Hello
I just run Windows Update 10 and everything went well.
Then I had HP Support Assistant warned me that there are new updates for HP I did install, but now I get HPSA telling me that these updatesstill must be downloaded and installed again and again.
Has anyone else had this and if so is there a fix for this problem.
Kind regards
Mike
Personally, I don't trust HPSA on my PC Win10-implementation to date, so I removed it.
My guess is that the upgrade has kept the old version of HPSA, and what MIGHT solve this problem is to delete that and replace it with a new version from here: HP Support Assistant | HP® Official Site
If that is fixed, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: HP - HP Support Assistant (Windows, 10, 8) troubleshooting computers. HP® customer support
Good luck

Computer keeps restarting, blue screen after windows logo.
Hello!
My computer keeps restarting. It gets to the windows logo then a blue screen for 1/2 seconds and it restarts. The last good configuration does not change. Tho, safe mode works (im writing this safe mode with networking). Last night I scanned my pc of viruses through safe mode and remove all what it found, nothing has worked. I did a system restore, it changed nothing.
I unchecked 'restart system failure' and I managed to read the blue screen. He said that windows does not start to damage my computer. Then he said something about drivers and BIOS and the error was:
"Technical information:
"STOP: 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X83B463B2, 0XF7945270, 0XF7944F6C).
I am running windows xp pro. And I've lost my windows disk.
Please help, chris.

Solutions and problem reports is saying that hpqsrmon has stopped working properly... I went to download the update and received a warning that this file can potentially harm my computer... Please advise should I run this update...
If you get the warning on the download of an update of HP and IE tries to run the file, as long as you get the file directly from HP, it should be safe to run this file.
According to this link, hpqsrmon is part of the HP PhotoSmart. You can also try to go to the HP support site, the model of your HP to input product, then download the latest drivers associated with your version of Windows.
Once you do this there is a chance that the error will disappear, as the current version may be affected by a bug that has since been fixed by HP in their software.

I have an iMac 21.5 "one Macbook 13" and a macbook pro 15 "I want to update all, but being able to download the update once on a cloud of WD drive and get setup for all 3 Mac from there, rather than to download 3 times (661 MB = 1983 MB) the same installer! is this possible to do?

Property should be neutral for each Mac.
These seem to offer a workable solution, at least a starting point.
