  I want to book my free upgrade of Windows 10.  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium with SP 1, but the upgrade icon does not appear in my taskbar.  I did all the checks described in detail in the responses of the community, in particular ensure updates KB3035583 and 2952664 are installed.  Still no luck with the "App" icon

  However, after searching my PC to make sure that these updates are installed, I see that 2952664 appears twice in 'the system' (see below) - this could be the problem? Does delete? How?
