MSI GT70 BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH

Hello

I had a MSI GT70 for more than two years, and every two months it blue screens on a random basis.

At one point, it crashed so often that I had to send back because it was still under warranty.

Now it's blue screens every day and I don't know why.

The error message I get is always the same:

BCCode: deaddead
BCP1: 000000000F00004B
BCP2: 000000000023002C
BCP3: 0000000012A 60000
BCP4: 0000000000000000

Can someone please?

I inserted a link to the file DMP here: DMP file and any other relevant information

Thank you

This phenomenon was related to NETwNs64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver of Intel Corporation.  I remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.

If you continue to plant I remove McAfee and using MSE instead

McAffe often contributes to BSOD

I remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials

I bought the last Windows 7 Ultimate edition teacher and yet when I try to enter the code it tells me it has 'expired' which makes no sense at all. If I'm relegated to this forum or pay $49 an hour to find out why Windows 7 sucks worse than any other edition I've ever known.

I checked everything (I built the machine myself, so I'm not stupid on computers) and made sure that all drivers, bios and everything is up-to-date. There is NO hardware conflicts.

I spent a lot of money on this motherboard 790 - FX-GD70 MSI and a 6 core AMD processor. I have 16 GB of memory and it should be a State-of-the-art computer and it acts like a Windows 95 machine.

When I try to watch video on YouTube I have Blue Screen Of Death. Sometimes after 1 min and sometimes after 10 min. I have installed Adobe Flash Player because it is not necessary to watch videos on YouTube. I checked disable "enable hardware acceleration and I always get BSOD.» I am running Windows 8.1 with all the updates, and also I've always updated Firefox when there is a new update. I tried to install Flash Player and tried all the solutions I found on the internet but non of them work so I uninstalled Flash Player. On Google Chrome, everything works normally, but I don't want to switch to him whenever I want to watch some videos in the fear of having BSOD. Please if anyone has a solution or an idea, it would be very useful. Thanks in advance!

Hmm, since you have already disabled the main hardware acceleration, it could be a problem with the video (or audio) decoding. For video decoding, you can try these setting changes:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press enter/return. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste media and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click the preference media.directshow.enabled to true to false

    (4) double click on the media.mediasource.mp4.enabled preference from true to false

    (5) double-click the preference media.mediasource.webm.enabled to false to true

    (6) double-click the preference media.windows - media - foundation.enabled from true to false

The effect of everything that should be blocking MP4/h.264 decoding and place you in the latest format WebM (VP9) YouTube. You can check the result on this page, but that might not show up after leaving Firefox and start it again:

https://www.YouTube.com/HTML5 (the two h.264 should be red)

It's not so convenient for other video sites, but I'm curious to know if it helps on YouTube or has the same problems.

Hey all. It's a little urgent, so any help is appreciated. So the story:

It all started last Saturday in the fourth. I plugged my 5s 32 GB iPhone in car charger and it blue screened, what frightens me. I quickly unplugged and and soft restarted as soon as I saw him, and everything was fine.

Since then, so three days later, I had to restart about 50 + times. So today I got sick of this blue screen, and I decided that I would try to fix it. I looked around solutions, and many say that it happens shortly after a solution when you remove the screen, but I've had my phone for four months and have never had to remove from the screen.

The next solution was to restore factory default, so I decided to try it, after that I backed up in iTunes which is

Finally, I was getting it restored, when all of a sudden, BAM. projected again blue.

Since then, happened across this restore Middle blue screen of death, and it's practically a piece of metal shit now. I can't do anything. I can't force the restart it you a blue screen. Can someone give me advice? I have some upcoming vacation and need my phone. Can anyone help?

    Try recovery Mode

Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes.

When your device is connected, force restart it: press and hold the sleep/wake and home for at least 10 seconds, and only release when you see the Apple logo.

Keep now until see you the recovery mode screen and wait that he eat.

You may need to do the above, more than once as recovery mode is difficult to enter.

Restore as New first, then restore sauvegardΘ if you wish.

If the steps above do not help, you tested it on an Apple Store.

I think the (BugCheck Code) code is 0x0000C1F5, and there's a Microsoft Hotfix for this:

  • Blue screen of death, the Satellite M100

    Hello

I have Satellite M100, we had problems with the blue screen of death sometimes and then it seemed fairly constant and the only way to ensure that the system is not plant was to start it in safe mode.

The noise had also stopped working. Decided to restore the factory settings system used the disk and everything goes well until the system started in windows allows you to go through the installation program then blue screen again. The sound seems to have returned, although it is slightly crispy.
So don't know if this is the problem or not. Unrecoverable system error crashes and also driver_irql_not_less_or_equal.

Now cannot start in safe mode as the windows installation did not finish...

    Any ideas anyone?

    See you soon
    Simon

    Hello Simon

If BSOD is displayed after the installation of recovery, it may be a serious physical issue.
Try installing the OS using the recovery discs. If the problem persists I think it's time to contact the nearest Toshiba service provider.

  • Satellite L450D - 13 X - black screen of death/Blue Screen of Death

    Hello everyone.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L450D - 13 X for children, and for the price it's a good laptop. Have had no problems with it until two weeks ago, when the screen froze for boys while playing a game and downloading a program on the net. Had to make a stop of force and since then, we have a BSoD on each startup. That's what we tried:

On "Starting Windows", we are given the option to either 'Launch Startup Repair' that ends as BSoD or "Start Windows normally" who returns to the list of option "starting Windows."
Any attempt enter 'Safe Mode' BSOD results.
Attempt to boot an ISO of the disk recovery Windows on a USB key (we did put highlight and make promotion up) results in BSoD. Borrowing a correct installation of Windows 7 DVD and highlighting what an option cause BSoD.

In fact, the only option that we used who threw something different has been using advanced startup options. On one of these options, we've got the Blue Screen of Death with the following information:

    Unmountable_Boot_Volume
Disable memory the Bios Options such as cache/occultation

    Technical info

    Stop: 0x000000ED (0xFFFFFA80023C2CDO 0xFFFFFFFFC0000185 0000000000000000 0 x 0 x 0000000000000000)

I don't mind erase the hard drive and leave, there's nothing on what is essential. Very, very well, I'd appreciate a steer on it. Checked the Web for things and nothing seems to help for other options. I'm not particularly tech literate but can follow directions.

    Thanks in advance.

It is really possible that the HARD drive is faulty.
If possible try to get another same HDD used for test purposes and install OS using the Toshiba recovery image.

A friend of mine had a similar problem and after Exchange of HARD drive, everything went well again.

  • Portege R100 - Random Blue Screen of Death (IRQL not less or equivalent)

    Hello

I've been making 'Blue Screen of Death' screens random in the last few weeks. The error is "IRQL not less or equal ' and it performs a memory dump each time. If I get the error and try to restart the phone after, I usually get the same screen of "Blue Screen of Death" when starting.

I have not installed new hardware lately. Last update about a year; upgrade memory. I tried to replace the RAM with a spare that I had and I was still getting the same error.
I have not installed new software in the last weeks, which would coincide with this error.

I am tracking the temperature of the processor and I'm higher than 48 degrees Celsius.
I'm not an expert, but I guess it's purely a hardware problem? As I rarely hear the CPU fan, I thought it might be overheating of the CPU.

But even after that make the CPU fan to operate at 100% using a free software called "Fan speed" I always got the same random screen of 'Blue Screen of Death'.

I would really appreciate any feedback and assistance. Really, I love my R100 and want to fix it.

    Select this option.

    Hey,.

    > If it's the memory controller can it be replaced?
No, you can only replace the motherboard together. The memory controller is a part of it and it of not possible to replace the memory controller only.

Theoretically, it could be the motherboard (memory controller) to malfunction if Memtest86 errors even you have replaced the RAM already.

But 100% sure answer you can get a service provider approved because they have professional diagnostic tools.
Then get in touch with the guy and ask for help. They can also order a new card of mother if she needs to be replaced.

  • Qosmio G25: blue screen of death in the course of watching TV

I also get the blue screen of death (Qosmio G25) and without apparent reason. I just watch a HD channel for an hour and it just hangs at random while the TV was going on. His crashed a few times before that too. But the strange thing is that I never changed anything, I just watched TV and went to the blue screen with the code everywhere.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Kind regards
    Stephen

    Hello

AFAIK the Qosmio G25 was designed for the American market.
All laptops that end in 5 are for the U.S. market.
However, it is not easy to say why it happens.
I assume you are using the image of Toshiba's own operating system.
I checked the driver Toshiba U.S. page and found a few drivers.
    http://www.CSD.Toshiba.com/cgi-bin/TAIS/Su/su_sc_modSel.jsp?

You can check that you have installed driver TV tuner driver and BIOS versions.
Maybe a BIOS update will help you.

But the blue screen of death is usually due to the fault of hardware or software serious dysfunction.

  • Blue Screen of death - now cannot load Windows (even in safe mode)

Laptop last night (Satellite L500-19Z;) Win 7 64 bit) crashed while playing CIV4. Had a blue screen of death. before I had the chance to read one of the error messages about the computer restarted.

It loaded windows in SafeMode very well then and informed me that he had loaded OK the problem safe mode will be linked to some recently installed software and I should uninstall programs I had installed until it loads normally. As it was late last night I closed and thought I would sort the morning (with the benefit of hindsight it may have been a mistake...).

Today, when the computer tries to start, it tries a startup repair; Unfortunately it does not work every time and it says "Startup Repair tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the problem"

I looked at the paper it produces, but it passes all of the individual tests.

I can't access also advanced recovery options system & support, that appears in the Startup Repair dialog box as it requires that I be connected, which apparently I am not (probably the machine never got to the windows screen connection before attempting repair system). The error message reads "you must be logged to access system recovery options. If you encounter problems to connect, please contact your computer administrator for help. Please click OK to restart the computer. »

I had a go at the start in the advanced options (safe mode, safe mode with command etc., but the result is the same).

I also tried the repair of your computer to the screen option options advanced boot, but after the screen where it asks you to choose the language and keyboard, I get the same error of connection mentioned above.

Is it possible to repair or even run windows based hard drive recovery (do not have the DVD of recovery with me as I'm away from home for a few weeks) without connecting to windows? I expected here, but have not yet find a way to do it.

(there is no disc in the disc drive, no other devices connected to the laptop - I tried with power outlet and the battery and have not noticed differences)

    Thank you
    James

    Hello

Pitty, you cannot retrieve the HEXADECIMAL code
On this side, I think that your HD or registry is damaged and you have to reinstall the entire system

  • Blue Screen of Death and no XP CD - Satellite M70

    Hello.

I have a Toshiba Satellite M70 that displays the blue screen of death at startup. It reads an error 0x000000ED reporting an error unmountable as the specific problem.

Unfortunately, I have no CD of Windows XP to restore my computer. I have the Toshiba product recovery CD, but that seems like it will just format my computer, and I have important data, I want to absolutely not delete from my hard drive.

I can't start in safe mode; Blue screen of death appears immediately at startup. If I try to pass int F8, advanced options, but after you have selected the system restore, it goes back to BSOD. I also tried to burn an ISO to the recovery file and the computer entered the Windows installation, but hangs on "Setup starts Windows.

Any idea what the problem might be? And how can I solve this problem without deleting any info on my computer?

    THX.

    Hello

The HARD drive can be removed very easily. It s placed at the bottom of the unit and you have to delete only one screw to remove the plastic cover that holds the HARD drive Bay.

I think it's a better solution than you could connect to another computer via the external USB HDD controller.

If you want to use a Toshiba Recovery CD then you must choose the advanced option which would allows you to choose the partition where the operating system would be installed.
And this partition will be formatted

So in this case you would also lose some files from the HARD drive

I'm not sure about BartPE just google for more details

  • Qosmio F20 blue screen of death after stop

    Hello

I get the blue screen of death after a stop on my laptop Qosmio F20.

    The error is IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I guess that's somehow connected to the tv tuner card.

I tried to restore the system - not good. After the restoration for some time, it was OK. But then again appeared BSOD.

Sometimes, it also appears when I connect USB hard drives or even when I insert the DVD disc.
And for shure every time I stop to laptop.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Hello

    This is my personal opinion;
    I think it's a memory problem!

Why, because it of very difficult to reproduce this error message and it looks like this BSOD happens without the use of hardware or special software

I have gogoled for this error message and I had a lot of success!
I read in various forums on this issue, and especially a fault memory has been one reason why the BSOD appeared.

But someone suggested to disabled the pagefile... Probably, you should check out these tips:
