All in one C310 wrong with connection without wire/printer offline
When I try to print from computer the printer status is offline. I have a Norton 360 antivirus and don't know if it's my problem to allow me to print. The printer itself is set to my router. I was able to print from HP ePrint. Why can't I print from
Web site?
Can you please help?
I recommend without reservation the IP address of your router and to do this:
Let's define an external static IP and DNS address for the printer:
-Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
-Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
-Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
-On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). If you do not know the range, change the last set of numbers (those after the last '.') 250
-Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
-Enter the IP of your router (on the Page of the Network Config) for the gateway.
-Enter for the first DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for second DNS. It's Google DNS. You can choose a different external DNS if you wish.
-Click 'apply '.
Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.
After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

Installation printer HP Photosmart Premium e-All-In-One C310 series
I'm product HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C310 series printer with code produces CN503A and model #C310a. There are 564 HP, ink cartridges. everything was going well until I installed the ink that I bought and it said I had to install the ink supplied with the product; no ink came with it and I had to buy it. Rep me chosen good staples ink and corresponding to all the symbols. IE installation to INSTALLATION provided with the printer ink cartridges, then close the ink access door to continue. only problem is that I did not SETUP ink. I talked to HP rep and they said selling printers don't come with ink cartridges, I bought and installation. any other ideas?
The first series used in the C310a cartrdiges are cartridges special "setup." You will need to Contact HP for a replacement. After the initial installation, the replacement cartridges you have will work.

Issues all in one Scanner HP with Windows 7
Hello. I was hoping someone could shed some light on this question...
I have a HP all in one Office Jet L7590. This device has been connected to a desktop Dell under Windows XP SP2. This AIO worked perfectly, until recently...I bought a brand new HP 2000 laptop (Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit). I installed this AIO (Officejet L7590) by connecting it to the laptop Windows 7 install the drivers. After doing this, I realized that I'd rather have all the HP installed software, so I proceeded to the HP site and retrieved the good download and installed. HP Solution Center is active and shows my AIO printer and it's stats (ink, ect). However, my issues revolve around the SCAN function. It will not work and I get various errors. I have studied this problem and see that many people have problems scanning with Windows 7. However, I can't find my specific errors, or find a solution to my problems. Most of the fixes I found relate to machines that have upgraded from vista to 7. I have not since it is a new machine with a fresh install of 7...I did the following without result:Uninstalled all the software and drivers associated with the L7590Reinstalled software and drivers (downloaded from HP)Update software thought the HP Solutions CenterUpdate Windows 7Downloaded and run all the tools of diagnosis HP without success (stops while checking the driver and indicates that the driver is the question)Applied patch that was supposed to be for the upgrade of vista (which I have to lose?)Also tried running the center of HP Solutions in XP Compatibility ModeDownloaded and installed the HP software removal toolLet Windows HP peripheral installation and use of Windows Fax and Scan (cannot communicate with scanner)HP support could not help me and concluded that it was a Windows 7 problem despite this being confirmed equipment compatible. This issue is ongoing since late June of 2012 when I first contacted HP. I was hoping that a more experienced Windows 7 expert might have a solution.Thank you in advance. If you let win install the device it will use the built in the custom of whch win7 drivers provide the same functionality as the full features of HP software.
Using the compatibility options on a program that is fully compatible win7 will give rise to other issues, so in the compatibility options, delete this compatibility that has been set.
Not being is not quite sure of the current state, I'd do it disconect the printer, uninstall the HP software via programs & features, then use the HP software removal tool. Check that the printer has been removed from the device and printers.
Run disk Cleanup then clean the PC restart
Then install the software of the full functionality of the HP site, after doing so run the option to update the HP Solutions Center.
Then re - test the printer and use the scan, not fax scan HP & windows.
If after you have installed the HP software the sys requires a restart and your scans/tests fail, then clean boot the PC and re - test

For C7250 all-in-One under Mac Yosemite connectivity issues
I've recently updated to Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.2
After that, I have experienced the following problems with my printer of HP C7250 (connecetd via USB):
1)
The registration of the product is suspended
When I tried to reinstall the HP of CD the HP Installation Wizard software to "Web registration" step, where it crashes. You can click on 'Register' as often as you like, nothing happens.
If I select "Register later" it does allow me to choose 'Yes' to confirm.
Basically, I'm stuck at this step. However, the printer comes and I can try to send files to it.
2)
I also noticed that the verification of the software updates using the HP Device Manager seems to hang.
I wonder if there is some sort of current connectivity problem?3)
The outcome is that the file does not print.
When initially, I tried to print, I got an error 'Arrested - filter has failed' and a crash report that goes directly to Apple.
After the printer is disconnected and the installation of the recommended Apple software upgrade for HP in Yosemite, the crash when printing has transformed at a glance:
After trying to print a file to a page with text and a picture, it makes "1% complete" and stops.
I have tried to reinstall the HP software twice, restart the Mac, disconnect and reconnect the printer, no luck.
Maybe I have everything in the right order. Don't know where to go from here - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hello
Check first of all in the Applications folder and look for a Hewlett-Packard folder.
If there is there such a don't forget to follow the uninstaller to remove any software from your Mac incopmpatible.
Then manually remove drivers by following the two methods:
First reset the printing system as listed to 10.9, the steps are the same.
Then follow the steps under "second method: uninstall the printer software > I used Apple Software Update to install the printer software ' below:
Once you have finished uninstalling follow these steps to reinstall the driver by running Apple Software Update and adding the printer:
http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c04510394
If you are still having problems install this package and the Coachman for the difference:

Photosmart All in One c310: Photosmart All in One c310
My Photosmart worked for over 2 years without problem. Today, I tried both copy and print a MS word document and neither worked. the printer was its functions and sounds / looks like it's the copy/print but nothing is on the page. I then tried to print a picture on paper ordinary and it prints, but it looks more like a negative. I checked all ink is sufficient, clean twice, ink cartridges etc. Follow normal troubleshooting protocols and not luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I've updated to Windows 10 and since then I can print but not scan with my HP 2210 all-in-one printer. I tried to download the software updates, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions
I see that you both scan problems after upgrade to Windows 10, and I may be able to help.
Most of the products have updated software available on the HP support Web site for Windows 10.
I also saw a few posts that say Windows 8.1 driver works for Windows 10 as well, then you could try also.
HP provides a free tool called HP Print and Scan doctor to diagnose and troubleshoot printing and scanning problems. I recommend you to download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor , if she doesn't fix it automatically I would know what errors or messages that you receive.
Do you know if you are able to scan using paint?
To perform a scan of the painting: HP Multifunction printers - how Scan: Windows 8
(This is the same for Windows 10, of what I said)
- Click the Start button () in the lower left corner of the screen, click on Searchand type Paint.
- Click on the painting in the results.
- Click fileand then click on from a scanner or camera.
- Select your printer, click OK, and then click Scan.
Please let me know if any of these steps has resolved your problem, or if there is anything else I can do to help.
I look forward to hear from you!
Thank you

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is even possible to plug a second monitor HP ENVY Beats all-in-one desktop PC, because I'm trying to connect my TV as a second monitor via HDMI, and I tried everything I could, but came empty-handed?
Hello
What is the product/model of your AIO machine? I have a lot of cases, you cannot use HDMI port to connect to a TV, because it's the HDMI IN port. You need USB - HDMI converter/adapter to connect to a TV (or monitor).
Kind regards.

HP Deskjet 1050 all-in-one: cannot parse with the new 1050
I've been scanning with Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and a Lexmark printer all-in-one.
Printhead from the printer become blocked, and fixing was too expensive, so I bought this HP printer. Installed and it is lacking. It prints and copies fine.
When I tried to scan, Acrobat knew HP was there and he tried the Lexmark. When I plugged on the Lexmark, he systematically planted everything I tried.
The only change is the new printer. Somehow its installation has made it impossible for me to analyze each device.
I'm at my wit's end. Help, please.
Thank you
Bob
Hi Bob,
Acrobat Professional 8 are supported Twain compatible devices, while the HP printer do not support Apple ICA applications.
As a reference, you can find the following Adobe article:
Acrobat has ICA support on MAC 10.7 for now with Acrobat XI only
https://helpx.Adobe.com/Acrobat/KB/Troubleshoot-scanning-problems-Acrobat-8.html
You can scan using Capture of Image or the HP scanning application, then open / import the digitized in Adobe.
You can find specifications listed below, sweeping an available Twain compatible software interface only for Windows:
You can find measures to scan with your printer in the following link:

HP Deskjet 3050 All in One J610 - do not connect to the network
Hello
I have a HP Deskjet 3050 All in One J610 peripheral.
It worked fine for about a year, until one day he simply ceased to connect wireless to my network.
I have not changed anything in the network, so I don't really have an idea why this happenned.
The 'Wireless' has stopped flashing and I cannot know where to choose my network of. He asks a PIN (?) when I go to the wireless setup.
Problem solved.
I used the HP print and Scan Doctor tools, helped me to solve the problem.
Thanks for reading my post and sorry for the spam your forums
