  Look in your Applications folder for "Install macOS Sierra." This is where the installer is placed when it is downloaded. It is normally deleted once the update is complete, but may still be there.

  The way I got it to print has been:

  Without opening the program, in the list of applications, move on to Adobe Reader and right click, select Properties.

  Go to the compatibility and click 'run as Admin '.  Reopen the application and all prints for me now.

  Images II 7 d would be directly supported in Photoshop CS5 as requiring a new camera raw.

  So, you must download the free DNG Converter to convert these images to DNG and then open the DNG converted in Photoshop.

  Sounds like you are trying to install with the ORIGINAL serial number provided with your product rather than the NEW one with the download.

  Adobe do support the last two versions (10 and 11) so if they have knowledge of 7 at all it's just a lucky accident...!

  Furthermore, I hope that you install on an old computer to Windows XP, because you won't get far in Windows 7 or Windows 8 with this version...

  Jeff, I thought that maybe my keychain on my iMac opportunity (I don't have the password) was the problem, then this afternoon I had a Mac Helpdesker synchonization on my desk to help me get rid of this problem. His advice: try a new user to test on your computer to see what makes the cloud to create Adobe. It was still the 'old' version po Illustrator.
