My Adobe Creative cloud on my Mac app is stuck on an old invalid email address, please help?
Then when I signed up for the creative cloud, I accidentally typed in my email. After signing with this evil to my desktop app email, he is stuck in mode of verification process... He said that he sent a verification email to my wrong email and only allows for two options: check again, or resend the validation e-mail. It doesn't seem to be a way to disconnect or he forgets that the e-mail and let me know with the new correct email for I (I quit upward with)... - Launch the Task Manager, right-click on the taskbar and click Task Manager
- Kill all associated Adobe creative process as the cloud, CC, CCX, Core Sync, Adobe Office service, Adobe CPI brokerage
- Windows-press and the letter R together to get a run dialog box.
- type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto and then click ok
- Open the folder named as local and then Adobe, then OOBE
- Delete Opm.db inside the OOBE
- Launch creative cloud desktop application and it should allow you to use another e-mail address
For Mac
- Launch the activity monitor
- Kill all associated Adobe creative process as the cloud, CC, CCX, Core Sync, Adobe Office service, Adobe CPI brokerage
- Open finder and in the finder menu, click OK, and then go to
- Type following command ~/library/application support/Adobe/oobe /.
- Delete opm.db
- Launch creative cloud desktop application and it should allow you to use another e-mail address

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop does not install

I'm trying to install the trial version of Adobe Creative cloud on my Mac (10.9.5). When I run the installation of creative cloud, it shows "download Creative Cloud desktop" and then stops with the error message 'that we met following issues: Installer could not create a critical file. Please try to reinstall. (Error code: 44)'.
Here's what I've tried so far:
(1) try again produced the same result.
(2) try the installation of my admin account gives the same result.
Other info:
(1) The machine has a copy under license of Adobe Creative Suite 5.
(2) I have already installed a trial of CS6 but have since withdrawn that go CC place.
3) deletion of the CS6 trial by the uninstaller failed - I had to remove the components manually.
Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem? Very frustrating because I need start using CC as soon as possible and buy a subscription.

Hi Jeff,
I came to the same conclusion, but the permissions problem was like hunting the needle in a proverbial haystack. I don't think using a temporary directory as you suggested is a solution because the user has no control over the installation program is where to install the files.
In the end, I did as follows:
- Manually deleted all my internal drive Adobe products and cleaned cache, support for app files and preferences (BTW, which did not allow the installer to not work).
- Clone my external HDD internal SSD drive.
- Formatted my internal SSD drive.
- Re-installed Mavericks 10.9.5.
- CC Desktop successfully.
- Shot all my stuff on my internal SSD from the external hard drive using Migration Wizard.
It took some time, but now everything works as it should.

It is a new Mac, any Adobe product is installed on it. Before I tried Adobe Application Manager it were nothing, except for the empty folder 'limit' in the folder Application Support for Adobe. After the attempt to install the Manager, there are several issues, including OOBE.
Please help me to install the creative cloud. It's really frustrating, I don't know what else I can try.

First time installation adobe creative cloud is not complete (Mac)
Hi, I am trying to install Creative Cloud Desktop applications for the first time in a new macbook air so I connected via web and downloaded the CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg, but at the start of the installation the status bar crashes just in half. The process doesn´t warn me of any error messages or anything. I had to eject the volume several times to cancel the installation and restarted but just doesn´t work.
Any help would be great.

Step 2)

I just installed Adobe CC desktop application in a brand new iMac (chart below). Yesterday I downloaded from my account in the Adobe website, installed, and the law subsequently download Photoshop, first and hearing. No problem, they work very well.

Adobe desktop CC application runs after all and it is accessible via a black and white icon on the upper right corner of the screen next to the WiFi indicator and clock. Impossible to access otherwise, but it works very well, so everything is good.

My creative cloud application has stopped me to connect. I have no problem connecting to this forum (and others), but the creative application cloud on my Mac just turns and turns once I entered my user name and password.
Is not keep my username and password either... everytime I restart, I enter again.

MacOS 10.10.5, Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App Error: 204 during the refresh. Then, by running the uninstall for CC App. program, downloaded CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg on the Adobe site and tried to install the App error Code. : 43 during the installation. You will need to uninstall and reinstall the application.
If you want you can follow the procedure:
1) click on the Finder and find the options listed next to the Apple icon located in the upper left corner of the Office to screen and click the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
2) trash Adobe Creative cloud of many Applications.
3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

Once the installation is complete, the installation box will disappear.
