Music in the queue is horrible

I'm running 10.5.1 UCCX. I'm working on a scenario where I want to put the music on hold in a queue.

I formatted the audio file accordingly. (8 bit, 8000hz, mono) and it sounds good when I play the file itself.

I just wanted to download that, reference the file with a variable 'guest' and tell him to run between 'standby' and 'call unhold' actions in the script.

When I listen to the file in the script, it's horrible! You can't even listen to it for more than a few seconds, it's so bad.

How can I get a healthier clear? What other ways can I run it?

First of all, you can not play a guest between the hold and I take the steps. When CCX establishes a call on hold THAT CUCM MoH is played. If you want to play the prompt, you must use a prompt play and barge in the value no.

Second, the WAV file must actually be encoded in mono G.711 u - law, not only 8000hz. If it sounds horrible, it's because it's false. Audacity is able to export in this format if you need a free app to do.

  • Music app not queue playlists properly

    Since the last update, I had difficulties to play playlists, including the albums etc.

    Any type of content that I play music only the first song in the playlist loop and give up the rest of the playlist unless I have queued them manually via "play next."

    Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you solve it?

    Thank you for visiting the communities of Apple Support today! It seems that when you play at any playlists or albums it will play only the first song looped. I love listening to music as well, and I depend on to have my playlists while playing. I will be happy to provide information in the present.

    First thing to do is to force close the music app open, by double clicking the Home button, locate the music app Preview on the screen and drag upward on the screen. Then, restart the iPhone. Once the iPhone is back on, please open the music application and check to make sure that you haven't to repeat songs and test them.

    Type once to play entire playlist or album looped or twice to repeat a song.

    When I have callers in a queue, I want them to hear a message/music for 30 seconds. After the 30 second interval, I want to play another message asking the caller if they continue to maintain - or leave a message. If they continue to hold, I want to keep playing the message/music to the point it was stopped before. Is this possible? Anyone could do this?

    To clarify, I am able to play the music/message on hold - I am just unable to regain it back where it was stopped.

    Well, it's a delicate question. If you use the steps to hold/unhold to read music/message is not possible.

    If you want to use .wav files and stage play quickly, you have to manually to splice the message/music in separate files and play like that.

    I understand that you're looking to see what is next, as well as reamnenagement of the rails in the list on your new iPhone 7. In order to so, once you have something to play in the app music, tap the MiniPlayer (bottom) to display the now playing screen. From there you can drag up to see what's next and rearrange the order of the songs listed there.

    Control playback. Tap a song to play and show the MiniPlayer. Tap the MiniPlayer to display the now playing screen, where you can do the following:

    • Press on to move to the next song.

    • Press on to return at the beginning of the song.

    • Double click to play the previous song in an album or a playlist.

    Go to any point in a song. Drag the playback slider.

    Share music. Press on , then press Share piece.

    Shuffle. Glisser slide upward, then press on to play your songs in a random order. Tap again to turn off random playback.

    When you view the contents of a playlist or album, click Shuffle all.

    Repeat steps. Glisser slide upward, then press on to repeat an album or a playlist. Double click to repeat one piece.

    Add the song to your library. Tap .

    See the lyrics. Drag until you see words, and then press Show to see. Press Hide to hide.

    When I try to play music on the cloud (music downloaded on my computer), I get a popup with some strange characters. It was working fine 2 days ago. Nothing has changed on my computer. I tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling. Shows the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    As an addendum, I tried to download music (by clicking on the cloud icon, which then shows an arrow pointing downwards). This popup has shown once again.

    Then I thought maybe it was having a problem with my account or my computer don't think she was allowed. So I checked my account login, and I was connected.     If you wait for the new songs (in your iTunes library) to automatically synchronize to the iPod, it must be configured to use automatic synchronization (setting synchronization music ).  Select iPod in iTunes by clicking on its button on the device.  For current iTunes, the screenshot below shows top left corner my iTunes, iPod touch window circled in red.

    Click this button to display the settings of the iPod summary screen in the iTunes window.  Along the left side of the window, in the sidebar, under settings, click on music.  To the right, the music from the iPod settings screen.  Check mark for Sync music box (if it isn't already)

    NOTE: No matter what songs on iPod that are not in your iTunes library (on computer) will be lost.

    This enables automatic synchronization.  You can choose to synchronize the entire music library (if it fits on the iPod) or a part of the selection .  Implement this screen as you want, and then click apply.  Further, iTunes automatically keeps iPod "in phase" with the changes to your music library (or the selected part of it) when you connect the iPod (or click sync , if already connected).

    If this isn't your problem, please post back with additional details.
