    Hey mansi95,

    Welcome to the forums!

Since you have described, it seems that the Bluetooth driver software is missing. I've included the document "control connections Bluetooth (Windows 7). This will take you through the steps to ensure that Bluetooth is turned on and that you have the most up-to-date software.

Please let me know if you are able to connect to the Bluetooth connection.

Broadcom BlueTooth works perfectly and I've never had to manually switch with Fn + F5 - it was lit at the start after the start, and it was also still on after coming from the mode "Eve".

I reinstalled the Lenovo drivers for BlueTooth adapter, and it does not work, but every time that the computer starts or emerges from his sleep, BlueTooth radio is turned off. Every time I have to activate it manually using Fn + F5 until I use the mouse BT, which is very annoying.

The question is what steps should I take to make BlueTooth turn on automatically ? I know I can do Fn + F5 manually, but this isn't a solution.

  • Peuvent mini-Macs communicate-to-peer using bluetooth?

I do not know.  There is an entry in the preferences system-> network of bluetooth devices, but which may be limited to attach to a cell phone to access the internet.  I'm not sure.  You can experiment with the configuration of the network at least.

OS X Yosemite: connect to the Internet with a mobile phone Bluetooth active>

If you get a network connection, if you can get X 11 to talk, she must be the connection TCP/IP and TCP protocol provides a reliable transfer.

Just checking, but you know that OS X is NOT X 11 as its windowing technology.  You can use XQuartz for X 11 using a Unix or Linux system.  But you won't be able to say a typical application for Mac that his DISPLAY server is more about it another system.  The best you can do with OS X is use screen sharing to display applications running on the remote system.

NOTE: Bluetooth is not a fast transport and X 11 is a very chatty Protocol.  If you get X 11 windows displayed through the Bluetooth, it's perhaps not as sensitive as you use a WiFi or Ethernet connection.  Not having done something like that, I'm just speculating.

If you can get a connection, then chances are you can do ANY kind of network operation in all of what the Mac is normally supported.

  • Yoga 13 Bluetooth mouse problem

I use a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse sculpt with a 13 Yoga and every two minutes, the mouse pointer starts to wander and does not follow the movements of the mouse. This corrects itself after 30 to 50 seconds, but then it repeats every few minutes. I reinstalled on 23 October 2012 drivers wireless LAN and Bluetooth and the control of the Microsoft mouse software but the problem persists.

I don't have any other mouse driver installed (with the exception of the standard Yoga trackpad). I checked that there are no other devices Bluetooth active on Yoga or even anywhere around.

Can I do to find out what is causing this problem?

    Thank you, Ken

    Hi ken,.

Good to know it works. The mouse will continue to use the generic Bluetooth driver, as long as you don't download and install the new driver combo Wireless & Bluetooth.

  • Bluetooth has lost the Touchsmart IQ506

My IQ 506 has been upgraded from Vista to Win 7 several years ago.

Recently, I started using a bluetooth mouse and headphones stereo bluetooth on it, never before have used bluetooth.

Every two days, I have to re - install the headset and I like you are looking for a solution for the stay of headphones installed, so that all I have was to "connect" each time.

I installed an MS "quickfix", which sounded as if it might solve my problem.

Now, I have absolutely no bluetooth activity, although the Device Manager indicates that the Module and the enumerator work properly, with a yellow signal 'problem' on the Radio.

When I could re - install the headset, it sometimes took three or four tries even if it was reported as installed and ready to use.

The mouse is more installed either, and I've had no luck trying to install a bluetooth adapter I had for my XP.

I don't know if I can "undo" the quickfix, and I don't know even how to find out what is the number of MS for her.

We have a doctor on the local computer, which I am confident can get out me of this mess, but I would like to put a little money if I can.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for tring - I I called our computer doctor, and he could recommend nothing less than a RECOVERY system (all my restore points have disappeared).

So I made an and I everything seems to be OK now.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry does not recognize the headset/Bluetooth headset

I am posting this as a new message. I had earlier posted it as one 'response' to another post with a similar problem. I hope that it is acceptable (new Member of the Forum).

My 8700 c won't recognize a headphone SoundPort Flex. The helmet worked perfectly until three days ago. My 8700 transfer calls to the headset correctly. The led at the upper right of the device will begin to blink blue. The screen of the device would show "call forwarding - busy," I would like to hear a "beep" in the headset, press the main button in the headset and I'd hear the person calling in the atrium. Same result if I put out the call. All of a sudden stopped the transfer process. I thought that I may have made a change by mistake in the Options but have not been able to figure out what I could have done wrong.

My first thought was that it might be the helmet. I tried a headphone SoundPort Flex new, different and still no connection between the BB and headset.

I followed the implementation of manual of BB. Here is what the screen shows when I implemented: "searching for devices. Search SoundPort Flex. Guest of the screen "enter the password for SoundPort Flex". I entered the password and click on the wheel. Hear "beep" in the headphones! Display shows "Devices paired like SoundPort Flex." Entry "Connect" screen displays "Waiting for SoundPort Flex." (The screen never changes and displays "Waiting... ("indefinitely.)

By the end the other user in a similar message, under Options, my 8700 watch 'Discoverable' as selected.

    Bluetooth is turned "on".

Under "Device properties", I selected "approved."

The 8700 c (online) user manual reads: "Set if the paired Bluetooth compatible device can connect with your BlackBerry® device without asking confirmation." I don't find that Option on my device. Is the problem that the BB is ready to connect somehow manually?

One last thing: within the "Bluetooh activated/paired devices/SoundPort Flex / properties of the device"-when I click on the knob to display "Device properties", I see that these items: name of the device (SoundPort Flex), trust (Yes), encryption (Enabled) control Echo (automatic). Below "automatic" on the screen is a horizontal line and below who are 'Services '. It is not accessible. But it lists 'Hands-free device' (twice) and then "helmet" (twice). None of these elements can scroll.

I guess ill-informed, I accidentally turned on or off another Option that overcomes the connection between the BB and the headphones. Or maybe a software problem?

Note: I just tried the whole process over again: removed the headphone SoundPort, disabled the Bluetooth then he allowed. I see the device right now, the corresponding LED flashes blue, the display shows "Waiting for Flex SoundPort, ' Flex SoundPort light flashes blue and, in the window"Bluetooth", active the" paired devices/SoundPort Flex shows BlackBerry as it is connected to the headset. " However, I've heard the "beep" as on the previous attempt to connect. And for control of voice mail, the phone works fine but still no transfer to the headset.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you. Bret

    Hi there, Adamskiodp!

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! I know how it is of course the computer is not important 'awakening to the top' at random times on its own. Without knowing what you have tried so far to solve problems, I suggest to try the steps in this article:

If your Mac does not sleep or wake up when expected - Apple supports

If your Mac wakes up suddenly

Your Mac can wake up to these activities:

    • Network activity that uses the wake on demand. Examples of network iTunes sharing activity, sharing photos, printer sharing, file sharing and using back to my Mac.
    • Enhanced notifications of FaceTime, Messages and other applications and services.
    • Bluetooth activity. To prevent Bluetooth devices to wake up your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, and then click Bluetooth. Click the Advanced button, and then deselect "allow Bluetooth devices to wake this computer".

Try safe mode if your Mac does not start-up.

This boot can isolate issues on the startup disk. If these steps do not work, try the procedure described in this article:
