  • Mixer sound missing Windows 7?

Windows 7 has a stereo mixer control as in XP? I can't see it and can't find it. My music software for recording live streaming only records music extreme weakness, attributable to the software writer and I can't find any way to adjust the sound level of the PC system. The mic and line level control are available and okay. Is - this another feature is limited compared to the good old reliable XP 7? Would contribute to another sound card? With the help of Microsoft integrated high definition Audio 2.0 card. To work around the problem, I have to connect the Line out to Line In and everything works fine.

You have to find the right driver for your sound card or chipset, Microsoft doesn't make the material, the form will be on the website of your laptop or PC manufacturer.  Once you get the right drivers, you will get the mixer.

  • CLEAN AND DI TITLES

I use a Behringer FCA1616 the issue I'm having is when I'm with pod farm. I hear both the wet and dry signal. I hear that even when I do not have the army track and ONLY when the logic is open. The interface doesn't have any kind of software of routing/mixer, this seems to be a question of logic more than anything else. any ideas?

How have you integrated with the FCA1616 Pod Farm?

Preferences / Audio of the logic, the CAF you have selected as input and output.

The CAF has a live Mix control on the Panel before you put to DAW, so you hear only the processed signal.

For now, don't run don't not audio from computers in the system through your recording equipment preferences, assign built-in.

  • Satellite L670-1HD - problem with audio interfaces USB 1.1

    Hello

I have a Toshiba L670-1HD with an Intel HM55 chipset, and an Intel Core i5 460M processor. I use this machine for my music software and that's why I use different audio interfaces external and USB-MIDI-Controller with build in audio interface like Mixvibes U - Mix Control Pro (http://www.mixvibes.com/content/u-mix-control-pro). These built-in audio interface are connected via USB 1.1. Always when I use this audio interfaces interfaces crash audio internalt - the sound is cracked very hard and there are noises in. The controller of all crashes sometimes too.
When I use another interface audio as an audio interface Hercules DJ Trim 4 & 6 (http://www.hercules.com/uk/DJ-Music/bdd/p/102/deejay-trim-4-6/), which is a USB 2.0, everything works fine. No crashes, no cracks and no noise.
You could say now that there is no problem and I should stick to the Hercules interface if it does no problem. The problem is that the Hercules is an audio interface only, there is no controller in it with which I can control my music software.

I've updated all the drivers from the support page of this site without success. Is there a solution available or the Toshiba knows this subject? Am I the only one having this problem?

Would be nice if a Toshiba official support employer could respond to this message. But this does not mean that I don't want to read somethng submitted by the user for which an index - all Board/Council/recommendation is welcome.

Thanks in advance for the help!

    See you soon,.

    Hello Stefan

In my view, you see the problem from the wrong point of view.
Toshiba and each laptop manufacturer offer product and hardware and software support. So if there is a general problem with the functionality of the material you are by Toshiba on the right address.

You use a third party and that you have some problems. Do you really believe Toshiba should support you and help to get this external peripheral work? In my opinion not. On the market, there are thousands of different devices and laptop computer how of the manufacturer must be able to test each of them and offer a solution?
Something like that is definitely not possible.

In my opinion, you should communicate with Mixvibes and ask for help. They have the best experience with own product and I presume that they are testing the features on different PC/laptop platforms.
They should know how the device should work on new laptops with USB 2.0.

It seems silly now, but Toshiba has nothing to do with it. If you have a general problem with the USB ports and they don t work with different devices that Toshiba should ask for help.

  • Sound Volume settings do not go below 20% or greater than 70% HELP!

After restoring my computer using Norton Ghost because of this problem, it happened again after several days and I have no idea why, or how to solve this problem.

The green light on volume will be not less than 20% and not more than 70% using different volume controls.  This is verified by going to the control panel and looking at the settings of the sound card and all mixer controls accessed through entertainment console commands.

All of them, no matter how I try to adjust my volume, can't go to zero, full 100%.

I'm pretty sure that I did not visit all websites would have done anything to my system, although it is not always guaranteed.  I also run Avast Antivirus and Malwarebyte Anti-malware constantly.

This issue first appeared a few weeks ago, during which, after struggling to set things straight I restored my system and yet tonight no reason apparent.

When I try to move the cursor under a minimum of 20% is refuse and bounces.  And even more than high 70%.  It's as if some type of compression thing happening automatically as I do not turn.  Not that I know of.

Everyone heard about this problem before?  How to fix?

I thought I had discovered a solution.  Don't know how or why it worked, or what has caused this setting initially, but here's what I discovered:

I went to Windows Media Player after having reviewed the Options tool, judged on the tab DEVICES, speakers highlighted and clicked on PROPERTIES, as the device to use default Directsound device.  I changed it to the map of his Creative Audigy, I have in my office and that seemed to do the trick.

Yet once, don't know how this has changed or if it has never changed a bad choice, but by changing it ((retour) return) for my Creative Labs Audigy card, fixed levels of sound volume to 0 and 100%.

    = = = = = = = = =

This post is almost a month after the one above.  This solution (changing the speaker inside Windows Media Player properties) does not work for me.  The problem I wrote originally, returned again tonight, and the difficulty that I thought I had discovered does NOT work.

Everyone, if you know why the Green level bar can get stuck at 20% to 70% please advise!

I don't know how to solve this problem.

  • Internet and the sound does not work after the ATU Vista 64-bit

I really didn't want to display in the hope I would find the answer using Google, as I did in the past, but this one i can not find the answer for.   2 days ago I d/l a program called Advanced System Care. I was told by 3 of my friends it works well to clean your junk files, Defragging ect ect.

After d/l and the operation of the program, I had to leave and shut down the system. Today I start everything is fine, and then I noticed that I have a red X on my speakers. This is not the red X you get when cut there a smaller lower-right next to the speaker in the toolbar. When I mouse over it, it says "Service Audio work not" when I click it to repair, so good it shows all is working (volume mixer control is non-interactive) then I go to control panel and click on the speaker and I get "this computer cannot play audio because the windows audio service is not enabled.»   You want to enable "I click Yes and it brings back me just in the region, that I was when I clicked on the small speaker in the toolbar with the red x.»  Everything always looks the same as it was when I put in place.

Is there anything else I can look?

Second problem happened at the same time.  I have the same red x on my 2 computer screen in the toolbar on the bottom right. When I try to repair it it says this "this service cannot be started because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated ' when I go to Device Manager and check to see if it is still showing my d-link wireless there is black! on a yellow background. When I try to access the computer to find local internet connections, it says that it can't find. I know that my Linksys is working because my Iphone is connected.  I already tried to install a cord between my router and my system and it still does not notice the internet even when you try to reconfigure.

I read where I can make a dirty windows vista installation and fix it. but I really hope that there is a better way.  I also tried to restore my computer to last week when I made a back up and it seems after the use of this program, that he got rid of that as well. So now im out with to be able to roll back before I D/L this close program useless lol

  • End of driver Dell xps l502x dinosaur. device function 0 PCI bus 5 0

Had to rebuild my xps l502x because it has been 5 months out of warranty and crashes due to overheating had begun to bother me.

Clean the entire computer, threw it all back together and for some reason task bar icons is not photos, will not open volume mixer controls, and I have 3 "missing" device base system all say PCI bus 5 driver function 0 0.

Are they related? and how can I solve this problem?

    Hi gcustoms,

Please share the installed operating system. It seems that the Chipset drivers are missing. Here are the steps that you can follow to install the drivers:

    • Click the http://dell.to/18NmI2Dlink.
    • Enter the serial number of your system, and select the operating system.
    • Under the section of Chipset, you will find all the drivers you need to install following:
      • Intel Huron River (HM67)
      • Renesas USB 3.0 host controller driver
      • JMicron JMB389 card reader

Restart the system and check if the problem persists. If so, then share the screenshot of the Device Manager with all the appliances expanded so that I can share the correct set of drivers with you. Here are the steps to access the Device Manager:

    • Press the combination of keys Windows Logo key + R key to open the dialog box run.
    • Type devmgmt.msc, and then click OK.
    • The windows Device Manager appears.
    • Click the sign next to network adapters and expand it.

I hope this helps. Just reply with the results.

  • The volume after transition to desktop applications TuneIn/metro

I'm having a problem with my sound lowering each time I spend the Tunein of the subway to the office mode?  I saw many post on this topic, but I still have to find a solution to my problem.

    -The procedure I do:

    -Go to the start screen
    -Open air
    -Select the station to stream
-Back to the start screen or press [windows]
-Click Desktop out of the start screen
-Lower volume so I can't hear the barley.

There is no volume in the volume mixer control to control the volume of the metro app?

-I then return to the start screen
    -Click on the application TuneIn
    -Volume goes to normal?

My question is how do I keep a constant volume on desktop mode, so I don't have to keep metro app TuneIn open while I'm working on my other monitor?   Can someone please find a work around for this problem?  I can't find one myself!

    -HELP!

For the record, I had this problem and tried all the fixes suggested here (apart from the clearly ridiculous and convenience store System File Checker * sigh *). I found a forum post suggesting that close Steam (valve games platform) resolved the problem of someone else, and lo' and behold, it worked for me as well.

I don't know why it works, it could be something to do with the inhibition of the communication, but mine is set "do nothing", so who knows. For now, I will continue to use a desktop app instead of a 'metro' music.
MS Guys - if you could have a look at this one it would be great.
  • Precise control of mixer

    Hello

I wonder, is it possible to precisely drag/move/move and knobs in Logic Pro X mixer? I mean that normally if you click and hold the slider and make it slide simultaneously works normally. But as I remember in other DAWs method with using the key 'control', or 'command' or something like that and that didn't exist by dragging the sliders is very slow with accuracy.

But I can't find this option in Logic Pro. Could you help me? Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm sorry for the stupid question, I would never ask for such a thing in the forum, but I really just spend an hour to find the answer in google. Without doubt, I used the wrong keywords, but I tried a lot of things and found nothing that helps me. So maybe you could help me?

  • Satellite M60-135: no function Sound Mixer level controls to "CD player".

    Hallo,

On my Satellite M60-135 (Toshiba original Setup) Windows XP Sound Mixer shows a slider of level setting for the drive but it doesn t work.
I can drag the level control or may mark the mute control for CD player, but it has no effect.

I tried to disable digital playback in the device driver for the DVD-RAM device but it doesn't change anything on the level control.

Is this a general problem of the Satellite M60, is a specific defect of my M60 or can it be fixed by updating all the drivers?

    Thank you for any suspicion.

    Wolfgang Nohl

    Hello, Wolfgang

Believe me that this is not a problem or any kind of fault. As you know CD players used on desktop computers have audio out port. This level control Configurator will be used just for them. Portable CD or DVD player has this audio separated on the port and that this option cannot be used. The same situation is on my Tecra M1.

In addition, it is a tool of Microsoft and Toshiba has no influence on it. As you know there is no OS designed only for laptops and this option is that it can not be used.

Good luck and have lots of fun with your M60. It's a great unit!

  • The volume control in the mixer Volume for Skype is always set to very low for new calls.

    Hey all!

It's really annoying to have to adjust the volume in the Volume mixer upside whenever there is a new call. I have no volume of speakers set to automatic in the options, and I have no idea what else controls the adjustment for volume.

It is not enough that Skype (now a Microsoft product) can't understand the audio, I use as ANY OTHER program (i.e. for other programs to plug my headphones is enough sound to be redirected here but NOT for Skype. For Skype, that I have to go into settings and change the sound output device!). I use Skype for a few years due to its good call quality, but if I can't find a solution for this I have to change to another similar product.

    My system is a 64Pro of Win7.

All ideas will be more appreciated!

    CAK

    Eureka!

There is a setting in Windows 7, I don't know about other versions - (tab Communications/sounds/Control Panel that tells Windows to automatically reduce the volume of other sounds when the PC is used to place or receive calls.

Skype is SO smart that it reduces the volume of itself too when there is an incoming call, and so all incoming calls have a lower volume.

To solve the problem simply to set the option to "do nothing"...

.. .and continue looking for alternative software replace Skype. Unfortunately Ms. are actively trying to destroy a good thing...

  • Satellite A100 - recording control - no Mono mix or stereo

    Hello

I have this RealTek Audio Drivers installed in my laptop and when I go to check the registration, it has only 'Volume of the CD', 'Mic Volume' and 'Volume line' available. I know if I need to record sound directly from my laptop without using the microphone, I need "Mix-Mono" or "Stereo Mix" in my control recording, but I have this two components. How can I add these two things. I hope that I clarify my issues here. We hope to get solutions here. Thank you very much! =)
