Yoga 13 Bluetooth mouse problem

I use a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse sculpt with a 13 Yoga and every two minutes, the mouse pointer starts to wander and does not follow the movements of the mouse. This corrects itself after 30 to 50 seconds, but then it repeats every few minutes. I reinstalled on 23 October 2012 drivers wireless LAN and Bluetooth and the control of the Microsoft mouse software but the problem persists.

I don't have any other mouse driver installed (with the exception of the standard Yoga trackpad). I checked that there are no other devices Bluetooth active on Yoga or even anywhere around.

Can I do to find out what is causing this problem?

Thank you, Ken

Hi ken,.

Good to know it works. The mouse will continue to use the generic Bluetooth driver, as long as you don't download and install the new driver combo Wireless & Bluetooth.

See you soon,.

  • Mac Pro RAM, Audio, Bluetooth mouse problems

I recently bought an Apple factory refurbished Mac Pro (end 2013) and replaced the three-chip RAM of 4 GB with 16 GB of Crucial two chips. Everything was great for the first two weeks. Then I started having a strange audio problem. Audio would become suddenly agitated. I disconnected and reconnected the speaker output and it would start working again. Finally, unplug the unit and plug the unit has stopped working (audio would eventually just stop working completely... zero sound with or without the speaker plugged in...) and I had to restart the computer.

Then one day I noticed that only 16 GB of RAM showed up (I run own memory, so he's in my toolbar). I opened the machine and moved the two chips on the other side and when I rebooted, I got 32GB again.

Then I noticed that when the audio problem came once again (he seems to be after the computer has been for a few hours or more) my Apple bluetooth mouse would disconnect and reconnect intermittently... ONLY when the audio starts to get restless again.

I zapped the PRAM several times and now I get the 32 GB of RAM only after disconnecting the chips and MOVING them to another location, but not all the time. The audio port will begin to spoil, I reboot and I'm back to 16 GB.

So, is it bad RAM? I removed a single chip and the audio problem still happens.

Anyone have this problem? Apple Care suggested I bring it in the Apple Store, but I thought that I ask here before go this road, just in case there is a known issue.

  • Bluetooth mouse problems

    Hi all...

I have a few quick questions for everyone.  I recently bought my laptop as well as the Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook 5000 mouse.  I tried to get the laptop to see the mouse, but I keep coming up empty.  I guess my questions are, first, that my laptop has bluetooth correct?  Product number is D1E93UA #ABA, model M6-1225DX Envy.  Assuming that I have, someone had problems to make this mouse work?  I took a peek at the FAQ, but I'm running into some discrepancies.  The frequently asked questions seems to indicate that I should have a "Bluetooth settings" menu that is not displayed.  I have the 'add a Bluetooth device' option, so I'm a bit confused.  I began research for pilots and/or cards bluetooth on the computer and empty.

Any help that someone could throw my way would be appreciated.

  • Re: Satellite U500-115 - problem with the bluetooth mouse

    Hello everyone,

I use a bluetooth mouse Saitek mouse with my Satellite U500-115 (OS: windows 7) and a have a real problem that is boring:

Every time that I do not use the mouse for 10 or 20 seconds the pilot (or what ever) rocking in a kind of 'sleep', and it can take up to 1 minute until the mouse is available again. It is defenitely is not a mouse problem. I tried the mouse with a laptop LG and a windows xp sytem and it worked perfectly.

    I tried the following:

1 put in place the current on the site of Toshiba bluetooth stack--> having not caused no difference in behavior.
2 put the mode to 'Full Power' energy saving--> that seemed to have some positive effect, but not always. Sometimes the time until the sleep mode begins seems to be a little more but not always. In the "Full power" the mouse seems to go back a little more quickly when he woke from the mode "standby mode".

Test: as I wrote this text, the mouse driver began the "sleep mode", now I'll move the mouse and take the time needed until the mouse will respond again a moment):
    45 seconds

Is it possible to put the bluetooth HID in some sort of "permanent way"? At least the touchpad also reacts independable mode of energy of the laptop; This is why I think that it should be possible to use a bluetooth HID in the same way.

    Thanks for any help!

  • M535 Logitech Bluetooth Mouse is not matching in Boot Camp

I recently bought a Logitech M535 Bluetooth mouse for my iMac 27 inch Retina (end of 2015). I paired in OS X, and it worked like a charm.

However, when I booted Windows Boot Camp, I went to the Bluetooth settings in Windows and it finds my mouse. However, as soon as it started matching, it gave me an error message saying that the device was not found, and as soon as I close the error box, the mouse has disappeared from the list of devices. Then, it maintains the unknown devices listing, and I knew that one of them had to be my mouse. I tried all, but they all failed sail.

  • Qosmio X 500 Bluetooth mouse not responding

    Hello

I have the latest bluetooth stack / drivers installed. (Yes, I downloaded the last of http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/index.php?page=download-toshiba) All the drivers are always updated to the latest including both wireless drivers.

Problem: Every 20-40 minutes my Logitech bluetooth mouse stops responding. The cursor freezes and it won't move at all.

I tried unpairing / pairing of the mouse, which helped, but then again after 1 hour it stuck again. I have re-installed the BT stack and that did not help as well.
The only way I can use my mouse again when stuck is when I click on "Disable Bluetooth function" and then I 'enable Bluetooth function '.

I do it about 10 times a day and you don't know how boring it can get.

That s strange but unfortunately; I n t have good solution for you, but just a few tips.

Firstly I have google for this Logitech M555b BT mouse and found several discussions about the problems with this mouse.
The connection problem occurs with other computers running windows 7 or XP or iOS (Macbook).

So, it seems that this problem is not related to Toshiba BT stack.

A friend of mine use other mouse BT from Logitech and it works fine all the time by using the Bluetooth stack.

  • Touchpad and bluetooth mouse on the Satellite P200-144 sensitivity

I have a P200-144, with the Synaptics touchpad.
I have also a Toshiba bluetooth mouse (the little mini one, useful for travel, don't know the model number).

The problem is the difference in sensitivity between these two: for the touchpad, I need the speed of the pointer to about 80-90% in the mouse control panel in Windows (Vista Home Premium); the bluetooth mouse, to be down by about 20%.

This allows using these two devices the boring time even if we need to adjust the sensitivity If you switch between them (which, given that they are both Toshiba devices, would have thought you they would consider the synergy).

Is anyway to control the sensitivity per unit?

    Hello

AFAIK, you can configure the touchpad and mouse settings independent of each other.

The touchpad should be configured as:

  • Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse with my Satellite A60-122 issue

    Hi there;
I'm a new user in this forum and this is my situation:

I bought a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer with a USB Bluetooth adapter. When I plug the Bluetooth adapter to one of my four USB ports, bluetooth connection seems fine. However, I can't work with my new mouse. I have try all this on a Mac computer and mouse everything goes perfectly. I have not yet installed the driver! I don't know what is happening. I had installed the driver several times and it seems OK. DC when I search the mouse over the icon of bluetooth device, I see him there. Hello

Well, the Satellite A60-122 has no Bluetooth. In this case, you will need to use the 3rd Bluetooth driver and the device.
In addition, the Mac has a completely different operating system and you can not compare the two devices.
Unfortunately, I can't give you a correct answer, why this problem occurs. You should check if you are using the correct drivers. You should especially drivers for Windows OS.
In my opinion, you should ask the manufacturers of the ItelliMouse for the support.
