How, I've used this forum because I wanted to cancel the renovation of this subscription and I was told that it was already cancelled so I didn't need to worry about this. Well, I received an email stating that my subscription has been renovated again and I was charged of €24.54 this morning.

I received an email from Adobe to let me know that in a month my export to Adobe PDF format subscription is renewed automatically, so I need to go to my account to cancel it, but once I'm there, I don't see how the make, because it's not like I have an active subscription.
