• Pavilion G6 Caps lock flashes constantly but the laptop work.

  Hello!

  I've owned my HP Pavilion g6-2292sa Notebook PC (running Windows 8) for about 4 months now and tonight, so I was watching just the net that I noticed that my Caps Lock led flashing continuously, a flash every second. My laptop works fine, and I rebooted to try to stop the flashing, but with no luck. I checked Flash and positions that average hot flashes but mine does not fit in all of this. It is starting, it is not beep just the caps lock flashes constantly. I checked my other lights and see no other spazzing out like that. I'm rather worried because I had to have a new motherboard and HARD drive in a month of purchase. I googled not materialized. Can someone help me please?

  Can you check the UEFI environment in F2? Let's see if it happens there inside and outside to win 8.

  If it happens again, we can try a hard reset - remove the battery and AC and hold the market for 30 seconds, then plug back in. We can also try a BIOS flash - checks whether there is a newer version or re flash.

  If the problem does not occur in BIOS - then you can try a Virus scan / update or restore possible system

• Magic mouse - no lights?

  I just bought the magic mouse2 and I have an IMAC of 2012.

  I plugged in the cable of the lightning of the magic mouse and turned on (and it is plugged in a few hours) and theres still no light or anything?

  I updated my computer rebooted, used various lightning cables but nothing seems to make the charge of the mouse or light in anyway?  This mouse is defective?  I've never had problems connecting the touchpad or keyboard before.

  You say that you have updated your system... what version do you have now.  (It should be 10.11.3 El Capitan)

  If you have an Apple store in the neighborhood, take it they test it on place and replace if necessary.

  I don't know what keys combined I pressed on, the number lock which light below the F11 key always turn on. Subsequently, some alpha keys does not work.

  I think that FN + F11 should turn off the number lock light, but this combined only keys, turn on the light a bit dark, it remains light and keys alpha still does not work...

  It s very strange because the FN + F11 key combination turn the light on and off.
  Did you try different combination of keys FN + F10 or F12?

  You shouldn't need to disable the power management software, but simply adjust to where it is not longer Hibernate.  Take a look at this document, which should help.

  The system idle process has nothing to do with your fan coming.  Your computer constantly monitors the temperature of your CPU and if this temperature is too hot, then the fans move on to high speed.  You can use the freeware 'CoreTemp' program to display the temperature of your CPU, if you want.  Temperature rises usually when the computer is under heavy CPU load but the usual cause of high speed switching fans is an accumulation of dust inside the computer and close the CPU fan.  Open your case and clean the dust.  A can of compressed air makes quick work of it.

  Good afternoon

  Currently, I'm stumped on troubleshooting lights error code for a hp compaq cq62 customers. I tried the hard reset, the reinstallation of the memory and even plug the laptop directly into the wall instead of a surge protector with battery removed. I can't find any solution on the HP site or any other site of forum for this issue as to what a solid caps lock light and a solid orange light on the f12 key.

  Currently I think the customer may need a new back light system or a new processor. Before to come to this conclusion, I hope that there is a clear solution for my problem. Thank you for any assistance.

  I understand you are having problems starting your PC clients laptop Compaq CQ62.

  A single glance on the caps lock light usually means it is a failure of the CPU and requires a replacement of CPU or the motherboard.

  Also try to go through these documents to resolve startup problems:

  Computer does not start and the lights blink or the computer will beep.
  Troubleshooting of the black screens with no start-up or start-up error message.
  Tests of hardware failures (Windows 7, Vista) or hardware failures (Windows 8).

  You can tell if the backlight is the issue or start by plugging in a VGA monitor to see if the screen is displayed or not. If this is the case, you have on the laptop display problems. If it isn't, you're dealing with a problem of CPU, GPU or motherboard.

  After repairs to toshiba in my brand-new laptop pro M70 (System Board has been replaced) I noticed that the caps light does not work when the caps is on. The bulb works as it lights up when you press the caps, but there are not on.
  Although the installation of ceiling works I don't know when the caps lock button is enabled or disabled. Very confusing.

  Any help is greatly appreciated. I am running MS windows XP pro.

  Am I wrong? In my opinion this is something mechanically. Can not solve yourself.
  In this case I recommend to contact the ASP again and explain the situation. Generally, the warranty should cover the repair procedure.

• Presario CQ56: Caps Lock flashes constantly

  When I press the power button, I hear that the components start to work, but the screen is completely blank and I can't do anything but turn off the laptop.   2. what kind of mouse you are using? What is a wired or wireless mouse?

  3. did you of recent changes to the computer?

  If you use a laptop, try to reduce the sensitivity of the Touchpad and check

  If you are using a desktop computer, you can try to reduce the hardware acceleration and check.

  a. click the Start button, Control Panel.

  b. now, select appearance and personalization. under display, select adjust screen resolution.

  c. now, select adjust the resolution.

  d. click Advanced settings.

  e. now, click the Troubleshooting tab, and select the change settings button.

  f. in the Security dialog box, click on continue.

  g. move the hardware acceleration slider to the third notch.

  h. click OK and restart Windows.
