Mode and serial number with creative cloud

I recently bought a subscription to the CC but I seem to be getting the same trial mode/serial number window others have been trying to open a creative cloud application. I already spoke with two Adobe technicians without all resolves. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC, I renamed an OOBE file that the tech suggested I do and looked into the language preferences. I'm on an iMac 10.8.4.
I'm really not technical interest but to me, it seems that something continues to read my first trial CS6, I already had. I uninstalled since then but something remains that perhaps my only thought at this point would be to make sure that I have everything backed up recent files then, perhaps, use Time Machine and go back to before that I installed CC then try to reinstall OR try and hope once the 30 days it will read my paid account.
I would really appriciate any comments. I used too many pretexts for work missed deadlines because of this problem.

Well, I think that I solved it * fingers crossed * in following this:
Mac:
1. click on 'Go' and navigate to/private/etc
2. open the 'hosts' file and departure for all entries for Adobe.com
3 remove the entries and save the file
4. try to launch again any product cs6

I did a backup of the hosts file and qualified "guest-backup" and put on my desk, then make another copy of the hosts file (since you can't change the original). This time I deleted ALL entries in Adobe and named the file "hosts" and who has registered on the desktop. I then replaced the original hosts file with the saved version alteration by dragging it in the folder etc.
I started cc Flash and it worked! I have since downloaded PS cc and is open as well. I just hope that it continues to work...

Thank you.Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs. Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc apps for 2015. and probably more in the future.

I bought Creative cloud a few days ago and I can´t through the programs without having a serial number. But I know that I m not supposed to not need one.
I asked to help support team, and they said I should do this:
Open a Finder window. Choose go > go to folder.
Type/etc, press return, find the Hosts file in the etc folder and copy it to the desktop computer
Guests in the etc folder right click and click on placing in the trash.
Open the Hosts file, which is copied to the desktop.
Or you can find the entry 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com and delete this text.
But I can´t find the folders on my mac. Where can I go in my finder to find this file?
I downloaded a trial version before I bought Creative Cloud. Can only cause problems?
I have a macbook pro, the 2.2 GHZ Intel Core i7, the version 10.8.2 prosessor.

Application of serial number of creative cloud account team
Looking for support or advice than web online chat phone assistance and communications was lower and had still not had a response.
Have an account of the CC team but with only 1 seat. Started using Illustrator where I like it's tested, connect with my CC email address but still then proceeds to ask for a serial number.
Obviously have no serial so now I sit with a trial and look at it backwards from the days.
Any advice would be appreciated by calling Adobe God customer service hotline terrible outside.

Are you able to download Windows and Mac applications with creative cloud?
I'm not sure that 1 subscription, you can download for Windows and Mac, or if you buy CC for each of them individually?

Problems with creative cloud download
I installed creative cloud on my Mac and everything has worked/is working well. But it says that its possible to download it on two computers and who does not. I have to write a serial number which I can't find anywhere (yes I checked everywhere I can). Anyone know what I can do?

You don't need a serial number for creative cloud.

I bought the creative cloud composition and downloaded and installed on my computer. I tried to configure Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard, where he asked me my user name, organization, and serial number. I just changed my computer and I have a subscription with creative cloud but my online account settings now say I didn't... but I do pay by adobe lately, September 11... .so now my PhotoShop is now in test mode... I'm not sure that anyone here can solve this problem... but since I'm a member during the period of 90 days cat I don't see any other options...

Ive been using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop for a while now with creative cloud, but since I've updated the 2015 After effects version, it is said that it is a trail version? But when I go on the creative menu cloud and look at apps it just said up to date, any ideas on this?

I have a problem with creative cloud applications is not to be downloaded or updated date on my i mac, current applications, I still have work. I uninstalled the cc application and re-installed but without success, on the applications tab there is no code error only saying download error out area allowing you to charge applications call does not work... any suggestions?

so my adobe applications are synchronized with my Creator who cloud now on my desk, right? and so far I've only tried the trial for adobe illustrator. Right now I want to uninstall it. so I do it via Control Panel > programs and features and creative cloud window appears and displays a blank slate. saying download error? my last activity with creative cloud has been updated illustrator. now, my options is either "Download creative cloud" which I don't really understand because he's just there or to get help, and I'm here.
