Monitor x183H; Flashing orange light/No picture

I have a warranty x183H monitor output, running on Windows XP and know issues make him "warm up" and convey an image. Usually, when you turn on my monitor, the LED will Flash a yellow light for a few seconds, the ACER logo appears on the screen and image will result once the LED lights up in blue.

In recent weeks, it is taken more time and more the blinker orange turns blue and get a resulting image.  This increased to range from a few seconds to more than an hour.  This happens whenever putting off tension or going mode sleep.  I kept the monitor for a week or two, but necessary to restart for some updates and went to the monitor through the power cycle, once again, I got the flashing light orange.  Instead of blue turning after some time, the LED will go completely, then return to blink after a while.  No results of the photo.

I have switched to another monitor (using the same cables) and I have no problem wins a photo or one of the other problems I've mentioned.  Any thoughts on what could be the problem?  Thank you.

Hello

Sorry to hear about the output of the monitor warranty no longer works and do not post pictures.  Already do you with another monitor troubleshooting and visited account there is no problem with another monitor so you can exclude a computer problem.

Looks like the monitor is the culprit.  Out of warranty the monitors are not repaired and it might be time to buy another controller, you can check with a store local tech to see if they can secure unit.

You do not mention if we deal with vga or dvi port. You may like another check to troubleshooting, if this can be a problem to port.

Nice day

  • Flashing Orange light - to the right of the SD/MMC slot

Why an orange light flashes next to the slot SD/MMS?

It looks like a coil or something. Just below it is a solid blue light that looks like a radio tower with curves on each side, as it is to show the power out of it. But the orange light flashes, I wonder about that. I never gave no notice to the frontcourt, but the cat was to stick to something and I went to look for, and it was the orange light flashes. I don't know if it was always there or what. This is on a HP Pavilion 500f about four years. Can you tell me what this means or if I need to do something? Thank you.

The blue light flashing on the front panel is light of wireless radio on your computer indicating a connection to your network, and the amber light indicates hard drive activity. I hope this helps!

  • Dell XPS 420 not go, bright, flashing orange light orange on the motherboard, flashing green light behind USB on motherboard

I am running Windows 7 on my XPS 420, I had updated the power supply two years back and installed extra ram and an SSD, a few months ago.

I quit the PC last night, normally

This morning, it is not booting, the light was blinking orange, including the connected mouse was blinking also.

I decided to open it and check all connections; everything went well on the inside.  Before you open the PC, I unplugged all the extras connected like mouse, etc.

The computer has actually started up normally and when I plugged the monitor it looked ordinary, he had reached the Windows login screen.

HOWEVER, when I plugged the first rear USB component, the computer off and started to blink.

I'm not sure what the problem is here.  My motherboard is fried?  I don't think it's the power supply from the computer DID resume after I noticed the blinking yellow light.  I wonder if the flashing of the earlier mouse and/or the flashing green on the back (inside the PC) of USB port average something else.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated

First check that all the cables for power and data are correctly connected, including the cables on the front panel.

No difference and if you're comfortable working around computers, you can try the following:

Note: The only 100% POWER supply test method, is to install a known working power.

Unplug the power cord, hold the power button in for about 15-20 seconds, open the case, disconnect the power connector 24-pin motherboard and jumping the Green wire to one of the black wires, plug in the power cord and the power of the system, if the PSU, case fans and disk hard drive performance then the power supply can be good.

Note: Do not remove the wires from the plug, use a small piece of wire or a paper clip as a rider.

Extract supply and the system still does not work, yet once remove the power cord, hold button power in a few seconds to discharge residual power, reconnect the connector 24 pin to the motherboard.

Remove any PCI video card [as appropriate], memory cards, all the devices, unplug data cables and power to all readers, check that the cable from the front panel is connected to the motherboard, without anything else connected to the system, reconnect the power cable and power the system on.

If there is no difference in the diagnostic lights, of "Beep" codes and/or the indication of the LED on the power button, it would seem that the motherboard is dead and/or the processor and the only method I know to check a processor is perhaps install a compatible work PC, or use a known job processing.

  • LC - E6 quickly shows the flashing orange light. Will not charge the battery.

The charger that comes with my new 5 d Mk III LC - E6 battery could not operate right out of the box. Would not load my new battery, nor any of my other Cannon batteries. Amber led flashes quickly.
The old LC - E6 charger supplied with my EOS 7 d charging these batteries normally.
I updated the scrapped charger delivered with my 5 d Mk III, and bought a new LC - E6 B & h. This unit has the same question. Sometimes it will load some of my batteries of Cannon, but more often the clear amber, after 20 seconds of just flashes quickly and will not charge the battery. My old charger LC - E6 Bill still all these batteries in normal mode.
I use brand Canon LP - E6 batteries in these cameras.

I followed the instructions found in the owner and guide online the site of Canon USA to charge the battery. The batteries are relatively new and show the good working condition on the information panel of the menu camera camera battery. These units (LC - E6) never worked properly.

    Tim,

AC power removed normal home. All high-tech devices are functioning normally.

As for replacement by Canon, I don't have the original invoices for this item, so I'm just going to buy another.

    Thanks again for your contribution.

Flashing orange light on my 1470 time capsule.

It does not connect to utility

It will not be reset in any shape

It has been cleaned, its is not overheated, it has a lit solid when modem connection.

I read the possible motives of questions but no connection I can't even help out at this stage.

    Very expensive paperweight?

    Thank you

    Matt

Have you tried to use the reset on the back? I believe that the orange light is a configuration problem - I get on mine when the network has changed and there is a configuration problem.

I used a soft reset, which resets the SSID or connects via a cable, and then allows me to run the utility to reset the configuration.

  • Hai, my ipod shuffle when it is connected with the computer, it flashes organge light.  If I don't take no light

Hai, my ipod shuffle when it is connected with the computer, it flashes orange light.  If I remove without light and music.  Even I kept connected all day with my laptop for charging.  But without success.  Is it possible to change the battery?

If the shuffle still appears in iTunes when you connect, you can try to do a restore using iTunes, where the cause is a software problem.

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod settings - Apple Support

If the problem reoccurs after the restoration, it's probably a battery worn.  Need soldering skills to replace yourself, and iPod shuffle (with the exception of the 1st generation) is very small.  Not easy to work on.  This web site has repair guides

    https://www.iFixit.com/device/iPod_Shuffle

and parts are available from sources like eBay.

Apple 'serve' the shuffle, if it's the 4th gen (current type).  Rather than change the battery of your device, you get a replacement unit.  According to this document, out-of-warranty fees are $39

Pricing of the Service - The Apple iPod Support

NOTE: If your shuffle is less than one year of the date of purchase, it is under warranty.

The retail price of a brand new 4th gen iPod shuffle, with new headphones, docking cable and warranty of one year is $ 49.

  • I just bought an Airport Extreme and try to put in place.  I have Fios cable with a router.  I can not get anything except a blinking orange light.  After reading the instructions, it seems that the problem with the ethernet cable but I

Must not exceed the flashing orange light.  have tried three ethernet cables to the Fios router.  All thoughts

What extreme version do you have?

Test the cables connecting the airport to your Mac with them and see if the ethernet works on Mac. Green connectivity light should go... If it fails, then the AE died.

Please do a factory reset, then try again.

Sometimes Mac airport utility works well... If you have the preference or iphone ipad, download and use iOS version airport utility and try it for configuration... It is much less awkward.

  • Inspiron 580 s: flashing Amber Light - 4 beeps

I got my office, an Inspiron 580 s in early June 2010.  In March 2011, I have more need for labor and went more often with my laptop.  I'd go on it now and then.  I had stored it in a box from August 2011 until November 2011 when I hung it in my new place, but I still do not use it often.

I just tried to turn it on for the first time in a few months and I got a flashing orange light.  It emits also 4 times.  I unplugged and try until I have everything, I thought I'd come here.  He can't feel it would randomly just crap out on me.

I use it often, but I have a lot of important things out there and where I had backed it up (old laptop) recently crashed and destroyed all the data.

    Help!

Take everything except one out. Try to start the computer. That you remove and install another. Try restarting. Etc. When the system does not start, you have reduced the culprit.

My Airport Express will randomly start flashing orange and I have to unplug it to make it back to the green. Wifi continues to operate even when the light is orange flashing. Anyone know why this is happening?

The next time you see the flashing light amber...

Open Finder > Applications > utilities > AirPort Utility

Click on the image of the AirPort Express

If you see a button update, click on update the firmware on the airport

Otherwise, find status and click on the little orange dot it. A message will appear to say why the airport complained and suggest a remedy for the issue.

  • Satellite 2805-S201: AC power light flashes orange 8 times

    Hello

I worked on a Satellite 2805-S201 and everything was fine until I put a PCMCIA wireless with 3, 3V power.
After that, the AC power light flashes orange 8 times and recycle.

It comes with power supply, battery, AC and no battery installed, etc. If I pull out the power plug and the battery and then put both when AC is green and the battery may charge. As soon as I push the power button, I hear a light click on the right side of the device and then it goes into the amber cycling power.

Bulletins of support mentioned that the card could get damaged, but did not mention the unit itself.
No, the PCMCIA card is not always connected

    Any thoughts?

    CA

    Hello

The flashing provides a micro code which refers to the hardware failure.
But please don't ask me what might mean this code because in my opinion, only an authorized service provider can be read and can check in his manuals and documentations.
But it is of course, in most cases, it s a hardware problem of motherboard! ;(

Perhaps the external PCMCIA card was not totally compatible and damages of something on the map but it's only my personal suggestion to ensure what s bad hardware fault diagnosis would be necessary.

  • If the two orange lights on my Satellite L755 Flash: what it means?

I have a Toshiba Satellite L755 - 154 (PSK2YE). Recently, whenever I start a game top-resources (Train Simulator 2015), after about half an hour power and battery indicators will Flash orange. Some time after this, the laptop shuts down. What is going on?

    Thanks in advance

Usually (2nd left) power led lights white when the computer is turned on.
This indicator flashes orange (orange) when the laptop turns off mode 'sleep'.

The battery indicator shows the battery charge status.
White indicates that the battery is fully charged, orange (orange) indicates the battery is charging and flashing indicates low batteries.

In my opinion, it looks like the laptop becoming sleep or shut down because the State of charge of the battery is low.

On the other hand, it may be possible your laptop overheats due to unacceptable temperature levels. In this case the indicator DC IN would be orange flash and the laptop would be closed.

This could also be the case as this occurs during the execution of a set of high performance.

In case of high internal temperature, you should check if the vents and the vents are free of dust and of the cooling air could circulate properly.
