My Centro does not connect to my PC

I had difficulties with my phone sync, and I really hope that someone can help out me!

A few months ago, I bought a Centro (Sprint). I was not able to sync it with your computer (Windows 7). I downloaded Palm Desktop 6.2 and read the bandages on HotSync. I tried syncing to another laptop (Windows XP) and I even bought a new USB connector, but that made no difference. When initially, I plug my phone into the computer, a bubble appears at the bottom of the computer screen saying that it is not able to connect to the device. The red light on the top of my phone lights up when I plug it into the computer, but when I try to use HotSync, a window appears (on my phone) who says: "the connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your configuration and try again. "I have read through the Hot Sync troubleshooting pages on the Palm support site and tried what was suggested, but nothing did the difference so far. The internet on my phone and the computer works.

Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but messages pop up on my phone advising me that an update attempt failed.

I'm new to Palm phones and really hope that someone can help out me!

Is your version of Win7 64 bit? If this is the case, you will not be able to sync via USB cable.

To check your version, go to the computer icon, right click and select Properties. Look for the version, it is not 64 bit? If so, you need to synchronize Via bluetooth. You will need to check that your PC has a built-in Bluetooth radio. If it isn't then you will need to buy a USB bluetooth adapter compatible with Win7 64 bit.

Install the adapter and allow windows to load the driver software.

    A week before, I stopped all of a sudden be able to access the internet to collect the e-mail or use the browser on my Centro. Both had previously worked well. Now, the progress of Service tells me that the phone is "signing on", while it is "Attach GPRS", but while it is "Cancel".

    I assumed the problem was with the network; but last night I tried the SIM card on another phone, and it worked without difficulty. I just tried a hard reset on the Centro, but it makes no difference.

    My Centro freezes sometimes when he receives a phone call is something from that more or less, I can live. But access e-mail and internet were a large part of the point of getting the device.

    I can't connect either (I didn't realize that I do not use)

    However going on the Yahoo Site and change the password does nothing.

    With the help of their option 'insecure Apps' does nothing no more (there was an email saying I was using access to messaging through an unsafe application - but I have not used their messaging service for a very long time.)

    Always recommended to reset the airport back to settings by default and then set up again whenever you have a new modem or change your Internet Service provider.

    Turn off the new modem for at least 30 minutes. More is better.

    Perform a hard reset on the AirPort Extreme, then it turned off.

    Make sure that the Ethernet cable connects the modem to the "O" on the AirPort Extreme WAN port

    After the power of the modem 30 minutes down, turn on the modem and let it run for at least 5 minutes by itself.

    Then, turn on the airport and let it run a few minutes

    Set up AirPort Extreme again

    Important note... There are many reports of problems with the modem Arris SB and airports. Both are great products, but they do seem to work perfectly together for some users.

    Another recent problem is Thunderbird does not connect with the server. I don't know if sent mail will go out, but I know I'm nothing receive. My internet connection works well for FF or another browser. I checked my settings and they seem OK. I checked the default settings in Win10x64 and they are correct. Any ideas?

    Thunderbird ran an auto update yesterday. Then it just stopped working. It does not connect with the Comcast email server. An error message appears "Unable to connect" and "the connection was refused when attempting to contact live.mozilla.messaging.com. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall for fear of losing my emails and address book. How can we get Thunderbird set, there is no tool in the toolbar to enable the debugging and correction of program errors.

    The problem solved itself, Thunderbird has just started working. I followed the thread suggested by Christ1 and found none of it applied. No malware, no browser, no certificate error security block. I did, however, in Thunderbird, under Tools/Options/General uncheck the button for "When Thunderbird launches, show the Start Page in the message box." I do know that if this helped, Thunderbird still do not access Comcast mail for hours after that, even with several stops and restarts.

    Update: I indeed found firewall was the issue (the first time with updates of Firefox). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that no longer works.
    Then I opened the application window of Norton Security (looking for information of firewall). I don't actually change or click on what to Norton. I decided to try to install again. This time, when I hit "Run" instead of "Save", the small window Norton popped up saying downloading is safe. Then he installed and opens very well.

    It may be a quirk of Norton? Or by choosing run rather than save (and running after registration)?

    Thank you for asking your question here in Apple Support communities. Seems that Yahoo does not connect on your iPhone 6s. I understand not email how important is for everything these days. I will try to suggest a few things you can do to test one we hope to get this up and ongoing run as you expect.

    The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

    Once your data is safe, try under Troubleshooting in this Apple support article: get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

    If you have any question, you may want to try this reset: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi-Fi network. Use the section titled still not 'connect?' and follow the steps to reset the network settings. This brings the network settings to factory default. Then, you can try your email.

    If your Yahoo email account is an IMAP account, you can check the settings here: Apple Mail search parameters, then you can delete the account and set up again. This article should help you with that. Follow the steps described in the article, but remove account, then you can add the account of the rest of the instructions. Set up an e-mail account on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
