  I understand that you have a DVD picture in your SuperDrive drive, but it is not mount on the desktop and will not eject.

  Please, try the procedure described in this article using the disc is ejected.

  Get help with the SuperDrive slot on your Mac - Apple Support loading

  Do not eject discs or discs eject slowly

  1. If the drive ejects discs slowly or appears to have difficulty, insert and eject a disc several times. Check the disc to see if it has a label or other material stuck to the disc which increases the thickness. Remove the label if possible.
  2. If the disc does not eject, try pressing the eject on the keyboard button. Some older keyboards may use the F12 key to eject the disc.
  3. If the disc does not eject, try dragging the icon of the disk to the trash.
  4. If the disc will still not eject, try to hold down the mouse or trackpad button after you restart the computer. The Superdrive should attempt to eject the disc.
  5. If the disc still does not eject, reset the System Management Controller (SMC) and repeat steps 1 to 4.
  6. If the disc still does not eject, Contact Apple or an provider of services authorized Apple, or make an appointment with a Store Apple Store for further assistance.

  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall the Adobe photo shop program.

  Method 2: Perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Did you check help-> updates to see if they are available? You probably don't have the latest version of Camera Raw that was compatible with Photoshop elements 12 installed.

  What operating system is running your 12 items first? Have you updated to 12 to 12.1 update using Help Menu/implementation of an open project? If this isn't the case, please do.

  For your immediate problem, did you update Online Services in the preferences?

  Where are you in the program when you get the message "failed to initialize the services online.

  You are in a country outside of the USA?

  There are some online services that are simply not available outside the United States.

  Please check and review and then, based on your details, we will consider what then.

  What you describe is a known problem with the elements first 13/13.1.

  Adobe gave us the solution that seems to be deleting the OldFilm.AEX file.

  Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit

  Local disk C

  Program Files

  Adobe

  Adobe Premiere Elements 13

  Plug-ins

  Commune

  NewBlue

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable by renaming the file OldFilm.AEX in OldFilm.AEXOLD.

  A PSD is the standard work for Photoshop file.

  A PSE is a project file for Photoshop Elements. These projects are several pages. If you are working with a Windows Principal structural element, there will be a folder along side your PSE that contains a PSD file for each page of the PES. If you are absent from this folder, you will not be able to open the file. The PSE itself file is just know how to open the PSD files as pages in a project. On a Mac, all these files are wrapped in a single container.

  Click on convert.

In most programs, you can change the order of tabs/sheets, but in DIAdem, the sort is done by order of opening and closing documents. Its really annoing so I want to reorganize the files, I need to close all the and drag them into the new order. will you add this feature in future versions?

  Thank you for adding this request to DIAdem idea exchange.  There is no feature to do this in DIAdem-SCRIPT from 2015 tiara.
