Move the existing Service

Hi all

We have the following already set up in the constructor function.  Services have dashboards and reports generated from them:

The Service principal name

Subgroup for the Service

Service1

Host1

Host2

Service2

Host1

Host3

Host4

.. and so on.

Is it possible to move these services to a new sub-group but keep the current dashboards and reports intact, i.e. not having to create a new service?

The Service principal name

Subgroup for the Service

Critical_Services (new sub-group)

Service1

Host1

Host2

Service2

Host1

Host3

Host4

No-critical_Services (new sub-group)

Service3

Host5

Host6

Thank you

Brian

Let's say you want to get out of here

from there

Here's what you need to do

1 create two new Global Services (Important and 'Not Important') (at this step you can also use local services)

2. go in Add specific component, then select Services (from Service1-3) that should be part of your group-not Important

(3) repeat this step with the other Sub groups

(4) remove Services 1-3 in the group, they were now (you'll see these services at both locations in the Service tree.

(Use red on services to remove and carefully follow the dialog box.) It should tell you that the Service itself cannot be deleted Foglight as it is still part of another Service. "This is what we want).

  • Move the "Data Service" volume ZFS on OSX Server

    Hi all
I would like to move all the data service to a ZFS volume on a Mavericks OSX Server. This option can be found here:
    Server.app-> your server-> settings
and is called "Data Service". As someone has already done this? It works or what I have to do a manual config, whenever the server restarts?

    Hi all

So I'll answer my own question.  The answer is no, in fact, the app Server does not detect even the zfs volume.  I also try to cheat and to synchronize the/Library/Server volume ZFS and softlink then the original file to the copy of the zfs volume, but App Server would no longer work.

Then Mac OS x still don't like ZFS much.

I reformatted the drive with appleRAID, and then I could move everything using the button in the application.  I noticed that this original file is still there.  If it's really just an arrangement written somewhere.  Anyone know where this parameter is written?  Maybe I could get data on the ZFS drive sync and write this setting by hand.

  • Move the existing 5.5 ESXi installation of the HARD disk on USB.

I need help on what would be the best approach to move my existing ESXi 5.5 install the HARD disk to the new USB.

Then you tell your environment uses the local disk to your VM data store (s)? In addition, you want to move your partition ESXi to USB and recover the local disk space? I think if it was me, the the more safe thing to do would be to shut down the system, pull on the local drive on just enough to disable / he dethrone, insert the USB key and run ESXi installation. Then (after checking the boot order) reinstall the local disk and boot the system. Once the USB key version boots, make your configurations (DNS, NTP, license etc.) and add the data store (s) existing local drive. You can then add existing virtual machines via "navigation" of the data store (s).

  • Is there a way to move the existing files to new music notes memo?

I love the new music notes app Apple has just come out.

I have a ton of chords and riffs recorded in the memos. Is it possible to move these in the musical notes?

    Thank you for your courage!

He does not appear. I just have a look at the app and so far I don't see how you can import new samples for her. Records appear in iCloud drive in a folder of music notes. The invitation to be audio not compressed with a frequency of 41 000 kHz sampling and the bit depth of 32 bits stored as .caf float

Conversion of a voice memo to the same format and fall into the same folder does not work, then we can assume that I missed some details so that it can be considered a valid music note.

The good news is that if I spend a musical note existing relevant iCloud out of the folder, wait what it is to be removed from my device, and then add it back again, it works. It is then may be possible after all, with a little effort.

Visit https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/qa/qa1534/_index.html to find advice on how to go about the conversion.

  • Pavilion dv7: how to move the existing operating system from the hard drive to an SSD added

b clone existing external SSD HARD drive,

  • How can I move music and photos from my MacBook on an external hard drive, files without deleting the existing NTFS files stored on it?

    Hello.

I am aware that this issue (or different versions of it) will be requested a thousand times before, but after searching on the internet for a solution, I have been unable to find all the information that brings a simple clear answer that is specific to my problem and so thought I would ask the question myself.

I recently bought a Toshiba 1 TB external hard drive to transfer music, photo files and internal document in front of the memory of my old PC running Windows, as well as files, music and photos from my existing MacBook Pro, so I can "release" the memory on the latter.

Transfer files from the old PC proved to be easy; success achieved by simple drag / drop the files to the appropriate location on the external HD icon of Toshiba which appears once I connected to a USB port. It is perhaps worth mentioning that the area of States hard drive has been formatted NTFS for Windows, and so I guess that I would not have expected any problems when transferred to a PC.

Move the files from my MacBook has however proved anything but simple and trying to drag the respective music and photo files and drop them on the HD Toshiba icon (which appears on my desktop once it is plugged), I seem to be affected by the same issues as so much seems to have it before me, in that "forbidden access" / error symbol appears with the cursor , and bounce the files to their original location whenever I try to place them on the Toshiba HD.

I understand that this is due to the HD is formatted in NTFS, and that I would need to reformat the hard drive to move files from my MacBook, which brings me to my questions:-

    (a) how do I do this, and

    (b) can I do this without losing, damage or remove the NTFS files from my old PC, which are already stored on the external hard drive.

If one is able to offer any assistance, in the most simple, easy to follow the description, I would be really grateful!

Never been so thanks in advance!

1 install software such as Paragon NTFS on the Mac and let the reader in its current form or from the Finder, choose utilities go to menu, open disk utility and reformat.

    2. that by putting a copy on another drive. You should do this anyway, in case of failure of this drive.

    Hello

OT: I can not install my wireless adapter TP-Link on PC under Windows XP Pro. I continue to receive messages from "insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service" after each reinstallation
I had this problem since I moved into my new house two weeks ago. To my old place, my pc is connected to my router via a network cable, so everything was fine and dandy. However, to my new place, with a network cable is just not possible, so I use a usb wireless adapter to connect. I bought a TP-Link Wireless N USB Adapter (model TL-WN727N) and I can not installed.  First, I installed the software using the CD-ROM of resources which is come with the product then connected the adapter wireless on my usb port at the back of the pc. It detects the device very well, but when he wants to install the driver of this message displays "an error occurred during the installation of the device. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". When I opened my device manager, a yellow exclamation mark under Network - 802.11 n WLAN cards there. In this window, I tried:!. the driver update (latest driver same downloaded of the site Web of TP-Link) 2. Disable the device (nothing happens) and 3. Uninstall (which I just can't because another message "failed to uninstall the device. The device may be required to start the computer"is displayed). All three failed to install my wireless card. I am out of resources here, so any help is greatly appreciated.

  • How can I move the outlook express emails from an XP PC to an another XP PC that has the same e-mail address without overwriting existing messages on this second PC?

How can I move the outlook express emails from an XP PC to an another XP PC that has the same e-mail address without overwriting existing messages on this second PC?

I need to group together all messages from e-mail in a PC and to retire the first PC.

This could be problematic. I guess or OE is over? This would make it easy.

One thing you could do requires some manual work, but much less removal of dupes. For example, the Inbox. In the machine, you are going to scrap, create a new folder and move all messages in your Inbox to it. After you import on the other machine, you can drag the messages you need this folder in the Inbox, and then remove the user created the folder.

And then there are tools to remove the dupes. This one for example.

    Hello!
I am working on a Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop for a friend. She has Windows HP Home Edition, SP3 installed.
He said that Saturday night he started to act funny and wouldn't connect to the Internet. There were a few popups then begins, and he did not know if they were connected to not go on the Internet.
He had the rootkit.zeroaccess infection. I used Combofix to remove it. It won't always get on the Internet, either via a wi - fi or ethernet connection.
Looking at the event viewer, I see event ID 7003, "the TCP/IP protocol driver service depends on the non-existent service below: IPSec."
Then, event 7001, "(NLA) network location awareness service depends on the service protocol driver TCP/IP which could not start due to the following error: the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.".

I copied ipsec.sys from another XP Home machine which worked and stuck in the Windows\System32\drivers directory and it still does not work.

    Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

  • error 1075 the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion

Im trying to find solutions for this error with windows vista. The only solutions with microsoft in the VISTA section is for xp machines. Go figure. Im trying to reboot the Client DHCP service and this is the error I get. (error 1075 the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion). I tried to fix the registry key to match a working vista machine, but it did not work. This is the registry that I corrected. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCP

Just delete the registry entry and restart the system. It should work perfectly. It worked for me.

    1. Click Start, click run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
    2. In the registry editor, find and then click the following registry subkey:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCP
    3. Right click on the entry DependOnService , and then click remove instead of change
