• Program error Photoshop CS4/CS3 - Mac OS 10.5.7 problem possible?

  Last week I updated my OS 10.5.7 (I'm on a PPC not Intel). When I try to use the text tool in Photoshop CS4 I get an error "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

  -L'App not crushed, but I stop by Force whenever this happens because the continally error box reappears.

  -This is also happening with Photoshop CS3.

  -CS2 does NOT appear to have this problem.

  -I went through everything from the AdobeSupportAdvisor app for a total uninstall/reinstall of CS4 and still have the same problem.

  Everyone knows about this problem?

• Photoshop CS4: Using the pen tool to add corner rather than the curved anchor anchors

  Hello people, I tried everything I could think about using different sentences, but have yet to find a way to do it or if it was possible. I'm working on a project that requires the addition of many corner anchors to paths. By default, using the feather of Photoshop CS4 adds curve anchors. Therefore I have to add the anchor and then convert it into a corner. Is there an easy way to make the PS to create corners instead of curves with the pen tool? Even using combos Shift-Ctrl-alt-click did not help? Would save me time and mental health!

  Hey everybody:

  I've just activated a license for Bridge and Photoshop CS4 on my laptop and for some reason, the "Photoshop" menu is missing in Bridge CS4. I've never seen that happen before with our other facilities. I really need the menu of Photoshop because it contains the image processor to convert my RAW files.

  No idea why this is missing?

  Problem #1 - text tool will not work. We can create a text box and type in it. Text does not appear on the document, but appears in the layers palette.   Hey there.

  If you want to do little things edition go for 7 or cs2 or any older version, the reason being that they are low on resources on your PC too compared to cs4 that is very heavy and needs a lot of flat space of memory and hard and it is too expensive.

  There will be a few missing tools with the former, but if you are not a professional and want for personal use, then go for any earlier version.

  I am a developer and I design and develop websites and I use photoshop 7 its low on resources and I mainly edit images related to the music and movies , so it's ok for me.

  Check your condition and then go for the one you need.

  The 760D has been first of all fully supported in Camera Raw 9.0.

  Download and install Camera Raw 9.1.1 which is the latest version of Camera Raw, which is compatible with the CS6.

  In Photoshop, click Help > updates.

  Check if the correct version is installed in Photoshop by

  Mac: Photoshop > about Plug-Ins > Camera Raw

  Win: Help > about Plug-Ins > Camera Raw

  If this update mechanism is not working, try to manually install Camera Raw 9.1.1

  Uninstall what you can the normal way via the Control Panel, and then use the CS cleanup tool.  Then try to reinstall. You might want to try an installation download rather than the disc if it continues to fail.
