  • Play games - mode full screen does not work yet

    Hi, I have the latest version of Workstation 6.5 running on Win XP 64. I have 3D graphics enabled under settings in my computer, but when I choose to play games full screen, be they always appear the same size as a windowed mode. Is there another setting I have to change somewhere or full screen just is not possible at this time of development?

    Thank you!

    Go in Edition > Preferences > display, and you can choose to have the virtual machine screen stretch to fill the home screen.

    Or, if you want your resolution of the host to change to fit the resolution of the virtual machine, when you enter full screen mode, click the icon in the toolbar of VMware Workstation, then select exclusive Mode.

  • A different cause to SecurityError: Error #2152: mode full screen is not allowed.

    Hello world.

    I'm having a weird problem. I have a browser app that have a mode full-screen. It works very well with a button inside the flash (and against all expectation and forum discussions, it works in a function with no 'evt:MouseEvent').

    Anyway. If I call the same function from a javascript function, it shows a trace that I put the function, but it will not in FS mode...

    linke just that:

    private var _hold:Timer = new Timer (700: 1);

    _hold.addEventListener (TimerEvent.TIMER_COMPLETE, onHoldFinish);

    ExternalInterface.addCallback("IsStatic",IsStatic) ("getRaFullScreen", goFullScreen);     When it is called from here, will simply not...

    ...

    ElseIf (_target.hitTestObject (_btnFullScreen)) / / it can be a clicked button or slider placed by AR with the webcam
    {
    _btnFullScreen.onOver ();
    _objInteraction = _btnFullScreen;
    onStartTimer();
    }

    ...

    private function onStartTimer (): void
    {
    If (! _hold.running)
    {
    _hold. Reset();
    _hold. Start();
    }
    }

    private void onHoldFinish(e:TimerEvent_=_null):void / / it could be called directly, but not in the case of full screen
    {
    _objInteraction.OnClick ();      This is called a function within the class of button I made for use with the AR-webcam. Works like a normal button is clicked

    If (_hold.running)
    _hold. Stop();
    If (_fastHold.running)
    _fastHold.stop ();

    }

    private void onInteract(e:TrackerButtonEvent):void / / generated by an event in the line above with the huge comment
    {
    Switch (e.myNdx)
    {
    box 4: / / Index of the button FS
    goFullScreen();          Called to go here, will not be a mouse/keyboard event, but will work!
    break;

    }

    }

    public void goFullScreen(e:MouseEvent_=_null):void
    {
    txtTrace.appendText ("'-' + stage.displayState + '-'");                    both calls succeed

    Try
    {
    If (stage.displayState is StageDisplayState.NORMAL)
    {
    txtTrace.appendText ("'-' + 'Indo para FULL_SCREEN' + '-'");     both calls succeed
    stage.displayState = StageDisplayState.FULL_SCREEN;               the trace is made, but this line works just with the internal call.
    onEnterFS();                                                                                 A simple call to a javascript script to warn the site that the flash will FS_MODE
    }
    on the other
    {
    txtTrace.appendText ("'-' + 'Indo para NORMAL' + '-'");              both calls succeed
    stage.displayState = StageDisplayState.NORMAL;
    }
    }
    catch (error)
    {
    trace ("" erro no FS ' ");
    }
    }

    To put an end to all of this, the client (which also controls the HTML / CSS / Javascript), wants the FS that by the javascript code (he has changed his mind at the top of the button within the flash). But now that the call comes from outside the flash, it does not work.

    Any tips?  Pleeeeaaase

    again, the flash player has to detect the entry of user for a swf on the web enter the fs.

  • Error #2152: Mode full screen is not allowed.

    I publish my flash Web content. One of the features that users have requested is to inflate the program in full-screen. When I do that, flash gives me a SecurityError: Error #2152: mode full screen is not allowed.

    I understand why Adobe won't allow someone to sneak into a mode full screen on a user not warned, but it's quite draconian.

    Is it possible that I can have the user to indicate that he or she really wants TO go full screen, to satisfy the flash drive?

    Oh. In this case my guess is that you have not gone and edited the page html allowFullScreen to be true? There are several places in the HTML to change so be sure that you will find all the.

  • Full screen does not work when watching video clips of type 'tube '.

    When I look at a tube clip video (You Tube, etc.), the function full screen gives me just a white screen but I can hear the clip still running. When I reduce the screen to normal size, all right. This problem started recently. During the last many years I have never had a problem with mode full-screen, just recently.

    I think it's a matter of adjustment, but I don't know where to start. The only things that have changed recently are MSN automatic updates normal and I did an update on my video card, but I don't think that I changed settings. My NVIDIA Media Center has a new look for her, but I don't know if this is part of the issue or not.

    It was suggested by someone to update my Adobe Reader information, but that did not help or anything harm.

    I can provide more details on my monitor or video card if anyone thinks that this could be part of my problem.

    Then, thanks to anyone who can provide a solution or suggestion on how to get my computer to display full-screen video clips again.

    Looks like the update of the video driver could be the problem.

    Might be interesting to try to uninstall it, or possibly make a system
    restoration of a while before you install.

  • Full screen does not work after upgrade; OSX hangs

    Immediately after the upgrade later El Capitan in Sierra, full function display has stopped working at the end of a disastrous. Not only can I not enter or exit the mode full screen on any application (Safari, iBooks, Terminal, etc.), but in addition, I can't event begin any application which was mode full screen before upgrade (essentially all other applications that I use on my mac). Nor can I drag-finger-three to any application full screen. OSX just hangs and displays the login screen as it has not started.

    Indeed, my mac is useless now, I can't do anything with it. I tried to restart the PRAM, has tried to repair my disk, tried various 'normal' things, which none worked. Can someone help me with this?

    Hello konkere,.
    Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

    If I understand your message that after upgrade to macOS Sierra as your MacBook Pro doesn't work well for you. I know how it is important for your MacBook Pro to be in place and functional after the software update. Reset the PRAM and repair the disk are key steps in troubleshooting. I also recommend reinstall macOS Sierra of OS X Recovery.

    How to reinstall OS X

    OS X can be installed on the same version or an earlier version of Mac OS X, without deleting your data. You don't need to remove or disable the existing system first.

    1. Start of OS X Recovery now command-r immediately after start-up or that you restart your Mac. Release the keys when you see the Apple logo. Start-up is finished when you see the OS X Utilities window.
    2. If you do not want to wipe your drive before reinstalling OS X, open utility disk in OS X Utilities window, then use disk utility to erase the drive. Quit disk utility when done.
      Erase the disc is not necessary unless you're your Mac transfer to a new owner, partitioning your drive for use with Boot Camp, or attempt to solve a problem this as disk utility can't repair.
    3. Choose to reinstall OS X OS X Utilities window, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
      This installs the latest version of Mac OS X, which has already been installed on your Mac.

    Best regards.

  • toggle mode full screen does not not in 2015 CC

    Clicking on the quick key "toggle fullscreen"-normally the tilde key - will only make the Source and program panels full-screen.  In the update of 2015, it seems that he is no longer working for the sequence group.

    Is it just my system?

    Mitch from Adobe e-mail me and we understood the question.

    There are three somewhat similar based on the tilde shortcuts:

    Toggle mode full screen (Ctl + ~)

    This activates / deactivates the full panel screen (window) active Clip or the full screen of the Source Panel

    Maximize or restore the active Frame (shift + ~)

    This maximizes the active groups of Source Clip or timeline

    Maximize or restore frame under the cursor (not assigned)

    This maximizes the panels Clip, Source or timeline are you cursored on

    Hello Chuckimagine,

    ·         Are you facing this problem with your e-mail program, Internet Explorer or desktop screen?

    ·         To make changes to your computer remember what started?

    If this happens with your Internet Explorer, I suggest you press the F11 key on the key board, this will open Internet Explorer mode full-screen.

    If this happens with your desktop screen, I suggest you try to change the resolution of your computer screen.

    1. open display settings by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, on appearance and customization, personalization, and then clicking display settings.

    2. pursuant to the resolution, move the slider to the desired resolution, then click on apply.

    Here is an article that will give you more information about this:

  • How can I leave Firefox automatically starts in mode full screen (Mac PowerPC with Firefox 3.6)

    I use a Mac Mini (PowerPC) as media-computer for our Narrowcasting screen. It's an old mini with Max OS X 10.5.8 and Firefox 3.6.28.

    This works very well for a few years. But whenever there is a power failure the mini boots itself again and Firefox is started automatically. BUT is NOT in FULL screen. Some must use Shift-CMD-F to the mini back to full screen.

    Take a look at this addon

    It does not seem to lock some Firefox and requires manual configuration.

    I have two questions. :)

    2. I've seen in the official presentation of this product that there is a facebook application in store, but he's not here. In the store, I can download only 10-15 applications. Is that all, or there is another way, how can I get more applications? More importantly from facebook. :)

  • Mode full-screen Windows 10

    I installed Firefox on a new computer with Windows 10 and initially failed to enter fullscreen (F11) mode. After some tests, I came up with a procedure that works, but involves starting Firefox twice each time - a minor annoyance.
    I have 1 'Favorites' tab and the other tabs open with a working fullscreen and close Firefox normally (I don't get the warning waited on the closure of several tabs). The following steps find Firefox upward and mode full-screen:

    1. launch Firefox. It gives a blank page expanded with the address bar and the bar tab with a single tab.
    2. press F11. Curiously, square set full-screen mode, it replaces the page 'Restored' size.
    3 maximize. Window extends to its appearance after step 1.
    4. stop Firefox. Window goes away.
    5. start Firefox a 2nd time. This time, it will come with the 'restoration' page Firefox (with address & tab bar) which shows the tabs that were open at the previous close and gives the opportunity to select the tabs you want to come this time.
    At this point F11 will toggle in and out of fashion full screen properly, so steps 6 and 7 can be either order.
    6. press F11. He's going to full screen (i.e. address & tab bars disappear).
    7. click on the button "restore". Earlier closing tabs are restored and F11 is fully functional.
    Issues related to the:
    1. Why don't I get the warning for closing multiple tabs? (It seems more to be an option.)
    2. because (in XP at least) the "Restoration" page should appear only after a forced or abnormal stop, why is she even get involved? (Both the cases referred were normal).
    3. why Firefox doesn't come until normal the first time, with only the tabs that have been pinned and F11 functional?

    Since the first opening of this problem, it seems that the updates have been applied to Firefox, Windows 10 or both, and itself has the problem. So "thank you" to the one who fixed it.

  • I can only access buttons of menu on the first line when I use mode full-screen, why?

    Many Web sites I visit have on the first line of the web page in a series of menu options that do not respond when I move the mouse to select options. If I use the mode full screen these buttons work correctly. These buttons work correctly when I use IE or Chrome. I am running Windows 7 and this has happened in the last two weeks.

    Recently, the extension of the Yahoo! toolbar and the extension of Babylon have been reported to cause a problem like that. Disable or uninstall the modules.
