  A suggestion for a better (more reliable) way to fade in multiple layers - especially when these layers are compositing - is to place a Black video clip (you can generate a new element function) on a layer above several clips you want to fade in or out and then just melted this black clip to fade in the lower layers , or fade the back clip to Dim lower layers.

  Not having dissolved individual on each track also makes it easier to adjust the fade in and out, as you only need to adjust the length of the transition from one dissolve applied to your black clip.

  I want to wrap the text around the text, the orientation is landscape. I have 2 layers of text, one that contains only numbers (which fills the background of a way) and one containing only letters (text in forefront (4 letters)). I want that the numbers of the scarf around the letters. How can I do this using InDesign or another product that could make this possible? (I have photoshop too)

  In fact, I think the numbers would break to wrap any point, but the problem is that the OP wants to be returned on the outline of the glyphs, not the text frame. To do this type must be converted to outlines.

• Adobe Reader highlight tool is more full of text, simply create a line around the text

  The highlight in Adobe reader tool no longer works as before.  Instead of filling the text, as it is used, the tool creates just a line around the text.  This makes it much harder to identify strengths.

  I am running Win 8 and using Adobe Reader XI version 11.0.09.

  I have attached a screenshot to illustrate.  The way the tool used to work, they testify as I want it, highlight all the text in the document.  As it is it currently works, is shown on the first line of the text, where a part of the text was highlighted with the tool as it works now.  I have just created a yellow line around the text.

  I checked how the highlight settings are both the former highlight text and the new text, and they look identical.  Percentage of the color settings and opacity are the same.

  Moved in a horizontal menu of the Widget Library to my head for my main menu.  I have spent over an hour trying to find a way to make the surrounding areas go, but I can't.  I realize that I can insert text and text a link to some pages, but I don't want to have to do that if possible.

  You can use no padding for menu items and set the same for all States:

  

  Also if there is value stroke, you can decrease up to 0 which would remove all border weight.

  Attached is a logo that has a border around the text that im trying to duplicate I tried dropshadows and with the help of a stroke, but the two did not work if someone could tell me how this is done I would greatly appreciate it's for a logo design btw im. Just trying to learn new tricks in illustrator.

  Appearance Panel, add a line (at the bottom of the appearance Panel). Move the line under the fill in it entering on the right side of the Panel, drag down filling. Make the race heavy enough to achieve the desired effect.

  I guess it's one that is easy if you know how, but I did not.

  Is it possible to do so on measure/manual, or is this a case of using the feature bow to varying degrees?

  of course, it's a nice and simple. Draw a path in the shape you want the text to follow, and then select the Type on a path tool and click on the beginning of the road and start typing

• Unwanted padding around the text

  I've just started creating web pages, and I seem to be stuck with a problem of unwanted padding around my text.

  I've colored the text boxes so that it's easy to see what is happening.  Reviews for the grey area, where you can read "Aniversarios, Celebraciones y Bienvenidas" text to push the box down (it's supposed to be flushed at the top with the other boxes.  There are also of no matter where I put the text.

  H1 tags have a default padding and/or margin given to them by the browser. You should be able to remedy this by removing any padding/margin of the h1 around your text tag in your css...

• Add a line around the text with a stroke

  This has been driving me crazy for years and often found ways to achieve "kind of", but I thought someone here might be able to help.

  Create a text, vectorize, add a line. OK, now I want to add a line around this whole thing so it is dye-cut on vinyl. My Cup is just a stroke with a color defined in my palette. I create 2 shots, but I can not understand how to get one to go on the other. I tried also to duplicate the image, to create just a glimpse, but it is impossible to get exactly described by hand.

  If I don't explain this right, please let me know.

  

  So, I have the text converted to outlines, white and gold accident fill stroke. I need to be able to dye cut it. If you add a new related, it's at the top of the old. Basically, I want to add a stroke to the race, but only on the outside.

  It transforms the effect (which is a direct construction but does not really exist) in paths that exist for the cutting line. Do you need a real tool to follow line don't you?

  Use the layer styles.  Double click on the layer which will open the dialog to styles of layer, and you will see the path of the race to the bottom of the list.

  Thanks for the replies. In the end, I found the method simple to solve this problem was to create a simple bitmap image and add to the screen where I want the border.

• Blue teal weird around the text box

  It happened when I pasted the text from one of my InDesign files to another file InDesign from a colleague. It does not appear when I export a PDF file but it's annoying when designing.  Anyone have any ideas on what this is?  The Red plan is the text for the bottom text box.

  

  Custom tracking / kerning, I think. You can disable the high point in the section of the Composition of the prefs.
