  It sounds like you cannot connect to cellular data on your iOS devices after the last update. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great not for troubleshooting:

  If you cannot connect to a cellular network or cellular data

  If you see no Service or search on your device, or cannot connect to a cellular network or cellular data, follow these steps:

  1. Check your coverage area to ensure that you are in an area with a cellular network coverage.

  Sorry, but I put t any solution there. The problem is that all the tools that you can find on your device are tested, but there is no way to test it with all the software that you can find on the market. If you can work without mobile extensions you must live with it.

  Hi ujjwal258518, welcome to the Forums of HP. I understand that your microphone does not work in your combined port. Unfortunately, it behaves as expected. The combo Harbour will not work with the only micro devices, it must be part of a communications headset/microphone device. The other possibility is to get a USB microphone.

  As described in the user guide: "If you get a microphone/headset device, make sure that the power cable of the unit has a connector 4 pin that supports audio output (headphone) and audio (microphone)."

• Mobile data does not and the name of the Access Point settings are not available

  I don't have a mobile data, not even the small up and down arrows or letters beside the sims signal bars appear.

  I tried all the troubleshooting settings and different type of network, the airplane mode is off, mobile data are no limit, no power save modes are on. Phone is dual sim so I tried on the two sims and tried to disable the other sim and changing the sim slots, both sims are loaded with a credit of data that works in other android devices. WiFi works fine. Factory reset does not help.

  There is that one thing that I can't not try troubleshooting. When I select settings > more > mobile networks > access point names, it says

  "Access Point name settings are not available for this user.

  Maybe if I could put APN I could get mobile data. How can I do or how I can try to get mobile data to work?

  This text is a bit misleading, which is something that I have forwarded internally as your comments.

  If you have no NPP stored the phone displays the text "the name of the Access Point settings are not available for this user" even if you use the owner account and have access to the settings.

  Try to download the automatic settings from settings-> more-> Internet settings and see if that helps.

  I'm trying to run a simple jQuery Mobile (beta2) app on my phone and its does not work.

  Had been a working app and it worked on the Simulator, but didn't have a screen on the phone Curve8900.

  Then I created a simple jQuery Mobile app that displays a header, content (with listview) and the foot.

  When I insert in the Simulator, it looks fine, but when I charge the phone it loads and displays a white screen with a small gray square at the top left of the screen... (perhaps 30 x 30 pixels or less)

  (the rest of the screen is green, because I put the bottom in the config.xml file to green)

  According to this example JQuery 1.5.2 seems to work on 5.0. Do you need a feature of 1.6.2 otherwise maybe try this library instead.

• BlackBerry 8900 Facebook Photo Upload Mobile Smartphones does not

  Whenever I take a picture with my phone and try to upload them to Facebook, weather, it is connected to WIFI or my bearers of the signal, it does not load. I even get into facebook and try to download it from there and he tells me "Unable to connect to Facebook" YET, a friend with the same rank of phone next to me loads up almost immediately. I tried to reload the app, pulling on the battery, remove all the photos that did not load and still nothing.

  You're not alone, I have problems constant download to Facebook as well.

  A couple of things to try:

  1. set your camera resolution settings down to medium or small pictures and save the settings. Take another picture and try to upload.

  2. Facebook will also give you an e-mail address to which you send your account and your mobile pictures folder uploads. Check out Facebook for this.

  But for your overall isssue, RIM is aware.

• LR Mobile sync does not start

  Using LR mobile on iPhone with the latest version of iOS 10. I took 64 photos with LR mobile to DNG. I have connection in mobile LR with my Adobe ID and after loggin in, departures from symbol of cloud moving for 2 seconds. Then it stops and says "Uploading."... 64 photos on the left"and does not change.

  Even if I omitted the app in the foreground, there is nothing change. Other applications such as "DS Photo" can upload their photos very fast.

  I got it to work. Can I download the raw files of PC in the uplink cloud shouldn't be the problem. OK, it's not fast, but it works. The exact steps were:

  -Establish a 5 GHz wireless network in my router, due to more speed instead of 2 x GHz, a

  -connected my iOS with this WLAN devices

  -chose the iPad instead of the iPhone because of the bandwidth with connection to the WLAN (better antenna?)

  -imported raw files into iPad

  -added these files in LR mobile in a collection

  -disabled the screensaver on iPad, you said before this transfer background is not the favorite of LR ;-)

  - and... it works. Sloooooowly, but it works.

  -J' I better not think to go home with 2000 + photos and saw that the speed of the download

  .. .so please, fix this! ;-)

• Mobile Menu does not switch to the top

  I created a menu and inserted into a php include file called in_navigation.php. It works fine when the image preview in the browser and on mobile devices. I am able to select the menu symbol that goes down when selected and rises to the top when selected. When I put in_navigation.php on my index.php page and previsualisez in view of my browser and mobile devices, I am able to select the menu and it goes down, but when I select the menu and so that it can be traced, it does not work. It just flashes. But the original PHP works fine. I don't know that it happened to me. Any ideas. I inserted the code for your control.

  Choose it when you view the page in a browser view Source, or similar, you will see that the structure of the document is fake. This is because the inclusion of the file contains a complete HTML document.

  To put it all in perspective, an include file has the bare minimum of markup that is needed for the main document. So if the original main document contains a navigation section, then when you replace the section of navigation with an include file the include file contains the navigation section and no more. Moreover, the include file does not have the PHP extension, it might have a TXT extension. If you choose this last extension, then make sure to change the link in the main document accordingly.

  Solution:

  1. modify the include file to read

  2. move to main document

  3. because you call two different jquery libraries in your main document, you can remove one of those who, preferably one in the HEAD section, which reads

• Mobile Lightroom does not synchronize GPS coordinates

  I use Lightroom on Android mobile v.1.2. When I take a picture (using the default camera app), the image has GPS coordinates into the EXIF data. However, the version that is synchronized with the desktop app (2015.1.1) does not work.

  What Miss me?

  At least some Android software, including the default camera app, have a bug and do not save GPS information in strict compliance with the standard way, causing the LR to ignore:
