"mobile LightRoom" does not synchronize?

All the title is in, I think I have good set up "Lightroom DeskTop" for mobile synchronization with 'LightRoom', but nothing to do, nothing happens on my phone Android 5.1.1. Thank you

    You will need to connect to LR Mobile with the same Adobe ID associated with your subscription. If you are already connected to this ID, try to connect and signing back in.

    I started to work with LR 5.5 Office two weeks before. Because synchronization Mobile LR was quite unstable, I decided to start over. I used the option "delete all data" in LR Desktop-> settings and re-connected with my account of cloud in the LR Mobile settings.

    Since then, Lightroom Desktop never started with LR Mobile resynchronization. Sync is enabled and I am connected, connection Internet is fine. But it does not matter what collection I mark for synchronization, nothing happens.

    I also tried to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom Office himself, but without success. LR Mobile sync still does not work.

    Could you try to re-sign-in on iPad + iPhone. Should work now. There was something wrong at the end.

    Could you describe a little bit your Lightroom Mobile workflow at the very starting point on.  Did you for example first connect you to Lightroom Office, synchronized collections and then connected to the IPhone/iPad app?

    • Please go the library Module, then go in the preferences.
    • Go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.
    • Restart lightroom. and check
