• El Capitan installed a few weeks ago.  Tried to open iMovie project and it does not show the photos in the Viewer window

  After installing El Capitan and all it seems to also work well, I needed to update an iMovie project.  When I opened the project, I could not link to one of the photos in the Viewer window.  I also could not start a new project since photos that I let fall into the project would not show either.

• El Capitan Mail - content of the message can be seen in the Viewer window

  I use the classic layout in Mail for Mac OS. The list of messages appears in the mailbox on top with an adjustable bar in the Middle, between the content of the message selected in the list.

  Today I moved to the bottom of the window of the splitter bar so I can work with (move, delete, mark as read) a long list of messages in a mailbox. When I did with this project, I was unable to bring the bar of diving to the bottom of the Middle window. This means that I can't see the content of a message that is selected.

  The separator bar is moving normally through when you take a small dot in the middle. With the bar at the bottom of the window, the point is gray. I can't enter to move.

  I opened a second window of the observer. I returned the same way - the entire list and no content.

  It works very well here. You have to keep pushing the bar upward until the window is reduced to normal. Make sure that the cursor is on the gray point and going on to a horizontal bar with an arrow pointing up.

• Gel with information of the document window

  I have a problem with all the programs in my Master Collection CS5. When I open the document info window of any program the window appears empty and then freezes the program. Clicks of the mouse are not working and does not close the empty window. The only way out is to force quit. I'm on Macbook with OS 10.6.8. This happens with all programs, Illi, Indesign, Dreamweave ect. Is there a setting that I could have worng?

  Fixed! Uninstalled and cleaned all the files and reinstalled. Works now.

• Images do not open in the Viewer Windows photo with error 0 x 80070000?

  Whenever I try to open my pictures in Windows Photo Viewer, it must always be charged and I end up closing running my patience to the ground. I then change the program to open it in Windows Live Photo Gallery and it comes up with an error of 0 x 80070000, I watched this but can not solve. So for now, I use Microsoft Office 2010 photo viewer and it works fine but I want to use other programs.

  ·         You get this error for all images, you're trying to open?

  ·         How long have you been faced with this problem?

  ·         You did it last changes before the show?

  I suggest you follow the TEPS to solve the problem:

  a. see other photos including the different sizes and different formats and see if the performance is the same.

  (b) as a general rule, this behavior may be caused by prior caching in Windows Live Photo Gallery too.  Precacheing can cause many to use system resources. We will try to disable caching prior to this problem. To do this, proceed as follows.

  Note: changes to the registry can damage unrecoverable, please back up the registry first.

  (a) click Start and type regedit in the box start the search.

  (b) locate and then click the following registry subkey:

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\ Photo Gallery\Viewer

  (c) click on edit, point to new and then click DWORD (32-bit) value.

  (d) in the new area #1, type CacheSize and press ENTER.

  (e) right click CacheSize and click on modify.

  (f) in the value data box, type 0, and then click OK.

  (g) close the registry editor.

  When I go to full screen in windows Viewer it doesn't return to normal size or show all controls, also if I slide down to close app it goes to the start screen, but when you go back to the desk top it goes back to win Viewer full screen. I bring up the Task Manager to close the windows Viewer.

  I made several different applications of multifolio in Dps App Builder with a custom storefront for iPad and still the same result:

  I have download my custom in the 'screen options' window (screen 1 of Dps App Builder) instead of the 'source zip library' (form 3 of the Dps App Builder).

  A noob mistake

  Now my window custom covers not more my Folios.

  My problem lasted 2 weeks... I work around a few tutorials, thinking that I could handle myself.

  Try to install the VMS software and ACS on the same machine; Windows 2000 used platform.

  According to my experience, it is a bad idea. VMS itself is a resource hog, and I usually tell my customers that several CPUs and at least 4 GB of RAM is required to a minimum. When you add GBA to this mix then you just ask in trouble. Keep them on separate boxes and your troubleshooting of a service that will be much easier.
