  When I try to deploy my application soa on one my soadomain I get the following error. I am deploying through JDeveloper. I could successfully create a connection to the weblogic domain in which I deploy this application compsite. When I start the process of deployment through the JDeveloper IDE, it asks me to choose a server and when I walk through the wizard, it fails on the final step with the exception below.
  
  It's Windows 7-64 bit machine. I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.5.0. My weblogic server is 10.3.5 and my SOA Suite 11.1.1.4.

  I believe that uses JDeveloper machinename to connect to the server.
  so be sure that there is a DNS entry for it.
  Add machinename to your hosts file could do the job.

  Also, make sure that no firewall rule prevents communication.

  Also check that in JDeveloper, Tools/Preferences/Web Browser and Proxy does not point to a proxy server

  And, of course, make sure that the server is actually in place and running and you can access the console using http://machinename:port / em.
  and finally listen to your server address is empty (which is equivalent to accept any connection that resolves all IP configured for machinename)

  I might not be 100% correct, just trying to give you some advice...

  I recommend without reservation the IP address of your router and to do this:

  Let's define an external static IP and DNS address for the printer:

  -Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
  -Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
  -Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
  -On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). If you do not know the range, change the last set of numbers (those after the last '.') 250
  -Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
  -Enter the IP of your router (on the Page of the Network Config) for the gateway.
  -Enter for the first DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for second DNS. It's Google DNS. You can choose a different external DNS if you wish.
  -Click 'apply '.

  Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.

  After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

I rebooted and it worked again but not for long before failing. This time a restart didn't work so I deleted my fingerprints and Web sites and started from scratch. It worked for a few attempts before probs started. And to try to enter the utility of fingerprint it says the connection of sensor failure. So, I did a system restore. He worked for some time yet and then same probs. So I found the update utility software, uninstalled the old and put on the new. Even once worked for a couple of times then failed.

  I couldn't find anything about it is stuck in the registry but to be on the safe side I did a full system own return to the original using disks of backup configuration.   It is really strange that you can use any of the WIFI ciphers available.
  Have you tried to reboot your router?

  I have Satellite A300-1LI with the same card, WLAN, preinstalled with Toshiba recovery WXP image and I use it sometimes linked to the WLAN with WEP encryption.
  Have you tried to contact Toshiba or your local dealer for advice?

  So far, we have been using vmcli for the Assembly of a local iso file during deployment - but now vmcli fails with "error: SSL connection error. It seems to relate to the firmware version iDRAC 2.30.30.30 works very well, while 2.40.40.40 fails with above mentioned error.

  what worked for me:
  Right click on computer, select Manage
  Click on "services and applications", then click on 'services '.
  Scroll down to "print spooler", right click and select "Properties".
  Click 'STOP' service, and then click on 'START' service.

  Start the "Add printer" Wizard and it worked, yay!
