I have 5 CS Creative Suite that I run on my desktop and laptop. I know that I can uninstall it from one of them and install the rest on another. There is no option to simply add a third computer for a license to the standard CS retail.

Really, your license is a license for one person with two computers that are used by a single person and not at the same time. Even if you have only one computer, you would be violating the EULA (End User License Agreement) to install on your computer to girls and to run this software.

In your case, it would probably be better to get your daughter a copy of Photoshop by itself. And you can check if your daughter may be eligible for a student very underestimated or the educational Photoshop version if it is considered as a student (see the Adobe website for more information).

In addition, CS5 is not common. You can only buy Creative Suite CS5.5 now from Adobe.

  • CAN´t find other computers on the home network Windows.

I have a home network windows already defined with two desktop with Windows XP and a laptop with Windows 2000. The computers are connected to a router with ethernet cables and the lap top wireless (WiFi) to the same router. Now, I'm trying to connect a fourth computer (a desk top) with Windows Vista. It works fine to connect to Internet, but I can't reach the other computers on the network. On other computers, I can see a 'new', but I don't see the others of a "new". Can someone help me with the configuration of the computer "Vista"?  Thanks in advance.  / Thomas

    Hello

To home network computers running different versions of Windows, we need to make sure that what follows.
    a. ensure that all computers are in the same workgroup.
    (b) the value of the private network location type.
    c. open ports in your firewall to allow file and printer sharing.
d. turn on additional file and printer sharing options.
    e. consider using password protected sharing.
    5 using the network card.

The NIC in the network and sharing Center is a graphical view of the computers and devices on your network, showing how they are connected and including problem areas. A computer running Windows XP can be detected and appear on the network map, you may need to install the Protocol Link-Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) on this computer.

To install LLTD, visit the following link and download: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922120

  • can't see other computers

Hello - for the first time post here - thank you in advance for your help-
I have that I connect to my computer with a static ip address. I use mac and pc.
I use the mac for a specific job and they have no problem to communicate with every President, even across the country.
I have several printers and never mac or pc can be printed on them. they have their own static ip address.
But I have the PC connect in the same workgroup. (cannot ping for them)
1 uses 64 bit of vista ultima
2 using 32 bit vista ultima
    3. use vista 32-bit home
I want to use quickbooks Prime Minister.
I want to have the files in the second computer (vista 32 bit)
But I cannot ping these computers have all the same the same default gateway, subnet mask, even preferred, and replacing the server. and Yes different IP or different last number.
I can see them in the entire map of the view, but I can't do anything els.
I hope that I am presence can I need help.

    Hi Devil52,

    A. What is the error message when you try to ping the computers on the network?

    B. do you have any antivirus installed on those computers?

    (C) what happens when you try to ping from a default gateway on each of these computers?

    D. you are able to access them through the computer names?

First of all, you can try to disable the firewall and see if the problem persists.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off

Second, try to ping your own IP address or disable the firewall of the router and see if you are able to ping other computers on the network. You may need to contact your ISP to disable the firewall of the router.

Since then, we can see the computers on the network, you can try to bypass the router and other computer and let us know the result

I bought the plan of the student and the teacher, and installed it on 2 of my computers, but now I have a new computer and wish to also download it on this computer. There the chances that I can uninstall one of the other computers and install on this computer instead? (Sorry for bad English)

    Hi Simon,.

Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.

To install the creative cloud on new computer

Visit download/install FAQ: How can I download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?

If you are already signed in on two computers, simply disconnect you creative cloud over one of the other computers and log on to the new.

See connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

If you cannot log out due to a broken or reformatted computer, or if you no longer have the old computer, where you have logged in, you will receive a message when you try to connect on a third. Please see this link for more information:

See "Activation limit reached" or "connection error impossible ' with Adobe applications

  • Re: Could not find a mouse driver for my P300-156 running Windows 7 now

    Hello

I recently upgraded my Satellite P300-156 laptop from Vista to Windows 7 32 bit (I'm not particularly computer literate and had no idea that this wonderful new operating system may not work properly on modern laptops).

Had a nightmare, as when the computer starts, the screen is oversized and the keyboard and mouse do not work. It is somewhat intermittent - sometimes it doesn't. I had long conversations and many scans made by Microsoft and it seems now that the problem is that the drivers are not properly load. When we looked in the Device Manager you could see little yellow exclamation (knocks as he called them) bext for pilots to display and mouse and other pointing devices drivers.

My Windows engineer took a look at this Web site and did not find a driver for the mouse and other pointing devices. Does anyone know if there is a there? I can't believe I maybe isn't able to use Windows 7 on this laptop and may need to go back to the agony of using Vista. It seems crazy.

Hope someone may be able to help.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello

You should try Vista 32bits touchpad, as I know, most of them is compatible with win 7. If it does not help you, you can try other models of Satellite:

  • What is my vista backup drive for. I can run it to put vista on my com.can home not download sp1

won't down load sp1 does sp1 with backup drive

    Hi Erieite,

    1. which edition of Windows Vista you are using?

    2. What do you mean by saying Vista family?

    3. what happens when you try to download Sp1? You receive messages or error codes?

Backup recovery discs or Windows Vista discs are supplied by the manufacturer of the system containing a backup of the original factory condition or a favorable condition of a computer as that set up by the manufacturer of the system. This media is usually comes with most computers to reformat the hard drive and reinstall the operating system. If you use the Vista backup drive, it will delete everything on the system. You should back up important data before making any major changes on the system.

If you receive a prompt to install the Vista SP1, then you must download and install the same. It will not be provided with the Windows Vista backup drive.

I suggest that you perform the following steps to solve the problem of installation of SP1.

You can read the following article and see if it helps.

You can also consult the following articles and check.

  • Verizon MZ602 can run on other networks?

I have a Motorola Xoom MZ602 for more than 2 years now and he is out of contract with Verizon. I can use it on another supplier of services outside of US, preferably based GSM? There are simple changes that I can do to achieve this?

    Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, no. The MZ602 option only offers support for Verizon LTE
and CDMA bands. There is no support for GSM, or any other carrier LTE
Both bands. If you want to use a Xoom on a GSM network, you would have to
find a MZ601 or MZ605. And to those, you would get only 3G, 4 g and only
on AT & T. On T-Mobile, you get only 2G data.

  • Vista can connect to other computers on the network, but not to the internet

I have a Vista computer that I just reinstalled and it is connected through a router Thomson to a Win7 machine and internet (or at least it should be).  For some reason any Vista machine refers to the network as a public network that I can change this private and turn on discovery.  If I do that, then the machine Vista can see the Win7 machine through the router, but cannot connect to the internet.

I tried to use the disk driver for the Thomson router on the Vista machine, but at the time wherever he tells me to connect cable internet installation program does not detect that the cable has been connected.

Troubleshooting with software Vista suggests simply reboot the router (that I tried without success).  Needless to say that the Win7 machine connects to the internet fine.

I was wondering whether to try to remove the connection and start again, but unable to do so because when the cable is plugged in tells me you cannot delete an active connection and when I disconnect the cable network connection disappears and so cannot be deleted.

    Grateful for pointers

    Ian

    Hi IanRC,

    Try the following steps.

    Step 1

You can try to disable the antivirus software on your computer and check if it works. Activate antivirus once you check the status.

Note An antivirus program is designed to help protect your computer against viruses. You must not download or open files from sources that you do not have trust, visit Web sites that do not trust, or open attachments when your antivirus program is disabled.

    Step 2

Try the Microsoft Fixit. Open the link below and click it on the Fixit button.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/928233

Check if it works and post back the result.

Any help will be really appreciated. Thank you!

  • I can see the other computers in my home group, but I can't open the Document, or any other folder.

What setting should I do so I can open the files in my homegroup?

I had this same problem where I could the records in the residential group, but when I timed on a nothing was going to happen. Here is how I fixed it... On each homegroup computer, do this: 1) go to control configuration\reseau and Internet\Network and sharing 2) on the left, click on 'Advanced sharing settings change' 3) scroll down until you see 'HomeGroup connections' section 4) make sure that the "Allow windows to manage the homegroup connections" option is checked. (5) follow the instructions to close the session, then it works... In case you're curious, these parameters were also controlled in the House or at work in "advanced sharing settings" - profile market discovery-lit file and print sharing - public folder sharing (not recommended) - connections sharing media streaming off 128 bit-lit hope sharing password protected, this helps!

Asked this question in the Windows 7 forum also because the problem was between windows 7 and Vista.

    Hello

If it has started, you can try a system restore - an update "might" have caused the problem.

    1. try a system restore back to a point before that happened. And immediately thereafter enter
Control Panel - Windows updates - top left settings and set it to download and informs you instead
Automatic. Leave it until you are sure that everything is OK and then you can add them one at a time
to troubleshoot BUT click right on and HIDE all the driver updates. Also stop at day of drivers like below
and let this value - manually search for drivers when you think you need. (See how and why to)
    stop day of drivers below.)

How to make a Vista system restore
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-System-Restore-how.html

To uninstall an update if you determine that there are problems - Panel - updated Windows - down left-
    Updates installed - uninstall

I had completely forgotten the system restore!  While looking into the system restore, I found that when I moved into my new House and has cable Internet installed, the cable technology installed a program of comcast on my computer.  This caused me to not be able to connect with other computers.  After rolling back to install it before it works!   Thank you.
