My computer freezes whenever I try to run ANY program creative cloud
I am using ASUS N56VZ - S4431H which has Intel I7 - 3630QM, GT650M from NVIDIA and 12 GB of RAM. I am running Windows 8.1 Pro on my computer. Over the past two days. whenever I try to launch a program of creating Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), my cpmputer freezes. I have my SSD, RAM and HARD disk checked and no error appeared. Everything is OK according to the tests. Any ideas on this subject?

These steps did not work either, but I solved the problem. It is caused by the latest driver from nvidia (372.54). I removed the driver and install an older version (368.39). There are no problems now. Thanks a lot kstohlmeyer1 .

whenever I try to run an update by using windows update my hard drive is not responding
