  I have an annoying problem, I have jailbroken my Iphone 4S earlier and I had this app "carbonX" pasted on it since then. Unfortunately, after I got my new iPhone 6s and run out the back of my previous phone and the app somehow stuck on my new one as well. Every time I have restart or update the phone it reappears even if I deleted it a thousand times. Any suggestions?

  There is only one solution. You need restore the iPhone as a new device in iTunes and put in place from scratch. If you use the backup of the older device, this will keep recurring.  You install a jail broken to the backup of your machine, and this theme will always be part of this backup.

  I have an iPad 2 Air runs the latest version of the software, not jail broken. It is however controlled admin and some applications have been blocked accidentally like YouTube, Google, clash of Clans, Clash Royal etc.

  I have an Iphone running IOS 7.1.2 5s.  I had the phone nearly a year and half ago.  Recently, most of my applications (including those pre-installed) are struggling to work.  They crash or simply will not open at all.  Alerts do not seem to want to work more, and messages are not sent. I tried soft reset several times to nothing does not.  I am also unable to backup my iphone to Itunes.  Should it simply be updated for IOS 9 or is this something more general?  If this is the case, how my iphone will be able to manage a massive upgrade when it cannot even simple tasks process?  It will cause trouble jump to the top of two versions of the software?  How could I go to update my phone if I can't save?

  Also, I do not have jail broken my iphone so it shouldn't be a virus or any other security restrictions.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Try resetting Safari. Close Safari completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the preview pane of Safari until it disappears from the display. You may need to search the Safari part covering scribbles to the left. Then go to settings > Safari > clear the history and data from the Web site. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears.
