• Settings of the mouse from Logitech G5 will not save.

  I have Win 7 Prof X 64. I worked with Logitech support now for almost 3 months on why my setting of the G5 mouse will not save after a reboot. They had load me 5 different versions of the set point and to make all systems that they thought the change. They even sent me a new mouse G500, which has the same problem. After a reboot, I have to open the set point and close it, make no changes, and all my settings to start working. Set point is in my Start menu & KHALMNPR file is set to no load.

  I have loaded the same software on my laptop, Win 7 Home Premium, and it works fine. It tells me that there must be a setting in Windows 7. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you

  You are able to save the setting for another application or a program?
  Step 1: Try changing the setting in safe mode, and then restart your computer in safe mode again to check if the setting is saved.
  If the settings are saved in safe mode, then try to perform the clean boot.

• FX of Trackman marble drivers

  The Trackman Marble FX is the first mouse over the years that I can use it because I do not have a wrist and can not turn my shoulders. He worked under XP but not Windows 7.   Logitech does not support this mouse model more and it is also not compatible with Windows 7.

  You will need to return to the operating system Windows XP or any product in replacement of the research.

• Logitech TrackMan disables the update of security for Vista (KB973565)

• Can I put a double click my mouse from Apple?

  Over the years, I've used many third-party mouse, but now in part because of problems of drivers with this mouse, I would give the Apple mouse that I got with my newish iMac to try. But I'm really used to having the number of right mouse button double click. Double click clicking once with my middle finger greatly relieves the pressure on my arthritic fingers. Is there a way to set the secondary click as a double click on the mouse from Apple? (I'm used to use Ctrl-click to join the context menus, so I do not have the usual setting right click on the mouse).

  You can take a look at BetterTouchTool. If you are using a wired Apple mouse you can set, for example, Middle-click as a double click. To do this, a whole lot more of course. Right now it's still free, but its change to a sort of pay what you want plan. I did not read all of this.

  There is undoubtedly a way to write a small script you could start with double click of the mouse, but it's something that I personally never did.

  It * is * a driver or it would not be listed in Device Manager.  ;-)

  What is the model of your webcam? Visit the Web from Logitech and make sure that you have install the Vista driver. You can also check The Logitech Forum several troubleshooting steps.

  I tried two webcams from Logitech.  #1 webcam installed OK, but the sound did not work.  The video worked fine.  I went to properties, downloaded drivers, went the whole 9 yards, no noise.

  Depends on what you mean by "drag not."   I used a magic mouse (actually three) since 2007.   I have no problem with the element "glide" insofar as it always slides around that I need.   I wonder what you use as a carpet.   I use a piece of black felt to the artist (available at any artist materials store) which is smooth and gives no reflection that would pose problems for the optics.   What I need to do is brush it once a week.

  Can't say anything about the batteries; It is a question of design.   Perhaps a single battery would have been more difficult to integrate into the form.
