MS DOES NOT HONOR MY SOFTWARE

I have now an e Machine PC, the prior, one is an HP who, thanks to people who were affiliated with Microsoft, froze and everything has been damaged. I lost the PVC, programs and files and the Dlls 240.00 us. I had just installed the Windows 7 Professional that I bought at OfficeDepot.
Now that I try to install it in the eMachine PC, your site claims that it is a fake or fictitious/pirated copy.
Look people, I have been working in the criminal justice system, I am an officer of the courts in Nevada and a retreat I (I know that this does not count anymore) Presbyterian Minister
I don't have tendency to fly, like many others.
It is very difficult to get in touch with MS, you're the shield behind a wall of cyber which prevents us, clients, contact youj.
My question to you, before moving on to a different operating system; either way, I've been with you for over 20 years; But even if Paul says that "Patience is a virtue" there comes the time that he wears thin.
But back to the question, if you are not going to honor the code/product key upgrade that I bought at OfficeDepot, how can I go back to the Win 7 Home version. I don't want to not re-boot erase any thing to have the computer to restore to the original state I would be risking losing the translations I do for the courts and other judicial bodies.
If please help and do not send me to the Indonesia or the India, I want a response from a technician who is here in the USA. I didn't need another PC crashed.

    A few years ago, I bought a Microsoft Intellimouse Optical mouse pack with a computer/electronics provider online. Earlier this year, one of the left button of the mouse started to act up, but since it is intermittent, I decided to just deal with it since I've had a lot of time left on my warranty (I use these mice for many years, sometimes a little at a time - and know that the standard warranty is 5 years). I asked him how this is possible, and I was told that the warranty for the Intellimouse Optical is 3 years and I bought this mouse 3.5 years ago. I was speechless. I told the representative that the guarantee for the Intellimouse Optical mouse have been for 5 years, but he denied it and insisted on the warranty for 3 years only. I asked him if this policy had changed recently, but he said no and that he has always been 3 years. I got the box for another separate intellimouse optical sitting in my desk drawer, but did not find any mention of the warranty printed on the outside, as they did. Quickly, I went to the site of Microsoft for the Intellimouse Optical support and found the following PDF that shows clearly that the warranty of 5 years were the Intellimouse Optical mouse:

    He took over after having informed the rep of this, there was nothing he could do and kept insisting it was 3 years according to its documentation. I asked him to take a look at the Microsoft Web site as it shows registered 5 years warranty but it does not seem to care. I asked to speak to a Manager or other agent, but he wouldn't let me not and told me that they told me the same thing... it was 3 years. After pleading with him again to check the site, he hung up on me!

    I could not believe. I called back that MS order dept to express this frustrating experience. When I spoke to a different representative in the Department of the order, he said according to its documentation, the guarantee for the intellimouse optical mouse included in over 3 years. I asked how that was possible, given that on the Microsoft Web site, they list the guarantee for 5 years. I asked the rep if I could find my warranty booklet that came with my mouse would take a glance on this case and he said that would be fine. I spent last night wading through boxes and boxes but could not find these documents.

    Fortunately, I remembered the cd of the software provided with the mouse. So I decided to check the software disk intellimouse for information on warranty and there is a RTF file included on the disc (fra.rtf) which States:

    Also if you have intellipoint software installed on your computer, you can see that the mouse is covered for 5 years.

    Open the quick start guide which is installed with the program > "Need help" icon > click Microsoft Device User Guide pointing > go to legal Information > and then to the end user LICENSE AGREEMENT and LIMITED WARRANTY.

    As a consumer and a supporter, I am very disappointed by Microsoft with this incident. Even trying to contact the correct service to explain the situation has been extremely difficult. (After the call back to the Microsoft technical support this morning, I was redirected to another Department that took me to an answering machine.) At this point, I'm not even concerned with getting a replacement/refund for my mouse - just a real apology and an explanation as to why the warranty dept and consumers receive contradictory sets of information. It's the principle of the thing. I don't think that someone at Microsoft would accept their facts could possibly hurt or out of their way to find the correct information even if the evidence is posted above (several times) on their OWN Web site for all to see.

  • OfficeJet 6500 icon does not have the software to start

    I have windows 7 on a hard drive and windows 8 on the other disk.

    I downloaded the latest software and driver for printer Officejet 6500 E710n-z.

    I installed 3 times and each time everything installs successfully but when I click on incontinence on my destop, the software does not work.

    Yet, I can print to the printer and its in my printer folder.  I can scan with the scan icon, but the main icon that starts the program does not work on windows 7 or windows 8.

    The main icon gives all the choices I want to do with the printer.

    By default, your product trial installer should start automatically when the download process and extraction is complete. If installation does not start automatically, navigate to the folder where you saved the downloaded trial software and launch the installer. (See where are my downloaded products?)

    We cannot watch videos or access sites to make taxes.it always says you have either turned off java script or an older version of adobe flash player. We uninstalled and installed adobe reader and active x several times all to nothing does not. any input would be greatly appreciated

  • BlackBerry "BOLD" does not honor the column widths

    The BlackBerry "BOLD" is not honoring the widths of column on our Web site.

    Is this a known issue?  Other Blackberrys work very well.

    An example of this is that we have a two-column table, a column has a width of 32% and the second column 68%.  Table poster 50 / 50.

    Interesting. Remove the ' table-layout: fixed "internal table seems to fix the problem. It looks like a bug in the browser.

    It does nothing when I click on the icon of the appworld, Ive has deleted the appworld in application management, reboot my device and install again. And still will not work. I did it several times and the appworld icon still does not work. Pls help. I recently updated my OS5 OS6 at 9300.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8610: Officejet Pro 8610 wireless printer is constantly busy and does not update the software drivers.

    I'm trying to update my printer via the steps outlined on the HP website. However, when identify my printer and try to install the revised version of the software of my printer continually says its busy. This means that the printer will not update.

    When I first tried this software update the status of the printer was ready however after failing at the start of this first attempt each following update failed because the printer is busy. I turned he walks several times and even turned off then the option automatic updates with no luck.

    Without being able to change that status, I can't update the printer. I know that it is able to connect to the network, because it checks and tells me that he has the latest software version available fo, so I am very confused as to how I can fix this.

    Any suggestions?

    From your description, I understand that you cannot refresh the printer as it is stuck in the free/busy information.

    We will perform a hard reset. To do this, leave the printer and unplug the power cable for 1 minute. While it is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the printer for 10-15 seconds to release built his power, then after the minute, plug the printer in. Also, even if you have used a surge protector/power bar this whole time and you feel this isn't the cause, please plug it in to a wall outlet so that we can eliminate the source of energy as the primary cause.   Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power

  • Contacts from blackBerry Smartphones does not work after software update

    Anyone else having problems with their Contacts button? I installed the updated software version yesterday morning and now whenever I click on Contacts, I get a message saying that "Unfortunately, has stopped Contacts" and the only option I had was to report this to crash the first time; now, I can only choose "OK". I tried to restart my phone, but it did make a difference.

    He worked before that, I only left a micro-SIM with my Z10 to a nano-SIM for the Priv Monday night (4th) and started using it yesterday (5th) whole and I me join and links contacts before this happened.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi everyone, just a quick update: it turns out that it's a problem/bug BlackBerry already know and are trying to solve. There was an update from 01/09/16 for the Contacts app, but it doesn't seem to work when I installed the update. Workaround that I was advised to use in the meantime is as follows:

    • Deselect auto-updated option on Play store -in the game store, tap 3 horizontal lines in the 'search' box to set up your account > settings > auto-update apps > not auto-implementation update app
    • Contacts to revert to the version of factory default - settings > Apps > select Contacts and then:
    1. Click on clear Cache
    2. Press Force
    3. Press on uninstall updates
    4. Press OK when you are prompted to do so

  • SONY does not honor warranty

    I bought a SONY Home Theater and started having problems with it in less than 10 months.  I contacted Sony November 2013 and they suggested that I think I send the rear unit (ORDER 301552096).  They also suggested that I buy a 5 year warranty, if I had concerns about the relibility of the unit.  I buy the 5 year warranty and the Unit continued to work intermmittently.  He failed eventually completely and I contacted Sony - they said to return - I have (GOOD 301813327 WORK).  Now, they say that the device has been damaged and had liquid damage - this is absolutely NOT true.  The original problem was a protection fault occurring less than 10 months after purchase - it's the same problem that is happening now!

    Sony is refusing to honor my warranty of 5 years and false accusations.

    Dealing with Sony by telephone is a torture.  I repeatedly asked them to send me emails - so far without success.  I would like to know how to open an investigation of fraud on this claim.

    I just installed 10.6 on my macbook, but I need 10.7, or later, to run certain applications and printer, I tried to install El Capitan but wound't do anything... help

    Tried to watch the Hobbit Blue Ray tonight (the first time after the software update) the sound is fine but the picture is just a flashing green screen. Tried a new BlueRay just in case that was the record, but no, it wasn't the same.

    Any ideas of the question or the solution?

    Apart from the use of software preinstalled Toshiba Blu - ray, you can also try to play blu - ray discs using 3rd party software, like for example the VLC Player.
    Its freeware and tool in my opinion one of the best freeware players available on the market
