Missing MlDataLib.Lib file

I have aparently miss me a MlDataLib.Lib file that is required to complete the connection "hot sync" between my PDA and my Mac.

I tried to reinstall the latest version of the software and have reimmaged the PDA by HotSync using my cable several times.  The file never shows upward.

Someone knows what I am referring to and how to correct the situation?

Try a hard reset on the device. Usually, this type of error indicates that the file is corrupted in the unit.

    I recently updated from LV7.1.1 to LV2009 and noticed LV 2009 is missing \vi.lib\DAQmx\. I tried to copy my library DAQmx above LV7.1.1\vi.lib and did a massive compilation of this directory, but compiled files have a bunch of damn connector sinks showing as 'invalid '.

    Someone at - it suggestions how I can get a good library DAQmx in LV2009? LV2009 does not come with the support of DAQmx? !! ??

    After you install LabVIEW (any version), you must run the DAQmx Installer to install the support for it with LabVIEW. Even if you already installed DAQmx, you must always re - run the Setup program to install the LabVIEW support.

  • How to call external functions without one. DLL (just using a.) H and. LIB file)?

    Hi all

    in fact, I am facing difficulties on how to get an external function is called in CVI (Version 2009).

    I was delivered with a. H file and a. LIB file to call an external function of my project CVI. The. H file looks like this:

    void exportedFunction(double *parameter);

    As far as I know, the external function was written with MS Visual C++ 6.

    So, I tried to link statically to the al extern like this function:

    -Add the. H file and the. LIB file to the CVI project

    -#include the. Folder H when I needed to call the external function

    -do the external function call

    During construction I get unresolved CVI external function call error, so this seems not work.

    I did some research autour and stood up with two possible problems. Maybe one of you can help me get a bit further and do work things out.

    (1) of the code of the 'real' function inside the DLL file that was not delivered to me. Or y at - it a way to get concrete results (calling external functions) with just one. H and a. LIB file (with none. Included DLL file)?

    (2) the external function does not export according to the rules of Style 'C '. The signature of the function in the. H file shows some things don't like

    extern "C" __declspec(dllexport) void __stdcall ...

    Or maybe it's a combination of these two issues (missing. DLL + bad export style function)?

    I guess I could get around the incorrect service export style when I managed to write a wrapper around the original function that actually uses Style C exporters. But I guess I need to the. DLL file for this test as well.

    Thank you very much for your answers.

    Best regards

    Bernd

    There is no need for the stuff of dllexport. There is also the option of a static library without any DLL.  But the "extern"C"' is essential, because it forces the C++ compiler, which was probably used to compile the library to use the C calling convention.

    If you are unable to ask the library vendor to provide a version that was compiled using C calling convention is the way to write a wrapper with VC ++ 6 around this library that functions using C calling convertion reexports. Something like

    extern 'C' myfunc1 type0 (type1 arg1,...) {

    Back to func1 (arg1,...);

    }

    for each function, you must use.

    BTW. "unresolved symbol" is the error message from the linker, you can expect if you try to bind the C code against a generation of library with the C++ calling convention.

  • How to associate a .fp file with a .lib file?

    Hello

    How to associate a .fp I create in the ICB with a .lib (i.e. not a .c file) file so that I can create a range of service to go with an external library that I can disseminate to third parties through a .dll file?  The help file seems to hint that this is possible, but I don't understand how to do.  Pointers?

    Thank you.

    The association is done automatically: If you have a .lib file with the same name as the file .fp, in the same location as the .fp, CVI will use the .lib file as the program of the .fp file, even if there is also a .c file with the same name.

    With a name like that, you almost certainly have a virus or other malicious software or remnants of a pest of sorts.  What is a message you get when you start the computer?  Run a complete AV scan with tools like Malwarbytes and Super Anti Spyware.

    http://www.Malwarebytes.org/
    http://SUPERAntiSpyware.com/

    If you have run these AV/spyware tools and if we remove a pest then this is the result of a registry entry remains, search the registry for umugiseyitegigu and delete the values or keys of this name or remove values that contain a reference to it.

  • system32\DRIVERS\pci.sys missing or corrupt file error but windows xp is already preloaded on computer when purchased

    missing or corrupt file error system32\DRIVERS\pci.sys keeps appearing. I had a problem with google chrome and then stop everything. This error appeared. It tells me to use the cr rom boot but xp was already loaded on the sony vaio that we bought a few years ago. I don't know what to do next because I don't want to lose the pictures and music, we have on the hard drive. Any help would be appreciated

    If your data is not backed up, then at some point that the data will be lost.

    Your Sony are delivered with a hidden restore partition or recovery disks, but I do not think that the Sony recovery allows to repair an installation of win, only pure install.

    You must remove the drive and it slave on another PC in order to retrieve the data, or take it to a decent repair shop for them to do it for you

  • Error message on my Vista computer: missing or damaged file: C:/windows/system32/drivers/ATAPI.sys. (Status: OXC0000098). NO RECOVERY DISK! (lost).

    Missing or damaged file: C:/windows/system32/drivers/ATAPI.sys. (Status: OXC0000098). NO RECOVERY DISK! (lost). How can I recover my system, if possible? It does not even start.

    Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.

    If the system restore does not work, do a startup repair, boot from the disk Installation of Windows Vista genuine (or one that you can borrow from someone) or a recovery disc.  Here is the procedure: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial148.html.  The Startup Repair tool can repair atapt.sys.  You may need to change the BIOS to do first the CD drive in the boot sequence to boot from the CD.  To do this, hold the screen that tells you the key F to push to enter the menu start or start of installation.  Push it quickly. Make the changes, save your work and exit.  Put the CD in the drive and reboot.  When you are prompted, press any key to boot from the CD.

    If you do not have a floppy disk, you can make a bootable recovery disk by using http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/ with burning software like: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html and, of course, a blank CD.

    If this does not work, try to start in safe mode (click on the F8 key during startup and go into safe mode with network - or using the prompt from the disk, if necessary, several times).  Then we will check some of your system files:

    Go to start / all programs / accessories / command prompt and right click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator (skip thiis step if you use the disk)...

    Type sfc/scannow, go and let it run.  It will scan and try to correct some of your system files.  If all goes well he comes complete with no corruption, it could not repair (if it has these post of corruption here or try to analyze it to find the problem or files using http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928228.  In a best-case scenario, he'll fix Atapi.sys.

    While in the command prompt, type chkdsk /f /r and enter and let it run.  It will scan and try to solve any corruption or bad sectors on your hard drive and remove especially as a cause.

    If it does not, then thanks for posting any repetitive error message in Event Viewer on startup (Start / Control Panel / administrative tools / event viewer - type eventvwr and enter, if do it from the command prompt).  Here's how to use Event Viewer: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic40108.html.

    I hope this helps.  Post back the results of the analysis and attempts to repair if these do not work.

    After migrating to a new Mac Pro Dreamweaver CS6 launch. It is said that missing menus.xml file. How to solve this?

    Hi rustyg12,

    Go to/Applications/Adobe Dreamweaver CS6/Configuration/Menus/menus.bak

    You will see a menus.xml file here - it is a backup copy of the actual menus.xml file that uses DW.

    Copy it from this folder, paste 1 level above (in the file menu).

    Launch DW. See if it works.
