live results, plugin show is the way to go.

  The interesting part of your project, it's that you must return the frame for head tracking, even if there is no new image from Premiere Pro.  I agree that you need the while loop in a separate thread or process, so that it can continue to loop and manage the lead followed separately.

  SetupDialog certainly isn't the place to run a processing loop.  This is only a place to display the user settings and save them.  To the settings dialog box, you can use Windows or Mac API.

  During the ActivateDeactivate, you can manage physical access low level, and could be a possible place to redeploy a new priority processing thread that assumes the head track frames and handles.

  I'm having a lot of problems with understanding the SDK and how to work with it.

  The documentation available only is generated comments PHP which summarizes the methods, variables, about classes and groups.

  It is a reference that helps a little more on the technical aspect of the classes and their relationship with each other, but it IS NOT tell me, for example of one of the sample files:

  It's the example script that creates an external network, what I have to do to set up a new client, organization.

  Another unknown is what is a "fence Mode" in the present: $config-> setFenceMode ($fenceMode);

  Another concept of basis of the SDK I could not really grasp yet - is why some of the classes start as VMware_VCloud_API * while others are VMware_VCloud_SDK *.

  Another example? in the scree of new organization of the GUI, in terms of policy, there is a section 'Limits' - I searched carefully and found no corresponding SDK/API method in the documentation!

  Also, I couldn't find a way to delete organization (when a customer cancels a subscription, for example).

  I apologize if my attitude invades a bit on the angry side, but I was home for a while now and every time I get more irritated watching the "documentation" try to understand something

  Nevertheless, Kimberly Wang code is simply remarkable and very well written, just help to know how to make this huge puzzel I wish (even in the sample code that I do not understand how to find the right order of things in nesting objects in order to do something like object of class VMware_VCloud_API_OrgSettingsType for the parameters for example then feed him in a VMware_VCloud_API_AdminOrgType (as well as other parameters - why are they not in the $settings object? And finally another object of VMware_VCloud_SDK_Admin is to truly create the Organization!

  If you compile with XCode 5 on 10.9, right?

  You have two options:

  (1) from a previous version of XCode, copy on the SDK 10.7, who expect the sample of projects (since first Pro CC works on Mac OS 10.7 and later versions)

  /Applications/XCode.app/Contents/developer/platforms/MacOSX.platform/developer/SDKs/MacOS X10.7.sdk

  or

  (2) in the build settings, change the kit of basic development to OS X 10.8.  This means that the plug-ins that you build will not work on 10.7.

  I have no experience with the SDK, but I'm a competent programmer so could probably pick it up, but I wanted to ask if anyone knows if you can access the markers on the timeline through the SDK and move them if all goes well.

  You can read the markers Flash, but you can change them or write news.  PrSDKMarkerSuite.h is the main interface for playback of the markers.

• Using the data logged in an interface with the aggragate function

  I'm trying to use logged data from a source table in one of my interfaces in ODI. The problem is that one of the mappings on the columns target implies a function (sum) overall. When I run the interface, I get an error saying not "a group by expression. I checked the code and found that the columns jrn_subscriber, jrn_flag, and jrn_date are included in the select statement, but not in the group by statement (the statement group contains only remiaining two columns of the target table).
  
  Is there a way to get around this? I have to manually change the km? If so how would I go to do it?
  
  Also I'm using Oracle GoldenGate JKM (OGG oracle for oracle).

  After successfully testing UI integration ODI using a function of aggregation such as MIN, MAX, SUM, it is necessary to implement change using tables of Journalized Data Capture operations.

  However, during the execution of the integration Interface to retrieve only records from Journalized, has problems to step load module loading knowledge data and the following message appears in the log of ODI:

  ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression

  (b) define the two connections to the database so that separate and distinct references to the Interface of two integration server Data Sources (one for the newspaper, one of the other Tables). In this case, the aggregate function will be executed on the schema of the Source.

• Update of today seems to have changed the interface for the bar of icons rather than a list search engine. Is there a way I can restore?

  I know everyone says that they 'hate' changes to the familiar interfaces in a first time before getting used to them, but I just personally don't like the look of the icon-tray in everything I use (it seems to overcome at least some of the usefulness of the Internet on a computer rather than on a mobile phone). I also kind of a lot of up there, search engines that not everything I can recognize immediately by icon. I know it's a minor inconvenience, but having to scroll on an icon to see the name of its search engine is quite annoying after being used to having a nice list that comes to tell you their names. Some way I can change it back to the old interface of the list?
