  This query is performed on a table that has 10 000 000 entries. While running the query Oracle SQL Developer or my application it takes 4 minutes to run! Unfortunately, it's also the behaviour within the application I am writing. Change the value of 1000 to 10 has no impact, which suggests that he made a full table scan.

  OK - I created a test (below) case and got the same exact results you did 'test' - a FFS using SQL index * more. I then tested with SQL Developer and got the same results. You are 100 billion sure that you did not have two databases somewhere with the same name?

  Can you check your preferences of SQL Developer under database-> NLS and ensure that sorting is set to BINARY? I wonder if either he is on something else in SQL Developer or maybe your by default, the database is not BINARY and squirrel is assigning BINARY when connecting.

  Hi all

  Ive a problem recently with the tables of performance to the virtual Center and I was wondering if anyone has seen this and know how to solve this problem?

  I was looking at the CPU usage and the ready time cpu on a couple of virtual methods after a ticket was born low yield. When looking at the hand of GPU real-time was about 100 ms with a tip on a less time 1000ms. when looking back at the last graphic day he showed up to 1000000ms cpu ready.

• Measures to implement NetTalk on M20

  I noticed there is a method to set up used on the cisco valet xbox router m20 by accessing the page of the router and tweak the parameters of.

  Is there a method similar to dedicate one of the ports of the router for use by NetTalk?

  I have inconsistent performance and think that the router may need tweaking.

  I think NetTalk is adjustable and 4.2.2.2 (or something to that effect)

  If anyone is interested in that I live - NetTalk is plugged into the router, the led for the port light is blue while the other lights remain green.  I think that it is correct and a good thing.

  However, the NetTalk sometimes goes offline and I have to unplug the router for re - establish connectivity.

• Windows 7 Home Premium 64: search / indexing does not.

  I've seen several posts here with this problem and you have tried all of the suggestions. The problem is 'research' does not work in Explorer or the start menu.

  I have a file open, for test purposes and by looking at the file (even highlighted) and put his name in the search box and received the response "no item corresponding to your search." I see that at least someone else is a Dell machine that currently has an offer Prepackaging McAfee with its computers. I made Dell aware of this problem and I hope that this fix will work for others experience this. I have, of course, installed new security programs, and they have no impact on the indexation/research work as it should.

  I have 9 databases that I support that contain the same structure and concentrations of very similar data. We are seeing inconsistent performance in various databases due to bind variable peeking... I went down to the Min and Max values are collected during the analysis. I analyze from a cluster and these statistics of export/import in other groups... I will then on locking down the statistics collected. Some statistics are on tables that contain transient data (either purged old data and new data gets a new sequence number of PK).
  
  Since I am collecting statistics with a ' for ALL INDEXED COLUMNS SIZE 1', a min and max value entered. " This value is only appropriate for a short period of time and only for a specific database. I don't want oracle to know the density to help calculate, but I don't want cardinality from knowing if the current values for bind fall into this range of...

  bind variable peeking has nothing to do with histograms, it is always performed so active and performs a hard analysis: http://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2006/12/11/bind-peeking/

  Of course, it is interconnected with histograms since these may introduce issues with equal comparisons, requiring different plans but are shared because of using bind variables (solved in 11 g adaptive cursor sharing with).

  Note that when the use of range comparisons even the pre - 10g release already checked the min/max values, it is only the equality comparison that checks the values min/max of 10g on.

  To the OP: collection of statistics using «For ALL INDEXED COLUMNS»... "is a bad idea in general, see for example: http://structureddata.org/2008/10/14/dbms_stats-method_opt-and-for-all-indexed-columns/

  If you use bind variable and range from comparisons then you will probably need to manipulate the statistics yourself / use advice if you cannot afford to collect statistics often enough to deal with changes.

• Satellite A30: Software Dragon Naturally Speaking speech recognition does not work!

  I am unable to get the speech recognition program 7.3 Preffered Dragon Naturally Speaking version to operate successfully on my laptop Satellite A30 P4, using Windows XP as the operating system. It works fine on my PC of similar specs as the Satellite A30. Speech recognition is very poor indeed with the Toshiba laptop. He was sent to the seller twice, but the problem is still not resolved. I know that this Dragon program works fine on other laptops.

  He is also unable to play some of my CD.

  I would like to know if the portable technology is unable to operate with Dragon speech recognition, or is the problem with the A30 series or with my specific computer?

  In the paragraph you are referring to:

  

  You will notice at the top we no it's for a "full scale step.  Means the passage of the input range maximum to minimum range between channels (for example on the range of ±10V, reading 10V on ch. 0-10V on ch. 1).  That's what 'step' made reference to, not LSB on the ADC but rather the extent of the difference between the readings.

  The chart you will need is the graph on the right marked "settling error Versus time for Source of different impedances.

  

  If you are sampling 100kS/s total on two channels, you have a time to convert 10uS.  Source 10kOhms impedance, this means that you'll see an error about 4000ppm of the size of your stage.  If you go from 10mV to 2V, this amounts to an error in subject 8mV on readings.

  As your first signal is so small, you would probably better served by adding a Buffer of Gain unity between your source and your channels to reduce source impedance, which will give you much better set on-time performance.

  I check I can pass a Variant to a Subvi with a copy, but it is still impossible to do something (scaling limit controls etc.) with a Variant without first copying it in a new buffer the conversion 'of the Variant.

  I'm a home user lost as a puppy in the tall grass and nobody seems to be aware of my situation or provide a loophole through-able - MY OS is severely mucked-up and preserve the pollution with outdated software, even as I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 several times now - guide please me to an exit door - there is much more to this story than meets the eye that I will detail in the future when you can contact me in a way I know it's you I talk with.

Now my usual game even now install from the disc.  I scanned for viruses and malware, so I know that these two things are not the issue.  Please help me I don't know what else to try to solve the problem that I encounter.

  1. What registry fixing software do you use?
  
  Method 1.
  Let us scan SFC and check that it prevents this error to occur.
  Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file.
  To do this, follow these steps:
  1. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
  2. type the following command and press ENTER:
  sfc/scannow
  The sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

  Method 2.
  Best thing you can do is to perform a system restore just before where the problem occurred.

• KB2724197 and KB2676562 do not settle on Win XP Pro SP3

  Priority updates of the subject not to settle.  All other updates seem to have no problem.  I've deleted and reinstalled both of these updates, but the result does not change.  In addition, seems unable to download "guided help".
